I am very happy with the Pitaya granite kitchen counter I got from Rockville Granite. From my initial inquiry to several visits to the shop, Daniela was very attentive, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in making sure I was happy with my final choice......and I was! Every shop needs someone like Daniela. I know I got the best deal in town and this came with great service. The manager, Nazareth leads her team with great example of superb customer service.

Doing my bathroom, I blew my budget on cabinets. I shopped around at other places on Gude Dr. I was resigned to paying a certain price. On a whim, I stopped in. I told the girl, Daniela, size I needed and she gave me a price that was AMAZING for quartz. Daniela also worked tirelessly with me to get the measurements extra correct, especially since I have never done a bathroom before. Measure twice, cut once. She gave me tips and suggestions on measuring and with the overall look that I didnt know I wanted. In the end, as you can see, its amazing. Price, Quality and Customer Service is excellent here. Had a small kitchen project completed in November 2020. The end product is that the counters look great, but the crew wasn’t great. The person who completed the measurements and the installation crew seem to be contractors. I sent my new boxed sink with the measurement guy for my counters to be custom cut. The sink came back on installation day, but all the accessories (rink grid, drain, drain cover) with it were lost. (Not a huge deal, but a pain to run out and buy a replacement drain.)There is a possibility that the brand new sink was missing these parts, but I think it’s much more likely that the box was just tossed.The installation crew did really good work but they honestly trashed the common areas of my condo, dragging grease up and down the halls that I had to clean up. They also didn’t re-attach a section of counter that had to be removed—understandable but I wasn’t expecting that.The sales staff at the shop were super responsive in person, over the phone, and by email, and they knocked off some of my demo fee because of the grease mess in the hallway. Even with the issues, I’d use this company again—I’d just keep a better eye on the crew and I wouldn’t bother making anyone’s life easier by sending them my sink in the box.

I was referred to Rockville granite by my contractor. I am thrilled with professionalism, quality of the stone and price. I was remodeling a property in VA while living in Texas, which was not an easy task. This company made a difficult situation doable, they worked with my contractor on timing and the job was perfect. I would definitely recommend.

Very shady. Unprofessional. I requested a quote and was given a decent price. When I started asking questions, it uncovered a whole slew of hidden costs and expenses that raised the price by at least 50%. The womans tone - Daniela - changed and she started muddying the waters without providing acceptable explanations.Avoid this place at all costs!

Rockville Granite is a great place to buy countertops of any kind. We bought granite and it could not have been an easier process. Not only do they have excellent selection but the staff there was courteous and promptly met with us to find out exactly what we were looking for. Once we picked out our slab, the helped us pick out a sink and we were able to negotiate with them to stay on budget. Once we picked out what we wanted, we were able to schedule measurements and install in just over a week. They were on time with both. If you are looking for countertops, make sure you stop by Rockville Granite.
