I recently had to revisit Auto Clinic Care for some follow-up work on an issue with my Ram. Karen, JJ and Johny are the bomb! Going to see car mechanics and auto repair shops are like visits to the dentist to most people. Not with this crew. They are honest, prompt, knowledgeable professionals (look at all of the training and certifications they hold!). They do what they say theyre going to do when they say theyre going to do and they do it with a sense of humor and they have a pair of nice dogs too! Go there. Get your car fixed. Tell your friends. Good people there.

Ive been a long time customer for the best reasons: honest, fair and professional automotive repair work. Johnny and Karen are the best, they are trustworthy and get you back on the road without fail and no hassle. Cannot recommend them more.

I was having a car inspected for MD title and registration. I had to attend a sensitive zoom meeting while I was waiting in their small waiting room. Karen turned off the tv and went into the back to give me privacy. When folks came in, I went outside, and then came back in. Karen was so considerate. When they determined I’d have to leave the car overnight, I discovered my phone was missing. They spent a very, very long time helping me look for it, reviewing security camera video, searching everywhere. We didn’t find it, but everyone took so much of their time trying to help me. One of the mechanics even gave me a ride home.I was so impressed with these folks, their professionalism, their kindness and concern, I would recommend them to everyone.

Went in to get my MD car inspection. The team there did a great job! I highly recommend you bring your car in if you’re looking to get an MD inspection/any work done. Thank you Zach and JJ for all you did!

Brought in my CT200h for MD state inspection, called in and see what was available and they were able to take me in that same day! The process took less than 2 hours and cost me $99 which I think its reasonable compare to other competitors. Karen who is their head receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable. These guys are amazing and would highly recommend all my friends and family. Keep up the great work!!

Took my car for MD inspection and I have never had a terrible experience with an auto shop until this one. They surely discriminated as I couldnt speak fluent English and knew I wasnt from around here. My car had already passed VA inspection and everything was in great condition but guess what, they failed me and made up all this things that I needed to replace for them to pass me. Wipers, tag light, tires and a goddam anti sway bar ( which they said it was getting old). Went and did everything on my own and came back to have the anti sway bar put in at the shop and they charged me $400+ to purchase the part and labor (ridiculous). The lady at the front had me waiting for almost 20 minutes as she went to the back to have her lunch. Just terrible experience with this shop, I have never been treated so unfairly by an auto shop and I visited this one. I wont recommend at all. Please go to a place that care about customer satisfaction and offer fair services and not a place that only cares about taking your hard earned money. I am normally not big with rating bad experiences but this I couldnt resist

They do multi-point inspections and give you a good idea of what maintenance needs to be done and what can wait. They never pressure a sale or additional maintenance. Will always go back.

This business is clean, professional and easily accessible. I needed a quick repair to my cars underbody apron and front bumper that had been pulled away by a concrete block in front of a parking space. They took my car in right away, diagnosed and fixed the problem in a matter of an hour or so. I highly recommend them for issues such as this!

After repairing the rearview mirror, I went to find it on Friday and settled the repair cost. A few minutes later, when I opened the envelope containing the receipt, I did not return the register card, but only the receipt for the repair fee. Immediately I stopped the way and called, but no one answered. The problem was closed on Saturdays and Sundays, so I was worried. If Im driving without a register card and Im caught by the police, it might happen that I have to go to a quart with a ticket. Luckily, it took me 25 minutes to drop off at the body shops office on Monday, three days later, to find the register card. Even if you said, you must return the drivers most important register card when you leave the vehicle, so you will not drive in this discomfort and fear.

Literally the best customer service and turn around time a customer could ask for. They are very reasonably priced and accommodating. I don’t generally write reviews but they totally deserved one. Great job!

It was a very long day. Got my car completely dead. I was just across the shop at seven 11 parking lot early in the morning. Getting a tow truck took for ever. But around noon my finally got checked. It was the starter and an oil pressure switch. Omg! Yes it was a huge bill but the work done on my car repair its been done right this time. Im very happy with how is running now. Like everyone I must have a dependable ride. I can tell you that I have back my piece of mine. Im a very pleased customer. Ill sure you ll be very satisfied with great results too if you come with your car here. They really know theyre job.

