Fast service, reasonable prices, and absolutely phenomenal quality. Got my second half eternity band sized down and soldered to my wedding band and engagement ring. They came back looking brand spanking new, like straight out of the box new, and they fixed the previous soldering job too!

We went in at 5pm on a Saturday expecting to drop off my ring to be worked on and pick it up in two weeks. To our surprise, they had a jeweler in there that went ahead and took care of us. The ring that was there was so unique, fit the special need of having a surface that would not snag or get hung, but especially this very unusual and beautiful ring was like it was made for her! We did not find what we wanted so he took the stone off of one ring and put it on another to make the perfect ring for our price. We are new to the area and I needed my new engagement ring resized down. Willis Fine Jewelry came highly recommended on google and the local Facebook page. I stopped in on Thursday evening and spoke with Tom. He was very helpful, immediately found my size (first try with the test sizers!), took a good description of my ring, let me know it would be ready in about a week and gave me a pick up receipt. Much to my surprise I received a text the next afternoon saying it was ready! I dropped by Saturday morning to pick it up and Carolyn took great care of me. They cleaned my ring and it fits like a dream! The price was also spot on, much less expensive than other jewelers i have used in the past. I will continue to come back to Willis for any future jewelry repair needs or purchases!

First off Sam is a gem. So kind & knowledgeable made me feel like I was a regular and for that this is where we will be coming for all our Jewelry needs. I needed to get my diamond earrings reset and change them to white gold with the screw on so I wouldn’t always be worried about loosing one.They turned out perfect.

Excellent repair work by Willis Jewelry! I had some electrical arcing damage to my 45 year old gold wedding band. The arcing made a u-shaped notch in on area and melted arc aluminum in another. They filled it in and repaired both damaged areas perfectly! It looks as good as the day I bought it. Very well done, I highly recommend this Jewelry Service!
