First the good, the people are really nice and they had the exact cad I was looking for and gave me a pretty good amount for my trade in. Now, the bad. I went to get my first oil change not eve. A month after buying it and was informed that they dealership did not change any of the filters. I took it back they changed the filters fine cool. But I also had an issue with the wheel popping when I turned and a roaring noise in the back. I took it to them and they basically said everything was fine. I took it to Hyundai where I have a factory warranty. They took a look and had to replace a baron and they also have to replace my ENTIRE STEERING COLUMN. If I would have just went off of what they said I would have been screwed all bc they were careless.

The car buying experience there was haggle-free, and very fast. The sales consultant was very knowledgeable and friendly, and receptive to all of my concerns. The sales and general manager made a commitment to making a very fair deal with me on the vehicle of my choice, and they didnt disappoint. From the time I first appeared at the dealership to the time I took home my purchase was very fast. I was thoroughly impressed. The business is only as good as the people, and this staff is awesome.

Although I am still having issues with my car I have to say the new service team have gone above and beyond and continue to go above and beyond to do everything in their power to fix my issue. The team before Josh seemed like they were too busy engaging in everything except fixing and being attentive to the customer. Now that Josh and Carlos are there and the 2 ladies behind the glass they seem to really go above and beyond to do everything they can to make it right. I have no doubt that they will get this small issue fixed sooner than later.

Wonderful and so respectful people. Great customer service. They are so amazing (Friendly, Joyful, acknowledge, dedicated, exceed your expectations) you wont feel the time passing by. Two stars may be a bit generous. in April bought a Durmax from them they told us they were “giving us gap and other warranties“ but really just threw them on top of the bill which upped the payments by a good bit. they claimed to give them to us due to the length of time it took for them to get our stuff together to sign(8-9 HOURS). Now here I am end of July and the Turbo goes out. since we had to go back in there and tell them we weren’t paying the extra a month for stuff we didn’t ask for but was told they were given it to us now I have a truck that has a broken turbo and of course it’s out of there 30 day 1,000 mile warrant. WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!

While traveling from the Fla. Keys to upstate N.Y. on rte. 95 all of a sudden my car started driving funny. I found Rocky Mount Dodge and had to spend the night as it was Sunday. First thing in the morning I spoke to the service manager, who name I believe was Eric, who immediately knew what was wrong when I described the problem. They put the car up on the lift and my new tire only 3 months old with only two thousand miles on it had a broken belt. They found me two new tires and had me back on the road by 9 am. I am extremely grateful at the quick service. Everyone I spoke to at the dealership was very kind and courteous. I would recommend them to everybody.

Rocky Mount Jeep was an extremely pleasant and satisfying purchasing experience. I live about 100 miles away and only found them by searching for a specific Jeep. They were very prompt to respond to my inquiry, able to answer all my questions, facilitate my trade in, as well as deliver my new Jeep, all in one day, remotely, without ever setting foot in the dealership. What a breath of fresh air in the car buying world!

Having my vehicle worked on at this location has been nothing short of infuriating. Both times I have taken my car in to have work done, they have done something wrong. Last time I watched as a wheel cover rocketed across 4 lanes of traffic. This time the valve cover was incorrectly installed and my car smokes like a tire fire. If you want to spend weeks of your life wondering if or when your car will actually be fixed, this is the place for you!

This was a great car buying experience. We saw a jeep on the website that we like and was able to set up a test drive and everything right on the website. When we arrived the jeep was not available but Caitlyn and the manager (unsure of his name) did everything they could to find us a vehicle that was in our price range that we would like. We could have test drive everything on the lot until we found what we wanted. It was a painless purchase and would highly recommend anyone to go there. Today I would like to express myself the first time I visit this dealership here in Rocky Mount but she was the most horrible experience that we got we came in because they were selling a truck online with one price and then suddenly they decided to change the price because the owner of the dealer decided he does not want to sell it at that price so when I complain saying they can’t just change the price because they have decided to they agreed to sell it to me when we were almost finishing with the papers one of the guys his name Anthony McLaughlin he is the general sales manager he scream at us in a very rude way saying he has decided not to sell the truck to us I felt so embarrassed like if I was getting it for free and the reason why he decided not to sell it I find out through the bank is because he was pulling our credit without our permission when we already told him we already had a loan ready with are bank he decided to do it his own way without asking us just because they earn more money when they submit every application from each of the customersI believe that every customer deserves to know when they’re pulling your credit they do not care how many times they do the it they only care about the money not about the customers.