First mechanic shop I took it to and it came back better, not worse! They fixed several small cosmetic issues that I didnt even mention to them. Johnny and his fellow mechanics are wonderful professionals and their prices are good for the area. Not much of a parking lot, but its worth it!

FIVE STARS is not enough! I could go on and on about the amazing service and quality care I received. I came across Johny, Karen, and staff after I had a nail in my tire! They immediately were able to help me and fix the tire!! They did a complimentary multi point inspection and found some issues and were able to fix same day for a reasonable price!! They sent pictures of the areas of concern so you really understand what needs to be fixed or replaced. Johny even took the time to speak to me and answer all of my questions! This is a hidden gem and I am so lucky to have found them. Would recommend to anyone looking for an honest place with quality work!! I set up an appointment for my friend Allen we came in to do a state inspection we had an appointment and they got us right on time inspection didnt take too long but I guess wasnt also short to miss anything that could come up. We took a 2014 Honda Accord and its past and the inspection results came with detailed information as well as videos and was sent to my email which was very convenient. I got suggested to change brakes which is something I can and will do at home

I was very happy with the customer service. The report they provided was thorough and helpful.Work was done quickly. Karen was especially friendly and nice to deal with. This was my first time using this repair facility but I plan to use the Auto Clinic Care again.

Very quick to arrange work, finished as promised, reasonable market based charges and easy to chat re other items and advice.Only suggestion, and this is addressed to the car service industry in general: Some basic cleaning of car parts handled by service people: Steering wheel, shift, seats, floor.Takes a few minutes and makes a huge impression when done.Disposable gloves could also help.Otherwise this is a great team, I will recommend to others and will be a regular.

Great Customer Service and Quality Work. I have been here numerous times over the past for simple oil changes, tires and batteries and even when I hit a pot hole and couldnt drive my car. They fixed it at a reasonable cost to myself and I didnt have to report anything to my insurance.

Im very belated in writing this review, but I can say with absolute certainty there is no other place in this area or this state I would go to for my auto repair needs. The team there is completely focused on customer service, they are always completely honest and upfront with you about the issues with your car and the various repair options available, and, most importantly, they are incredibly patient. I am not someone who would be described as car savvy, so it takes some time for me to understand what is going on with my vehicle. Amazing group!!! I had to get a MD state inspection and they did a quick and thorough job. The staff is fantastic; they are all so nice and professional. I had emailed to ask a question after hours and they responded within an hour of sending, and were able to make my appointment for the following day. I would HIGHLY recommend bringing your car here!

I went to the Auto Clinic Care because it was the closest car shop when I needed it. While driving on the highway in the rain, my windshield wiper malfunctioned and went off the front window and wasnt working so I went to the nearest place. Auto Clinic Care helped me and tightened the bolt on it. I was in and out in 5 minutes, and the nice man did it free of charge. They had 2 really cute dogs, Sandy and Diesel and the people were super sweet! I would definitely recommend Auto Clinic Care to someone, and I would come again!

I commute to Rockville from Bowie every.day to work and I became stranded due to a bad alternator which drained the battery. The front desk assistant was very calm a willing to listen to my current problem. The price was a bit high but the owner or manager was able to give me a bit of relief by giving me a military discount since I am a retired Veteran. Needless to say, I was able to drive home the next day. So far, I have no problems.

Did exactly what they said they would do for a fair price. They found other issues which I knew about, but I asked them to skip over and they did.

They are really good, as other reviewers said. They changed oil and filter with fair prices. The air pressure of tires has become appropriate, and now Acura runs better than before!!!

Just moved to the Bethesda area from PA. I bought a Toyota Prius inspected in Virginia and eventually got it done in PAI’m a lyft driver full time.When I got inspected in Maryland I almost fainted because there had to be a lot of work done to the car and it wasn’t going to be cheap.I explained my situation to Karen/Johnny and they really helped me out here.... I live North of Baltimore. I broke down in Rockville. I had my van towed here and was treated like a friend. Cool AC in the waiting room, happy and upbeat employees. Johnny was extremely knowledgable and very empathetic to my situation.I was pleasantly surprised with the report they sent describing the condition of my van. The report even included pictures showing the issue. I knew this was the best place. The professionalism and genuine caring for their customer really made a wow impression. I definately recommend these guys!

The service is Fast and Excellent, Johnny( the owner) took the time to actually tell me what was wrong with my car, he even told me how I could prevent this from occurring again.
