The ladies are so welcoming and knowledgeable. Great selection for first timers as well as veterans. I will be absolutely be returning. Highly recommend.

Master series is a good brand for putting your girl in a strand, or you can try a swing.

The store has great products but the man with the white hair likes to follow you and stare at you, intensely, while you look at products. He was very rude and disrespectful and unwelcoming. I recommend any other store or buying products online. I also read Indeed reviews from former employees that say the owner instructs employees to follow and watch employees while in the store, as if they patron plans to steal. Buyer beware.

Great staff. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Good selection of all sorts of toys and everything you might need. This is the place to go if youre looking for extra fun in the bedroom.

Im really impressed with this store. The staff were all welcoming and helpful (without hovering), the SELECTION really surprised me (lots of high end reputable brands, really nice looking afordable brands, good options for any gender, clothing, leather gear, DVDs, etc), the store was well organized, they had some really good sale/clearance deals, and across the board the prices were fair.Im really glad I tried Knock First, Ill be returning soon.

This isn’t the biggest shop, so the selection is necessarily limited, but quite good for the space. It’s also extremely well lit with a very open storefront. Honestly, the huge windows in the front of the store were surprising, but I came to appreciate the attitude of having nothing to be ashamed of. You are in a shop for adult, sexy-time toys and accessories—own it.From what I saw, the prices are pretty much the same as you’d find on amazon, and you can see these things in real life and talk to real people before buying. Good stuff.

Great products, great customer service. Its definitely a very professional atmosphere. Not one of those places that make you feel uncomfortable. Its more of a upscale place. :) but price ranges for everyone! This will be my go to place from now on.

First time going to Knock First and I really enjoyed their selection and how things were played out. Most objects in boxes had an example out of the box and charged so you could see if you actually liked the object.So everything was great HOWEVER, I went with my friend who had never been to an adult shop and was very apprehensive. Every time they let their guard down and really started to look at things this woman who worked there would come check in on us. And it wasnt pleasant. She acted like we were stealing or up to no good. Then at the end she was actually standing less than a foot behind us, listening to us and then openly judged us for what we were looking at! We got so uncomfortable with her that we left.
