Has everything you need for amazing hair!

This is the worst hair store in Rocky Mount that I have ever experienced! I purchased an item and the cashier never gave me a receipt. Later realized the item never worked at all. When I took it back to return it the owners were both rude and very unprofessional. The cashier sided with them (of course) and told me that I was lying and they gave me a receipt, which was never the case. They need to understand that they can not treat/talk to people any kind of way, especially if customers fund their business. Stay far away as possible!!!!!!!

This is my go to place for natural hair products. I also enjoy the hosiery area for whole and footless tights. Its a good place to get hair fasteners for my grandbaby. Theyre the only store I found packs of black only knit pigtail holders in the tiny size. Everywhere else I looked had a mix of colors I wont use or were too big to manage. Size 8 mens caps, size 10 ladies shoes and small hoops for pierced ears are also things I go regular to get.

I purchased an item from them that want work. I took the item back kindly asked for a exchange and not a refund. The owner refused to exchange my item. She was rude and even tried to say I was being dishonest. I would not return to this store if they were the last beauty supply store in the world. They feel has if they can speak to customers anyway and they want stand behind their product. Please stay away from Beauty World on Stone Rose Drive!!

This is the biggest beauty supply store in town. They have a good selection of products, accessories, and hair.

Decent variety of hair products, would probably go somewhere else if another beauty supply store was in the area.
