Great staff! I went in with a very specific request that they didnt have in stock but the staff took the time to figure out an alternative for me as I needed it that day.

Wanted to get a butt connector to join two wires. They walked me over to a display of connectors, gestured at the wall, and watched me search through their inventory, without helping, until I determined they only had 14 awg connectors but nothing for the larger diameter wire. I wasnt sure if the exemplar connector I brought was 8 or 6 AWG so even if they didnt have what I needs I was hoping they could help me identify what I needed to order. However they cant tell wire gauge and they said they dont have wire that I could use to size it. So, while I hope there is something theyre good at it isnt customer service, electrical connectors, or wire.