We reached out to Rocky Mount Chrysler and Dodge on obtaining a Dodge Ram 2500. I called the office and spoke with Dequan. He was very knowledgeable and quickly began running the numbers for the vehicle and my two trades. Unfortunately, the deal did not go through because the vehicle I wanted was not within my price range. I informed Dequan if he found a vehicle within my price range to reach out. A week later I received a phone call from Dequan. He let me know he had vehicles in stock within my price range and offered to speak with his GM on the vehicle and trades to make sure it was within range before coming in. The GM was also very helpful and worked with me and Dequan to get me into the vehicle I wanted within range of my monthly payment within the Day. Very impressed with the support thus far and professionalism of those in that dealership. Great leadership and crew. I would recommend anyone looking for a truck to go to them if in the area.

We have had nothing but problems with the service department. Today was the last straw. I called over a month ago to get our vehicle in to be serviced. I took the first appointment they had, which was this morning (a Friday) at 9. I havent heard from them all day so I called to check in, and they said it hadnt even been brought in to the shop yet, and wouldnt be worked on until (at the earliest) on TUESDAY. The woman said they were very understaffed. Why did no one call me? I couldnt drive anywhere today, waiting on this vehicle to be done, and I could have taken it elsewhere. This service department is a joke. Stay away.

I just purchased my 5th Jeep from Rocky Mount Dodge. Chris Vick was very helpful during the sales process. So much technology has changed since my last car purchase that I really needed and was fortunate to have him help me get just what I wanted.

Before I left, I had to go back to informed them that the oil change notification was still on. The clerk had to get it fixed and corrected. I have to make an appointment because Im smelling burnt smells when I am driving. Because it isnt a continuous smell, I wasnt sure if it was mine Jeep. I didnt smell the burnt before I took my new 2020 Jeep to get an oil change. Honestly, sometimes going to get car service turns out worse.

I went to get my 2015 Dodge Chrysler Town and Country rear door actuator changed because my door wouldnt open unless we got inside and pushed the latch manually the door would open for just that time then wed have to do it again. The Rocky Mount Dodge Jeep Chrysler has REALLY REALLY bad mechanics.(Shout out to ERIC and his newly trained sidekick) who couldnt get our door open within the first our. They broke the clips on the inside of my door from I assume yanking it too hard.My actuator was changed and now the door opens BUT ERIC tells my husband theyd have to take it back apart to see what HE/THEY had done as to why the door wouldnt shut all the way. Eric told my husband the problem was the latch was already the problem not actuator but yet the latch worked fine for us to open manually. We were told $308 was the price then went to $450 due to extra piece that was broken to fix it THEN he says we had to pay an extra $576 for the latch that they broke but wouldnt admit to it. Rocky Mount Chrysler Dodge Jeep Karma comes all around us yall trying to sucker people into more money you should be ashamed but you know not everyone is HONOST. Id think carefully before going here.

Normally dont have any problems at dealership although last friday went in for oil change and tire rotation and was charged wront amt with coupon then a few hrs later had a blow out on tire. Was never told when tires were rotated that i needed tires. Called back waited on hold for over 30 minutes and then another 30 minutes for rep to correct my billing. Not a very good experience

They did not do our paperwork properly. They ended up having to come to our home so that we could then sign paperwork that they forgot to get us to sign when we were at the dealership. And then they needed all of this additional paperwork from our insurance company. The insurance company let us know that the dealer did not do our paperwork on time and thats why we were being put through the ringer with the DMV. We have never experienced anything like this in buying a vehicle. I wish the experience was better.

We brought our Fiat 124 Spider in February. This was a hard time in our lives as I was facing a medical emergency. We pulled on the lot and the first face I saw was Tiffany Hachel. I was in tears from speaking with my doctors office and my husband, not really knowing what to do, pulled on the lot. Tiffany was very welcoming along with Josh Brewer and Kevin White. Im guessing they felt like they had to make the situation better somehow. Tiffany was willing to show us anything if nothing else, to cheer me up. We sat down and they all were very professional and showed so much compassion. They all worked very hard to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. They made follow-up calls and held our hand straight through our first service appointment. It may not mean a lot to some but the experience there meant the whole world to us. They will always have our business and we even started using their service department for our other vehicles. They are good down to earth folks😁

I went to the service department because myy trunk kept opening on its own. they told me it needed a new latch and it would take a week to get there okay cool a week goes by no call so i called them they tell me it’ll be another week. after that week goes by i still get no call from them so i call them they said they ordered the wrong part and they need to order the right part okay i know things happen so they tell me it’ll be a week. I still get no call from them so i call them and i get the same answer it’ll be another week before i get my part🤦🏽‍♀️ at this point i went to get my money for the part only back not for the service. It was a waste of my time and money!!!!
