Wonderful service. I had my truck worked on down the street. And after a few months speakers were blown and the head set already started acting up. So I wasn’t crazy about returning to the same old place. Then I found Absolute Electronix. Great group of guys. They were able to assist me in correcting the issues I was having and at a great price. I was even able to drop off my truck that day and had it totally completed by the next day. Great overall experience. Now I got to think about which one of my cars I’m going to bring in next!

Picked up my 03 G35 the other day for a dash and radio installation. They honestly did a great job installing the dash and radio, knowing that its a pain when it comes installing radios in most Infinitis. Definitely recommend for the locals and will be going back to upgrade the speakers.

Highly appreciative of the staff and owner for taking on the job of installing my 12.3 aftermarket infotainment system in my Mercedes Benz SUV. Ata and his staff did an amazing job! I wanted to upgrade the radio in my 2010 Mercedes Benz GLK. Initially I was very nervous because the placement and slot where the radio is located is small. When I went into the shop I explained what I wanted; Ata gave me options stating that the look and functionality that I wanted would be a custom job and complicated...but guess what THEY MADE IT HAPPEN and it looks AMAZING!!! He gave me a 3 day window to complete but it was done in 2. They also installed a backup camera...both look factory. The professionalism of him and his staff is unmatched. I cant express enough how much I love the outcome!

Absolute Electronix did an outstanding job in installing custom fog lights on my 2020 Kia Telluride. The job was very detailed as the bumper needed to be cut open to install the lights. The fog lights are perfect and the lights help me see in the night. Great place and customer service from these guys ! They also installed bright LED Lights.

Called to get a quote from them about the installation process for a item that, I was going to buy from crutchfield, guy over the phone informed they charge $150 hour for installation process which is ok, but when I informed him that I was going to get the item from Crutchfield which are very professional people to order automotive products from he got an attitude over the phone. I own multiple vehicles newer and older, they can keep their shady business. Thats money I dont have to spend with them. Future customers dont use these people they are highly disrespectful. This guy said $150 not $155 he obviously responds with lies very disceptive. He was not trying to help me he was irate that I didnt want to buy from him.

I called this place looking for some advice about a radio that I need fixed in my car. I was trying to just get some general information and had the specs of my car and just wanted to get an idea of the range of prices they charged to fix radios or replace them. The guy was very short with me after saying he could not help me unless I brought the car in. I said I understood, but I was actually selling it and just trying to give the person buying it some general info and their contact information. I said is there anything at all you can give me? He proceeded to tell me that they werent the shop for me and and I wasnt listening and hung up on me. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. Honestly, I have never had someone be this randomly rude.

I had a sub woofer installed in my Ford Edge because I wanted a more rounded sound in the car. Within a day, they had wired the car to where there were no visible wires and found a location for the amplifier that was completely hidden.It was a super clean install and the sound is amazing. Peter at the front desk is very knowledgeable and very helpful. I left confident that the install would last and extremely happy with the upgraded sound.I prefer a more conservative look, but if you want all the bling and lights, they can do that too.

I needed a new radio in my car after my factory installed one had the display smashed. Chris walked me through the options for the new radio and also sold me on adding a backup camera. Not only did they do a great job on the installation, but their prices were half of what the dealership wanted just to add the same simplistic radio back in my car. I highly recommend!

I stopped by for a consultation to replace the factory stereo on my used van with a new stereo. They recommended an excellent option, didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need, and within a week they had ordered the new dash mount and installed the stereo. I came for a consult/quote on the service to install a radio with all the necessary parts I had picked up prior to coming in, I had given them full context as well. Phone interaction was positive. In person not so steller, Ata came across as pretty rude from the beginning (bad day maybe, during covid 19), spoke with a contempt tone and stared at his phone when I asked my questions, and tried to sell me a cable that wasnt truly necessary and way too overpriced after I did some of my own research. From a previous post- Customers who purchase have a better experience. Strange that I had some respect for them with all the positive reviews and I was trying to be a customer, but something didnt sit too well in my gut after that interaction...YMMV

