Flag was delivered on time and I was very satisfied with the quality. The design tool was the the most user friendly out of all the sites I tried. Very satisfied customer here. I would definitely order from Northstar Flags again!

$135 to send a 12 flag. Your policies are a joke, your willingness to adapt & go above and beyond to help potential customers is NON EXISTENT. Your Customer Service is a joke. Shop elsewhere people. I know i will.

My custom flag looks amazing!!!! Wow! Sherry Davis and Kayla K. were exceptional! And made certain my last minute flag would be delivered on time and in the exact condition as it was designed. Stellar staff! Will definitely shop here again! My boyfriend owns a boat yard so we will definitely need more flags in the future for clients.

My order was supposed to be a gift for my police academy and was purchased with funds from my classmates. I am missing 2 out of my 3 items. I chose to return the one (flagpole) because the online description and picture did not meet the expectation by far and the rest of the items did not get here on time. I asked for a refund and return label and I was told the return shipping would come out of my own expense. The shipping cost is $215+ dollars when the pole only costs $57. The company showed no initiative in calling me back or keeping me updated without me having to ask for updates. I will never shop or recommend this place again.

I bought a couple of custom two-sided flags. They look great, good quality. Northstar quickly responded to the questions I had before ordering. Had a small issue with one flag, which they quickly resolved. In fact, they really went above and beyond in resolving that issue. Excellent service. I would certainly order from them again.

We used Northstar Flags to create custom corn hole bags. It was the best website I found for easily creating exactly what we needed. When I called the company with questions I was greeted with a sweet woman who graciously offered all the help she could give. I got a wonderful sense of a small town business and I was happy to pay a few dollars more to support this business. When we recieved our bags they were as perfect as we needed and exactly what we designed. I will be using them for all our future custom bags! Highly recommend!

Ordered 2 golf flags that I assumed they would have in stock.... nooooo, they had to produce them which apparently takes 3-5 business days (did not see that info, maybe in the very tiny fine print) then production had a sewing “glitch” and looks like I might get my 2 golf flags 2 weeks after ordering (UPS) at $21.99 shipping on 2 flags that weight less than 1 lb..WOW... first class USPS is a third of that I believe... contemplating cancelling my order.

BIG SCAM - DONT TRUSTThey hide pricing information from their consumers, and advertise information such as pricing as low as $35 but then their prices start at 88 dollars for a 25+ quantity. The only thing theyre ninjas at is robbing you blind. Also, when you ask for a quote all they send you is their generic catalog which is almost 3 years out of date. Helpful. Piss poor excuse of a company.

Fantastic customer service!I had a last minute need for my work. I chatted online with a rep who helped me get my design uploaded and expedited to meet my deadline....which was only 3 business days away. It was an easy process to order my custom flag, it arrived as promised, and looked awesome!I would recommend this company and will keep them in mind for future needs!

This company is fantastic. I ordered a small flag for my boat and the quality was far higher than I expected. In addition, when I spent the extra portion to insure that the graphics I sent them would be upgraded to the highest quality, they called and told me that the graphics file I sent them would work perfectly fine and they refunded me the extra money I spent.If I ever need flags again, this will be the only company I contact. Highly recommend them.

Customer service and turnaround time was initially good. Price was right but flag itself is worthless. It faded beyond use in less than 2 years despite claims of UV protection. Inquired with company about warranty and was told they dont have one. Try to leave a review on their website and you will notice it cant be done. Wonder why? Not sure why they have as many positive reviews as they do.

I volunteer with a high school team and we decided to support a local, North Carolina company and order a flag through North Start Flags. We submitted out design and received an e-mail asking for specific color information, but never received a proof from the company. When our flag came, there were Xs where there should have been letters. Their program hadnt contained the font we used and no one checked our design enough to notice. If they had sent a proof, we would have been able to avoid it. I told them I wanted a refund because there was no time to order a new one and I got the following e-mail:I have handed everything to my operations manager and we are going to rectify this problem for you. I am terribly sorry about this. I will be in touch with the new ship date.I never received a ship date, but a package showed up 2 days after our competition containing a fixed flag. I told them that the new one is worthless now that our competition is over and that I still wanted a refund. No response yet. I think my money was completely wasted. USE ANY OTHER COMPANY THAN THIS ONE!

I ordered Family Crest flags for my brothers and they turned out beautifully. I needed help getting the family crest to Northstar and the girls in customer service were awesome. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a specialty flag.

I have several flags from NorthStar. The quality is excellent and the personalizing of all of them was done to perfection. The customer service I received was courteous and professional. It made our family event all the more special. I will not hesitate to order from them again in the future.

While the product itself turned out well and the customer service was sufficient (up until the point of this discrepancy) I was disappointed when we received an additional invoice from Fed-EX on shipping charges. We had already paid a fee of 30 USD$ upon placing our order.. so as I am sure you can understand we were less than satisfied when we were sent a separate invoice for 37 CAD$, in which case my company was told that there was nothing North Star could do.If you are ordering from outside of the U.S. be warned of additional shipping costs, that North Star does not warn you about nor take accountability for.

I was totally stumped on what to get a newlywed couple (who live aboard a boat) for Christmas, and came up with the idea to make them a custom flag with their boat’s name less than 1 week before Christmas day. I looked at a couple different websites that had custom design tools and found that Northstar’s was the most sophisticated, easiest to use, and had the largest variety of images to choose from. After completing my design I had the option to contact Northstar with my shipping needs, but instead I crossed my fingers and selected 12/23 as my “in-hands” date with no expedited shipping. I was less than hopeful that it would arrive in time, but a day or two later I received an email with tracking info from Fedex, and to my relief the flag arrived right on 12/23! It looked great and they loved the gift— I’m so grateful for the fast service! Thank you!

Terrible. Ordered a 2 by 3 flag for an event and it came in as a 4 inch by 6 inch stupid looking flag with a pole. One of the worst purchases of my life, they cant follow simple instructions.

An amazing job, really cleaned up my design and my flag came out amazing.
