Good honest people who know their craft. Alex was great to deal with and his staff were all very helpful with my jukebox and arcade game purchases.. BTW- the arcade is awesome. The refurbished coin op machines were a blast from my past!!!

We have called 3 times to repair pinball machine We have been promised they would come out. Didnt get back with us

This is the WORST customer (no) service Ive EVER experienced! I have been calling for over a year to see if they could repair my jukebox. Each time, I was told by Mr. THORP, that someone would call me next week to schedule a pick up. Each time, no call. I have since learned from a local jukebox repairman that many jukeboxes that are picked up are allegedly not returned on time or never at all. Beware of this company!

Their work is great and staff is the absolute best.
