Mr. Chris Gainey and the rest of the wires, Inc crew are second to none when it comes to professionalism. They greeted me at the door on my first visit and did so every visit after. Chris told me things about my vehicle I didnt even know. The service was tremendous, quick, and efficient. They even worked on parts I didnt get from them (which wont happen again because Im shopping with them from now on). They got me in and out quickly! The guy that did the install didnt put my truck back together all the way I had to finish it, but my speakers are installed and working.

These gentlemen recently put a new radio in my 1989 Chevrolet 1500. Did an amazing job with the installation, and outstanding costumer service. I took my truck to them at 9am and it was finished by 4pm the same day! I highly recommend!

Wires has been an inspiration to me and somewhere I want to be, the owner Brian west has treated me like family for almost a year. I’m trying to get into bass spl and he has helped me along the way and gave me tips on what and what not to do. He not only treats me like family but he also treats each and every customer the same way. Every job performed at wires inc is done the exact same way, like it should have been done. They don’t half do things it’s 100% 24/7 never changing. The products they sell are backed up and his work is backed up. It is a very focused work area and they get the job done. I bought a 2019 q50 about a month ago. Called wires on a tuesday morning at 9:15am to get 5% all the way around plus the entire front windshield. I was figuring they didnt have any open slots but said if Id drop it off they would work me in that day. You guys are awesome me and my family have been and will continue to bring our cars to yall.

Showed up at 10 for a tint job, they took the truck right in and began working ( Sergio did a great job).While the truck was being tinted other staff assisted me with questions I had concerning future modifications. I would recommend wires if you need quality tint with a warranty.

The guys installed a stereo system in my new work truck which came with a work truck system. Might as well been a Mickey Mouse radio. Not anymore! The guys at Wires hooked it up! Now the neighbors hear me coming home. And as always the window tint looks EXCELLENT! Professionals in every sense of the word. Thanks guys!

I bought a replacement radio/clock/CD for my Jeep. The unit works as advertised. It was installed in the time they said it would be installed. The cost was as estimated. All that is good. The bad was that when the Jeep was returned to me the windows would not go up or down. They argued with me that it was not their fault. That I signed a work order (whatever that means when the installer pulls loose or breaks something). The head technician finally came out and opened the door to the vehicle and said, Do you think we pulled these wires loose deliberately when putting in the radio. I have no idea how that factors into the fact that the windows worked for 15 years including today when I came to Wires, Inc. and after Wires, Inc. had the vehicle for an hour the windows failed to work. But, they did fix the wires they obviously pulled loose/broke for no cost. Poor quality control of their work and trying to blame shift their problem onto me is a bad way to do business. Therefore, I give them 2 stars and the admonition that they turned a satisfied customer into a bad review through their failure to fix what they broke before the vehicle was returned to me and argued with me about a problem they created.

The best place to get your vehicle upgraded with tint, new radio system bed liner, and much much more. They are fast and can get you in pretty quick as well. I dont recommend anyone else.

This has been a great place. They installed my hitch and remote start for my hrv. They work with davenport honda and has been awesome. I will surely be back when needing more accesories for my autos. They were able to get me a hitch when it wasnt available from honda yet. Check them out. They seem to almost do anything for your car.

When I arrived to pick up my car, I couldnt unlock the doors with my key fob. I went back inside and notified the staff. While one of the employees was trying to figure out why the doors werent unlocking, another employee came out and asked what was going on and when the first guy told him the doors wont unlock, he rudely said, Well, its a 1970s Honda, we cant do anything about that anyways! First of all, when I dropped my car off, they didnt tell it was too old to tint. When he swiped my card, he didnt say it was too old for him to charge me! Secondly, its a 2006 car, and how many people are driving around with 2006 Honda or older, today? Although I want a remote start, I will never come back to Wires Inc because some of the employees are rude and disrespectful! I suggest you take your business elsewhere!

S/o to WIRES,Inc for squeezing me in and getting my cigarette lighter sockets intstalled i have a 2012 chevy impala ppv (police package) and it does not come with cigarette lighter port at all and they told me what to order parts was only $8 for two sockets and they installed both in less than 35mins so nice and friendly i highly recommend them and will be going back to get my center console installed as well thanx so much Shane, Ben, & William

Staff seem poorly trained and uneducated. I would not trust the person I spoke with to make decisions on my vehicle, he did not seem to know much about the products. I would recommend traveling to Raleigh.

Went there to get my wife remote start installed. They couldn’t install it and when I picked up my car had item missing from glove box. When I talked to Brian about it he didn’t even go to look for my property. Worse company in Rocky Mount.
