Floyd was terrific. Responsive and knowledgeable and walked me thru the process. He saved me from having to send out a table to be repaired and was able to fix it with his products.

Floyds customer service and attention to detail is outstanding. Much to our dismay I accidentally put a dime sized spot of Floyds premium dark oak wax on one of our recently upholstered antique chairs. Upon contacting Floyd he explained in detail how to best mitigate the problem, which included not only the product to use but also and most impressively he detailed the technique to use to best remove the stain.I have used his product to refurbish antique wood furniture as well as finishing large and small carved artwork from Bali, Vanuatu, Tonga as well as a large sofa table from the Philippines. Excellent product and excellent customer service!