Last February (2017), I wanted to get an upgrade for my Jeep Wrangler 2015 Car Stereo. What I had was the basic, factory installed radio in the car (in other words, cheap). I found Absolute Electronix in Google search and they have a great rating so I decided to stop by their location. Chris was there at the time and he helped me make a decision based on my budget and not so much on what I really (expensive) want. Anyways, I decided on this Sony Car Stereo with removable face plate and bluetooth capability, features that I want at a price I can afford. I LOVE THIS STEREO!! The sound is great and the bluetooth feature is awesome! Now I can talk on the phone and hear clearly using bluetooth and listen to my music list on my iphone using bluetooth! But the best part in this experience is that Chris is super nice, super helpful, and super friendly! I never felt pressured to get something that I didnt like. Thanks Chris and Absolute Electronix, your are highly recommended!!!

I purchased a remote car starter. easy to make an appointment, they were extremely friendly and professional. When I picked my car up they walked me through how to work the starter. I had a question the next day, gave them a call, and they were again a wonderful help. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Absolute Electronix- Good and very bad experience.- The Good is, Had a $1,300 dash cam job installed. Works great, owner and tech seemed very knowledgeable. Given I was purchasing a high end piece of equipment.The bad came when I asked if they installed hardware pieces like a front lip or other cosmetic equipment. To which the gentleman at the front desk said they would look at it and was pretty sure they could install it. Even Showed me a corvette that they had recently installed a front lip.. for me this was a lip I was providing. Mind you, the lip was previously installed on the car for over 4 years with no issues. but I had taken it off to get repainted and just needed it reinstalled. I would have went somewhere else but wanted to give them business since the came highly recommend for audio and electronic installs.Long story short I was driving on the highway and the lip came off nearly causing an accident. I called and left a Vm. No call back, a week later I went by the store owner wasn’t there. The following week heard nothing so I called... I was told that,(1) I must have pulled it off myself, (2) that they used only OEM parts (plastic bumper clips), (3) that someone else must have driven the car And hit a curb to loosen the front lip, (5) that if it was truly lose it would have came off sooner, (6) I must have hit something on the highway.. made up all excuses before even looking at the car.The incident was recorded on the dash cam they installed. The truth is, The equipment was simply installed improperly with plastic fender clips, which where not strong enough to support the weight of the lip and forces from driving (vibrations, high speed down force etc)... And it came lose from the either the normal driving vibrations or down force generated at higher speeds. I had only driven the car 3 times since it was installed, once on the highway when it came off. the car is garage kept and No one else drives it but me.I can take ownership that I did not do enough research on other hardware installs outside of the Audio and electronic components they provided. And perhaps I should have brought the hardware to install it other than the plastic fender pieces they provided.This is not to bash the other great work they specialize in and I was referred to them Because of it. but maybe reconsider if you need hardware installed that might not be their specialty.Overall more than satisfied with the camera but disappointed in how the front lip issue was handled. I was blamed and basically called a liar. And the owner said “In the end his opinion is the only thing that matters in this case” Probably will not be giving them any further business on the account of the customer service, accountability and professional courtesy to admit when you make a mistake.. luckily it’s just a front lip and nothing crucial in the big picture..Lesson learned!!

The remote start was installed to my car and they took the time to explain to me how it would work in my car, Chris was very attentive and kind. He answered all my questions, also gave me recommendations of what was best for my car.

Ive been going to AE for several years now. I like working on my cars audio system as a hobby, but theres a difference between a hobbyist and a professional. These guys are professionals, and you realize it as soon as you talk to them. They will save you time and money if you bring your car to them. Ive been advised on whats worth upgrading to, and whats a waste of money. I just got my car back from a DSP tune, and I couldnt be happier. Thank you AE for a great sounding car!

