Knowledgeable and friendly, easy to work with and accommodating.I also appreciate that they have a good selection of hot tubs to look at. My research has led me to Artesian spas and they sell them! We took delivery of our hot tub this week. Start to finish, working with Paul at Hot Tubs of Rockville was a joy. Zero pressure sales. Competitive prices. Impressive knowledge of all the tubs they sell. An invitation to come in with our swimsuits and try before we buy. A simple chem class. A smooth delivery despite challenging conditions. Ready availability to answer questions via phone and email. Honestly, we have no complaints.

A pleasant experience!I needed to move a large swim-spa. Paul was super helpful and full of information. The moving crew led by Greg was just a pleasure to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Fantastic customer service. They really know their stuff. Due to some construction delays we weren’t able to take delivery of our tub immediately and Paul graciously held the tub in storage for us until we were ready for it. I purchased a tub from here about 3 months ago and so far we are quite happy with it. I worked with Paul who was very knowledgeable and helpful and answered all my questions in person and through email/phone. He even gave me a free class on how to properly care for the tub which really help me understand what the different chemicals did and how much of them to use. I definitely recommend this place to anyone considering a hot tub.

We had a hot tub for about 15 years, it died about 5 years ago. We decided to purchase a new one and I did a great deal of research. I looked at all the big box stores and was tempted by the relatively cheap price, but it seemed too good to be true. After further research for an investment like this and something that should last as long as my last one, I decided on purchasing from a specialty shop. Further research took me to Hot Tubs of Rockville. I went to the show room and Paul Kadlick provided me a great deal of information on a wide range of options. I was able to make a fully informed decision and felt good about my purchase. The next challenge was delivery. I was concerned about the difficult location the hot tub needed to go. The delivery crew was fantastic and did a great job. I could not say enough good things about working with Hot Tubs of Rockville and would highly recommend them based upon my experience. They also offer free classes on caring for your Hot Tube which I plan to take.

From the customer service to the quality of the hot tub, I am very satisfied with Hot Tubs of Rockville. Any time I had a question or concern, staff were exceptional and responsive, especially Paul. I did look at other hot tub companies, but Hot Tubs of Rockville was by far the best and had a great selection in their showroom. I highly recommend them if you are considering a hot tub - just give them a call or stop into the show room!

We bought a spa here in December to help with health issues and the experience was excellent, and we are very pleased with the tub and the process of choosing it and getting it. Minus 1 star only because prices here are higher than Costco or BJs, but the theory is that these tubs are of higher quality and workmanship. I guess time will tell... If it lasts as predicted, Ill come back in 10 years and up this reviews star count to 5. We decided it was worth buying here instead of Costco because we didnt want a tub that might die after only a few years, and we wanted to get the wisdom and guidance from the stores manager (Paul) to choose a good tub and know how to maintain. The price includes delivery and set up of the tub, which is a big deal. Our experience was excellent. Paul was helpful and kind throughout the process, without putting any pressure or stress on us. He walked us through all of the choices and the price included everything (tub, cover, all necessary accessories, delivery, and starter chem kit.) The price we paid was the price he gave us on our first visit. There were no hidden fees or gotchas after the fact. Paul was completely up-front and ethical throughout this process. You can even try out the tubs when you visit the store, so bring a bathing suit, and be prepared to develop tub envy for the premium tubs the come with sound systems and light shows.Knowing how to properly maintain water chemistry seems like a big deal, and again Paul has been super helpful in this regard - another bonus for buying here. He demystified this process that sounded pretty complex when I read about it online. The ongoing cost of the chemicals should be factored into any decision to buy a tub, as should the cost of electricity to heat the tub. Now its time to stop writing and go get in the spa. :-)

Had a great experience with our hot tub delivery. Our delivery team was committed to getting our hot tub delivered as promised even though they were faced with delays with the previous delivery, driving rain and traffic. It was raining and dark when they got here but they took time to ensure a perfect delivery even being careful to maneuver through a tight space and around shrubbery and landscape features. They were friendly and professional.

I usually dont write reviews on places but I am thoroughly impressed with the hot tubs of rockville.paul was very interested in finding out about our needs and very knowledgeable.i would highly recommend coming to this store if you are in the market for a new hot tub.i would give 6 stars if it was available.anthony dambrogio

Really like the experience so far, though I havent purchased yet. Had helpful phone conversation -- really talking features instead of being barraged with sales screening questions like some others i tried -- followed by a wet test in their Rockville show room. (FYI, there is a Wyaconda Road in Garrett Park, unrelated...make sure GPS is sending you to Rockville. Theyre behind Motis market.) Paul met us there *on his day off* because my schedule is so difficult. He definitely knows his tubs and patiently, thoroughly answered all my questions. They carry a wide selection of tubs and the ability to actually *get in them* turned out to be even more important for me than I expected. Im a buy everything online kind of gal, but tubs are like shoes: you really need to try them on to get a good fit. This place rocks!
