I messed up and scheduled a delivery from this location which was not the closest location to the delivery address by mistake. They still were very kind and worked hard to ensure my delivery was delivered on time! Thank you for being so accommodating to my mistake!

First time parents experience:The owner James made an almost horrible experience and impressionable experience. I originally place my order from the Woodbridge NJ store for my family in MD. For some reason my order never transferred to the correct store. I spoke to the manager at the store where the order was supposed to go to. He graciously resolved the issues and my family was extremely impressed with the arrangements. Thanks for making my daughters in law 1st Mother’s Day a special one.

Terrible served us a rotten $70 Arangment I want my money back! They are in the trash! Strawberries were yellow dipped in chocolate so you couldnt see and once I got it inside a d took my mask off you could smell it was all rotten. This was a sweet 16 gift and Im very upset

I had a last minute order for a friend of mine and I needed something quick. It was her birthday and I wanted to get her a cake. I found out about edible arrangements from a friend but wasnt sure if I wanted to get her something flower like. I checked out the website and saw this really nice cake like arrangement. I asked this guy named Clint if he could make the arrangement in the next hour. He said that they were really backed up and may not be finished until two hours. I couldnt think of anything else to get her so I decided to just risk it. I left to grab lunch waiting for the arrangement and then half an hour later I got a phone call from Clint that the cake arrangement was finished ready for pick up! I was very happy that I was able to have time to give my friend the arrangement in time for the party. On top of that, the arrangement was so pretty and very delicious! The strawberries were just a little tart but the chocolate definitely balanced it out. This place is a must and make sure to ask for Clint, great customer service and a very big sense of humor! Most definitely will come back again!!

I have gone to the Nicholson store twice in the past 3 months. I have always been very satisfied with my experience. The Receptionist Sam remembered me from my last walk in order. I was flattered to say the least. Sam is personable, professional, and efficient. I was surprised when Sam brought several samples of chocolate covered fruits out from the back room for me as a courtesy.They have never made a promise that was not delivered.Kudos to edible arrangements.

This is the best Edible Arrangements in the Silver spring area. I needed a quick edible arrangement for my grandmas birthday. I called the edible arrangement in white oak at 4:30 and they were very rude and told me they were closed. Note they didn’t close until 7pm. The store attendant was just being lazy. I called edible arrangement in Rockville and they were very friendly. I got my order the same day. They made my grandmas birthday ! I will be returning and referring all my friends and family.

Placed an order for Valentine’s Day but it was never delivered. It took me over an hour just to get in contact with them. At least I was able to get a refund

Anna and the rest of the crew at Edible Arrangements on Nicholson Lane in Rockville are amazing to work with. Not only were they patient with my questioning but very accommodating with my requests. At the end my arrangement was more than I could have wished for and was a hit at my daughters birthday party! Highly recommended!

This has to be the worse location ever. I placed an online order on Tuesday for today and the delivered the order without the plush bear. I call back and speak with someone who says they will fix the problem and contact me back and nobody has called yet. I then call multiple times after and get a busy signal for hours. Once I finally get through I get placed on hold for over 25 minutes with no one to ever pick back up. This place has poor customer service. If ordering anything I suggest you order from a different local store.

I always stop by here to pick up some chocolate covered strawberries. I have ordered 2 arrangements in the past and they were both great. Very fresh fruit and it made the perfect gift. Would always recommend.

Wish there was negative stars! I created an online order this morning, only to rcv a vm at 1pm stating they (Rockville location)wont be filling any more orders for the day even though the online point of sale promised delivery today. The vm only offered a refund. As added insult to injury; several hours later, my credit card still hasnt been refunded! Cmon guys ! Whats worse is.. Im getting a steady busy tone despite repeatedly auto dialing them back. Total disaster!!!!!

Very friendly and helpful. Located in a small shopping area that can be hard to spot from the road. They are extremely helpful with ideas if you are unable to decide which to get for your occasion.

One of the worst shopping decision I have ever made. I placed an order, and kept calling because the recipient never recieved it, the phone sounded busy every time. I still havent heard from them. I need my refund please.

Order was placed on Wednesday Feb 13th to be delivered on Feb 14th. The order was NEVER delivered. After 4:30 pm we tried calling the place several times but the phone was disconnected (not sure why) my boyfriend had to drive back to the place to see what was going on just for them to tell him there was a “unsuccessful” delivery. Seriously he did NOT receive an email, call to let him know this was happening. Nothing. What a shame ya’ll are so unorganized. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION. Save your time please!!

I placed an order for a co-worker for a young lady who worked at the same location together. He did not want his name to be attached just a Anonymous delivery gift. These instructions were given when order was place at store because they asked for a name for this order other than who it will be delivered too. So I gave them my name and the young lady contact number with a note attached. The order arrived on time at the right location, but when it was asked by her office co-workers who sent it the driver gave my name which I only put my name down at the store location for placing the order. This caused issues within the office. So I called the store and told them what happened and was offered a $50.00 credit. So I used this $50.00 credit for a Mothers Day gift, I placed the order at the store location 3 days before Mothers Day and when I went to pick it up they could not find my name in the system and told me I would have to wait 30-40 min because they had nothing available or ready at the time. I will never order from this location again!!!!
