Manager at napa rocky mount store is rude, wears too much perfume and having affair with emplyee. She is also smoking dope.. very disappointed will be getting future parts elsewhere.

Terrible Customer Service & Treatment! Employees seriously need an attitude check! I went to this NAPA location to shop and as I was waiting in line I heard a conversation between one of the employees and a customer in the other line and she was being very condescending towards the guy. Then when I got waited on by a different employee I told him what I needed and another employee came from the back and told me I needed to wear a mask didnt ask me but DEMANDED me. I felt that he was racially targeting me since the other employees didnt make a big deal out of it. He told me there were some masks in the front and I asked if they were free and he sarcastically said No, we charge for masks They were free but he doesnt need to be joking around on the job. I came to this location about a month ago and one of the employees was cursing out loud saying that what other stores dont have we have. The guy just was shaming their competition and I should not have to hear such vulgar language.

Prices are too high. I try to do business local. I needed a bearing. Amazon had the bearing for $5.00 with free freight. Napa charged $22.00. These guys seem to operate on the pretense that their customers are idiots.