I bought a set of speakers from them about a year ago, and had a very pleasant, five star experience. The employee was very friendly, understanding, and helpful, and ordered me a set of reasonably priced JBL speakers for my truck.Now for the two star part:I was hoping to have the same experience when replacing the speakers in my work van, but sadly did not. I called ahead to see what options were available, and was told in fairly brusque terms that I had to go into the shop for them to consider helping me. Despite there being a Stay-At-Home order currently in place, I went in.To make a long story short: the employee said they had Sonys for $200; I said that was more than I was planning to spend on my work van; the employee rummaged around in the back and brought out some Kickers for $80; I said that was still more than I was planning to spend, and asked if there were other options; he said there was not; I asked if they could order something (like they had done before); he said they could not. At this point the owner got involved and said something about warranty, something about quality, something about their reputation, something, something, something, and tried to tell me that anything cheaper wouldnt be any better than what I currently had. What I currently have are 20 year old paper cone speakers with all of the surround/suspension completely disintegrated, so I find that hard to believe.I like to buy from local shops when possible, but if you are looking for reasonably priced upgrades to your car stereo system, I suggest you do what I did: go to the crutchfield website, find what fits your car, then search ebay and sort by distance: nearest first.Good luck everyone.

The owner fixed a problem I had with my car for free because it was an easy fix, and he figured out a problem that two different dealerships couldnt figure out.My factory-installed alarm system had been going off at random times of the day and night, which is not good for sleeping kids or making friends with the neighbors. I have an older vehicle, but it works well and its paid off. Other than the alarm issue, it has been a good car for me. I just wanted the alarm to stop going off, and I didnt care about having a functional alarm system.Unfortunately, there wasnt a specific fuse for the alarm. To stop the alarm from making noise at night, I had to go into my fuse box and pull the fuse for the alarm every time. Then, Id have to replace it again before driving it. It was inconvenient.I had paid a little over $600 on 3 different occasions to have two different dealerships try to address the problem with the alarm. All I wanted was for the alarm system to be disabled, but the dealerships kept charging me to swap out door and hood sensors, which didnt solve the problem.I went to Absolute Electronix and explained the problem. The owner looked at my car with me for a few minutes, and he genuinely listened to my description of the problem. After listening to what I had to say, he showed me a specific sensor that was probably causing the problem, explaining how the design of the sensor made it prone to malfunctions. He disconnected the wire for that specific sensor and told me to come back if I had any issues. When I asked the owner if I could pay him for his time, he told me he would rather make a new friend instead of charging me for the fix.Two months later, I havent heard the alarm go off at all, and I still have full use of my horn and locks. To me, they were an honest, hard-working shop with genuine expertise. I will definitely go back if I need any electronic or audio work done on any of my vehicles.

Great experience from when I walked in the door until I drove off. They helped me picked the set up that was right for me, showed me a lot of options, and let me listen to a variety of speakers. The end result is better than I had hoped for. It looks great and sounds great. Ill be back.

I have had three car radios installed, and would unhesitatingly return for a fourth or more. The quality of the products they offer is top of the line at a reasonable price. The service is typically excellent. The technicians are low key, but very knowledgeable, and willing to discuss options until you are satisfied. The installations have all been flawless, on time, and without surprises on the bill. Whenever they say they can do something, it gets done on time and on budget. I was very pleased with the service I received at this business as well as the attitude of Ata and Chris. My car alarm had stopped working. I first spoke to Ata, who invited me to bring my car in, which I did right after calling him on the phone. He got the alarm to be triggered as it should be but there was no sound. He did not charge me anything. I then made an appointment with Chris to bring in my car and have the alarm checked out. While waiting in the office Chris offered me a bottle of cold water, which is pretty unusual based on my experience having a service done for me. I was surprised when only 20 minutes after someone looked at the alarm I was told the car was ready. They found that the siren was bad and installed a new one. The cost was only $51.79. These people know what they are doing and appear to be very honest. Its nice to know that some honest places where people are experts at what they do still exist. I highly recommend going to them for any electronic problems you have with your car.

Had them install a Pioneer NEX series deck a couple years back. The speakers would randomly turn off from time to time so they had us bring it back in a few times but could never pinpoint the issue. Took it to another shop and they found one of the speaker wires was cut and had been grounding out. Why didnt Absolute find it in one of the few times we had it in?On a positive note - the owner IS responsive and tries to make customers happy.

