Great price for engineered hardwood floors. Both owners came by and checked on the project and the install went smoothly. We picked out our color and made the down payment on Friday and they started on the install the following Monday. I would recommend giving these guys a shot.

After paying for flooring I had to wait and contact the salesperson for an installation date. I gave them 3 different dates and finally was told that they would be here on Monday. They never showed or called so I called and was given the excuse that the company delivering the flooring had taking it back becauseno one was at yhe store when they came. Then I was told that they had scheduled to pick up the flooring on Tuesday but Tuesday came and no flooring installed. Wednesday came and the salesperson had brought the flooring and laid it outside saying the installers were on their way. Its been 3 hours sine then and no installers to put the floor down. We have moved all furniture out for 3 days waiting on these people and now we were toldthey would be here in 10 monutes. That was 3 hours ago. Never using this company again.

Hugo and his crew did a great job on refinishing our solid hardwood floors! We are very pleased! Sharif always answered my phone calls and texts and was very responsive! We REALLY appreciated that. The only hiccup was that we thought the price quoted included the normal number of coats that they put polyurethane on and it wasn’t. They only included 2 coats in the quote, when normally they do 3. So, we paid more money for them to put a 3rd coat on. Sharif realized we didn’t talk about it beforehand, so he did give us a discount, but next time I will ask that everything be spelled out on the invoice. Otherwise, I would’ve given them 5 stars!

Guy has been very helpful and flexible. I needed products delivered to a project and he made all the arrangements, I appreciate it.

They did a great job on our hardwood floors. Very low prices compared to the quotes we got from other companies. We had close to 1000 square feet done and they were in and out in 2 days. Transitions look great as well. Our home looks much better and this definitely improved our resale value!

Floors4Less earned my business after receiving nine discouraging estimates from other retailers. Many flooring companies advertise an enticing low price for materials and installation, but by the time the estimate is written it is laden with hidden fees that exponentially inflate the total cost. Floor4Less didnt do this! They are very honest, have extremely fair pricing for quality flooring and did an excellent job with installation. I was so pleased with my new floors that I decided to have them install flooring in more rooms of my home. I will be recommending Floors4Less to anyone I know looking to install new flooring.

Laminate was destroyed by a slab leak, we got 3 bids to replace flooring on our entire first floor. Floors 4 Less was not only the best for selection and price, but schedule was by far the best, they started work 2 days after contract was signed. The install was seamless, they showed up on time, kept the work site clean and completed the entire first floor rip out and install in 3 days...including putting the baseboards and shoe molding back. Beautiful. At the initial walk through we also received good advice about how to make the install most cost effective. Truly a great experience. Call them today if you need new flooring!

Right away when we didnt know what we wanted, they were friendlier and more helpful than other places weve been to without being pushy at all. Once we picked out carpet and hardwood, the communication with installation was fantastic and everything looks great...at a good price too!Will definitely come back when we need any other updates!

Fully satisfied with this experience. Planned to put wood down in one room only but decided to do three when we saw the cost. Eyhab was helpful through the entire process and the installers did a great job. Except for the floors (and some lingering dust :) ), you couldnt tell theyd been there after theyd finished. Again, very happy with the project and definitely plan to use Floors 4 Less for future projects.

I recently contacted Floors 4 Less after I had water damage inside my home. I checked pricing with two other companies and they had the best pricing. They also reviewed my Insurance documents and found some discrepancies with the adjusters results. They emailed the Insurance company and was able to get the discrepancies cleared up. I appreciate everything they did and how quickly they completed my floors. They did a fantastic job and my Floors look GREAT!!! I would highly recommend Floors 4 less!

Excellent job by installers and entire experience was great with our purchase of engineered hardwood flooring.. I dealt with Sharif and his partner and both were very helpful and attentive to what we wanted. Finished floors look fantastic. This is only place I shopped, after spending several days online, checking prices, material, and most importantly the service I could expect. entire job included moving some heavy Dining and Living room furniture, covering with plastic sheets during installation, floating concrete slab, removing baseboards, etc. Work completed in two days. Highly recommend.

