The store manager Rosalyn is amazing. Moving is so stressful and she provided a calming assurance that this part of the process would be smooth and easy. It sure was. She walked me through every stage of the process over the phone and even when my 12 hour trip was delayed she told.me that she would wait until I arrived that evening. Facility is well managed clean and very easy to navigate. Very professional and helpful staffs. Kalela was well versed and efficient I was on my way in less than ten minutes. Definitely will recommend this facility to friends and family.

Easy to set up, easy to get to, easy to move my stuff in and out. The location was clean and well ventilated, felt secure, and it was simple to close out my account once I was done.

Bob Saplers was very professional and welcoming. He took me on a tour of the facility and showed me two of the larger sized spaces that I was interested in. He was thorough in explaining the contract and the required insurance fee. Mr. Saplers made the process very painless.

A perfect place to store my belongings. Straight forward service. Well maintained facilities. I never had a concern that my personal items would damage due to weather or poor ventilation. I visited my unit in winter and summer days. The temperature inside the facility was always the same. Good job!

Ive had a unit here for almost a year and I love it. Its secure and always well lit plus they offer a military discount. The carts they provide for assistance are very convenient and I think the price is good for what you get.

The storage unit was very assessable on a bus line since I didnt drive I could always go there to get whatever I needed. Each floor was very clean and always comfortable with temperatures not too warm or too cold. I love the music my facility played every time I go in there it was a song I knew.

Bob the GM was very professional and courteous! He explained everything thoroughly, made good conversation, and was a delight to work with. The facility itself was clean and well cared for which made me confident in storing my belongings there.

Adam Keith was very attentive and professional. My only complaint was that I was charged $12 for an entire month of insurance when (1) I provided Adam a declaration page from my homeowners insurance the very next day and (2) I was not moving any thing into the unit for at least a week. So, in order to sign my contract, I had to pay some company to insure an empty unit.

Great storage unit! Very clean (no pests, they keep the place neat and tidy), secure (need a code to enter/exit their gates, enter main doors, and go up elevator, option to place 2 locks on storage door), and convenient (enough space, restroom on site, carts provided, complimentary water bottles and coffee, climate controlled and they even have music playing around the facility!).Also, Adam and Bob (store managers) are always helpful, friendly, and professional. Kudos guys! Definitely recommend this facility!

I can’t say enough good things about this CubeSmart! This was by far the best self storage experience I have ever had. We stored our belongings here for about 16 months and never had any problems. The manager Bob is incredible at his job and was always willing to work with our specific needs right from the day we moved in. The place is always spotless and the temperature is well regulated. Our belongings were in the same condition as they were when we moved in 16 months ago. Bob is the best and deserves a raise!!

Very clean. Two negatives are the difficulty in getting to the unit with all the passcodes needing to enter. Also, the door and elevator were very difficult to fit large items like furniture.

Clean, secure facility with lots of space for moving trucks in the parking lot, and plenty of carts to move your things. I love the one month free promotion, and it was easy to switch to a smaller unit when I needed to downsize. Adam was really helpful and friendly, and I wouldnt hesitate to go to him for help in the future.

This was my first time renting a storage unit, and Im very glad I chose CubeSmart in Rockville. Very helpful manager, and the whole process was smooth and easy. The facility is very secure. They have ample carts for moving items. We unloaded a truck on a Saturday when several others were also accessing their units, there were plenty of carts for all. Its conveniently located right off 270 and Shady Grove- easy for me to stop by after my commute on the ICC (were prepping to move and have many carloads to go...).

We were moving and downsizing from a home to an apartment and realized in the midst of our move that we needed a storage unit because we just could not sort through it all during the move. Cube smart was the closest storage to our new apartment and we decided to check it out. We have had a number of storage units over the years and I must say that CubeSmart is one of the cleanest and nicest ones we’ve ever had. Bob, the manager, was wonderful as he showed us around and helped us decide the best size for our needs. As we continue to come back to the storage unit to start sorting through things we are still so glad that this is where we have put our stuff. Great location, very clean and tidy. The Gentlemen that help me get situated with my unit, Adam. He took the time answer all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I shared with him about dealing with how I have been helping with a distribution of a family member’s estate, not only was he kind he showed me genuine empathy for my situation. Adam ( I hope I’m remembering the right name) if that’s not his name, it was the only gentleman working this past Sunday 11/17 around 12-1 pm. Nonetheless I wanted to share my gratitude and appreciation for everything that he helped me with! Both managers were excellent. I was given a thorough tour with instructions on how to get in and out of the property . Theres a locked gate, locks and video cameras on every door. Very clean and looks brand new. Great first experience using any storage, it makes me feel safe leaving my belongings here.

I have been a customer for 2 years now. Very secure and well maintained facity. Convenient loading area. Certainly recommend to keep your meaningful belongings safe and under climate control. Gotta say Adam was particularly knowledgeable and helped me sort out one billing issue I had.

Octavia, Jeffrey, and Blake ensured that I had the space needed and were knowledgeable about their facility. I received a lower rate the day that I went in (Saturday) than what was expected and the space is perfect for my items. Thank you very much for your time and patience with me. We have had a great experience with CubeSmart so far! The Research Place location has been efficient, friendly and helpful. We tentatively reserved a unit with Octavia then decided we needed a larger unit. She handled it over the phone, and when we stopped by Mark showed us several units in our size and let us pick the one that was most convenient for load in and load out. The price is competitive and the location is two miles from our home. We were thrilled to learn that they are opening two more facilities, one on the same property and the other close by on Gaither Road.

Adam & Bob are the BEST. Ive used other storage facilities before and the service here is beyond compare. The place is extraordinary clean, efficient, well mananaged. I highly recommend this place. Ive been here 3 years, so I know!

The Manager Mark was extremely helpful and was very informative throughout the process of signing up for a storage unit. The customer service was excellent from the minute he held the door open after I got out of my car (and I certainly didnt and dont expect that).I highly recommend Cubesmart for the service but also for the cleanliness of the overall facilities.

Excellent customer service by Bob and Priscilla. Priscilla was very friendly and helpful in conducting the tour of the place and helped me get a storage that I was looking for. Bob did a wonderful job and ensured it was a quick and easy process at the front desk before you are all set to utilize the storage facility at this place. The only negative feedback I have about this place is the # of times you have to punch in the code to access 2nd floor. First you enter the code to get access to parking. Secondly punch in the code to get access to the actual building. Once you are in the building, you have to punch in the code every time you use the elevator to get to higher floors. This I felt it’s bit redundant when you have to make multiple trips to get all your stuff from/ to the unit.

Everyone was professional and courteous. The facility is clean and well maintained. Location is vey close and access is easy. My wife loves the heavy duty lock they sell. We will write a follow up when we move our belongings out and close the account.

I am very pleased with CubeSmart Self Storage. The storage unit is nicely priced and clean. The staff was amazing!!!! The building security features and location are awesome.

Brand new. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Rates reasonable. Only complaint/concern is that there is only one elevator servicing the entire place. On a crowded weekend it can make move in/out slow and no backup if goes out of service.