(February 2020) Been meaning to write this review for a while. I purchased the Sony XAV-AX8000 when it first came out. Chris helped me with the purchase and I got it installed a couple of days later. Everything worked great except for the passenger-side camera (I have a Honda CR-V with lane-watch), which sometimes flickers in-and-out.Not their fault obviously. Was told by them that the component that was used needs a firmware update which will hopefully be done by the company at some point. Chris said he would stay in touch, so my hope is that this issue will eventually be resolved.Update (July 2020): Well, the world is definitely in a different place than when I posted my initial review. The customer service at Absolute Electronix has not changed though and is top notch. Ata (owner) contacted me personally and gave me some different options for dealing with my lane-watch camera problems. I appreciate him being willing to work with me.Update #2 (October 2020): Great service again by Ata and his team. They swapped out my previous head unit for a better one with a better screen and more features. Ata cares about his customers and making sure they’re satisfied with their purchase. Highly recommended.

Id like to recommend them, as they seemed pretty knowledgeable and capable of doing what I needed, which was to install a new stereo system in my 2009 Santa Fe, but the guy who I talked to basically blew me off, twice, and never called me back after saying that he would.Ive literally tried 2 separate times to give them my money, but they dont seem interested in helping with my car, and they have almost seemed bothered by my call, like Im some kind of random nuisance.I think Ill be taking my business elsewhere!

I had a Sony double din receiver installed a week ago by another mechanic. The steering wheel controls didn’t work and there was constant static when the radio was on. I was incredibly frustrated and wanted to send it back to Crutchfield. I found this place on google maps and called them. They told me what they thought the problem was. I scheduled an appointment and took it in. Steering wheel controls work flawlessly and radio sounds perfect!!! Chris the guy who runs the counter was a pleasure to work with and even let me see the shop. Good honest work! I will be sending people here when they ask me where to go! I can say I am finally satisfied after all the frustration.

I didnt know places like this still existed. These guys are real deal experts. Ata recommended a new amp as I was looking for better sound quality from my subs. The new amp sounds so much better. Recently my trunk was rattling and Chris took a look and installed a dynamat kit I had. The job was done perfectly and the quality from the bass is awesome. Recently I upgraded my sub and started running into power issues. They identified issues in the cabling and ordered parts to remedy the problem for me. I have had nothing but great experiences here and am happy to continue to do business.

Guys at Absolute Electronix did a great job installing back up camera, on a very short notice and for a very reasonable price!

What can I say, I called today about 9:30 am... Spoke with ATA, had a stereo I bought from Amazon and wanted someone to put it in. ATA said he was open at 10am and to meet him there. He had a full days work ahead of him, but put me in the que anyhow first thing in the morning. They brought my truck in around 10:30 or so and knocked it out in under an hour. All is well and me a happy customer. More important, I told him I was concerned about the stock speakers, I thought one could have been blown or messed up. After installing the stereo with the new stuff, speakers sounded fine. Not super speakers but good enough for stock and for me. Point is, they could have TOLD me they were crap and up sold me for a new pair. Frankly I would heave done it and just paid. So I think we have some good honesty policy working here. I will be back!

Got my front component speakers done, someone told me wrong that only 5.25 speakers would fit so I got the correct speakers put in along with all the right speakers (6.5 infiniti) and they dynoed the doors correctly. Next time Im going to get the back redone correctly because WorstBuy messed up the entire backend.

I had my remote starter installed over a year ago and had a great experience working with Chris. Everything was installed quickly at a fair price and I was very happy with the product. A few weeks ago, my car wouldnt start. I had to have it towed to two different places (the 2nd one being the dealership.) The dealership couldnt figure out what was wrong with my car and tried to blame it on the installation of the remote start system. Ata came to the dealership to uninstall the remote start so that they could see that the after-market part had nothing to do with the issue. After the dealership finally fixed the problem, I brought my car back to Absolute Electronix to have my remote start re-installed. When I asked Ata what I owed for his time, he refused to let me pay. Fair prices, quality work, and amazing customer service is what makes a business great. I will spread the good word about Absolute Electronix to anyone who will listen. This is what a business should be!

I was looking to improve upon the sound from my cars (horrible sound from 2016 WRX) stock head unit and Ata took his time to go over options, quoting the work at a fair price. Ata did not attempt to push high end only equipment, but he showed me (and sampled) several options at various price points and left it at that. The attention to detail on the install was excellent, something I am very particular on. Wiring under the hood looks factory-good, and nothing inside the cars interior shows evidence that install work had been done. I will be revisiting in the near future for a remote start.