I had an appointment with Al Jacobs and he calls at the time he supposed to be here to say he cant make it for several hours. I would have at least liked for him to call me ahead of time. When you are considering spending over $10k, you would expect someone to respect your time and be punctual especially since this is a first impression. This tells me what it is going to be like to work with them and I will not be hiring them. Very disappointed.

Installed all new floors and baseboards and did a great job for a reasonable price. It only took them about 2 and a half days too. I definitely recommend them.

We just had the floors in our entire downstairs (minus one bathroom and laundry room) redone by Floor for Less and couldnt be more pleased. Their crew was extremely hard working and very nice to deal with. They did a fantastic job on our baseboards as well. We met with Eyhab and Al initially (who are awesome) and they explained the process and handled the contract piece, then their team dealt with us for the most part there on out. I know that bothers some, but it was fine, the crew was great. I work from home and they were very accommodating with me with times, days,etc. When they were done they cleaned up after themselves to the point where if you looked in my house and front yard you could never tell it was a disaster the week before ;) I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for new floors!!

This was the first store I visited when I started shopping for wood flooring. Being the shopper I am, I went to 8 other stores and got 3 in-home quotes. Floors 4 Less was the best priced by far, and they included a lot of services that were additional fees with other companies. Eyhab was very patient with me in answering all my questions. He even encouraged me to shop around! Thats how confident he is in his business! The fact that his company is part of the Good Contractors List was just icing on the cake. This warrants their work with a $10,000 guarantee. I was replacing carpet in my house with engineered wood floors. The 3 man crew showed up moved all of my heavy furniture out of the way, ripped up the carpet, hauled it away, and installed about 1,000 sqft of wood flooring over the course of just 2 days! My floors look great, and my wife and I couldnt be happier. I highly recommend Floors 4 Less!

Great pricing and fine work. I had hard wood, carpet and tile installed throughout my entire home. Eyhab and Shirif both were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The cost for the job was better than any other I could find and the completed work was very good. Anyone would do them self a service by giving them an opportunity to quote this type of work. Floors 4 Less did an AWESOME JOB! We replaced all the carpet in our home with new carpet and laminate flooring. Eyhab was very thorough in our walkthrough and upfront with pricing. Beto and his crew did a wonderful job installing laminate on stairs and the entire upstairs living space. The carpet installers also did a superb job downstairs. Both crews were very professional and helpful with any questions I had. Once the job was completed both crews cleaned up very well. Over 2000 sq ft in 2.5 days…WOW!!! We used Floors 4 Less after going through a flood in our home. Not only did they help us replace all of our floors on our entire downstairs but also our baseboard trim, our counter tops and our back splash. The amount of assistance with not only our floors but with several aspects of our rebuild allowed us to not have to hire a GC to rebuild and saved us so much money! We actually did contact a GC at first but he informed us he could not even match the pricing on the engineered hardwoods so we ended up only using Floors 4 Less and one other vendor to do the entire downstairs rebuild, over 2,000 sq ft. I cant say enough about the help and the great customer service. If not for Eyhab at Floors 4 Less I know I would have paid much more and not received half as much as I did for my money. He was not only a great asset in our rebuild he had himself been through a flood and was able to give us invaluable advice with dealing with our home owners insurance on our claim. I literally cant say enough good things about our experience and Im a pretty picky customer.

Floors 4 Less recently installed engineered wood floors and carpet in multiple rooms in our house and we could not be more pleased with the price, customer service, professionalism and quality of the work!We purchased our floors from the Rockwall store and enjoyed working with Eyhab and Asad. (Eyhab is really funny) They even took time out of their Sunday to come to our house and quote the job! Wood was in stock and the job was complete within 2 weeks of signing the contract!
