Ricky and Haven were very helpful! When the printer messed up they fixed it for me no problem. Very satisfied with my experience.

Ordered cards & postcards for my new business. Completed the order online, picked up the next day with no issue. The young man that answered the phone & delivered by order curbside was extremely pleasant, helpful, & kind. Switching my print jobs from OM to here because of the customer service.

Another horrible experience with Staples Copy and Print in Rockwall. I ordered cards on Saturday for same day pickup and they STILL arent ready. This is the third time the color printer has been down and no one bothered to call so we could transfer the order to another store.
