We contacted the dealership by email and phone earlier in the week. We made an appointment to drive the vehicle by email. We called to confirm the appointment by phone and received an email confirming our appointment. We drove two hours Saturday morning for our 10:00 appointment and when we arrived we were told by Caleb (who we made the appointment with) that the vehicle had been sold the day before. He didn’t call us to let us know the vehicle had been sold prior to our appointment. His excuse was he was busy. Poor customer service!!! We will be happy to take our business somewhere else.

Have had bad experiences here trying to get a car.and I know for a fact there are ways to help people get in cars they just dont. There are ways. Some people deserve a chance to build credit, if they cant just up and get things. I was basically promised to leave with a car sat there for hrs.and they said they couldnt help me. Many time I tried there. Smh

Cars are decent but most had high milage so take your time and make sure the used car you are buying is actually worth their asking price. Kudos to them for allowing me the space and time to test drive and do a full inspection of the vehicle. Paying as much as we did for a used jeep would ONLY have been possible with my confidence gained from a personal inspection... so thanks!The final portion of our visit, however, ( actual sales and paperwork) took an unusually long time to do, we had our own financing and it still took far far too long, hence my 4 star rating. Seriously never spent that much time filing out paperwork and getting finalized on any other purchase before.

Garbage. I inquired (nothing more) about a vehicle with Chris recently, and he said, I will work on putting some numbers together and get back to you. Now Im convinced, either he is prejudice, or they are selling so many vehicles they can afford to lose costumers.

Claimed they could finance anyone, they couldn’t, my father offered to co-sign and they ran 14 hard inquiries on his credit and could only offer a deal with more down payment that would result in me paying almost double the asking price for the car. Highly disappointed.

They sold me a car a year ago pretty new mustang and it turned out to be a lemon.

Do not waste your time and money here! I bought two vehicles here and all ive gained from them is headaches and financial burdens. The time ive had the vehicles BOTH have spent more.than half the time i had them in the shop for very expensive repairs or sitting in the yard undrivable. I was even told by the dealership that one of the cars (the sedan) was a very dangerous road hazard due to the brake lines rupturing and all three gas lines right behind them. Also, the chasy and body of the car is nothing but rust that comes off as chunks in your hand and just caves in if you try to jack the car up to change a tire. Thr engine work alone on this car has costed me over $2,100. The SUVs water pump and cooling lines failed along with the fuel pump failed with in the first year of its purchase, but it did have a good warranty. But the master brake cylinder failed almost causing us to be T-boned by a semi on a seperate occasion. I was charge 2 to 3 times or more the amount kelly blue book priced the vehicles at and i am still having to deal with costly repairs and uncertainty of whether i will make it to work and back or not due to the sedan having engine and transmission repairs as well as busted brake lines and the SUV needing repairs that could land it back in the shop for a week or so for the 4th or 5th time this year. Please dont make the same mistake i did and if you do go please take it to a reputable dealership or cars dealership to look the cars over or take a carwise person with you. Ive had recieved nothing but unwillingness to help and resistance when i bought my concerns to their attention.

The Used Car Factory was a disappointment. The manager Jeff was very unprofessional and did not care about putting me in the car that I had been talking with the sells rep about. I got off work early and.drove 2 1/2 hrs to Rocky mount to pick up my car only to be.turned away. They told me what my dwn pymnt was and what my.monthly payments were gone be. Jeff didnt vare about none of that. All I got was I cant sell you the car bow after he.told me days before the car is yours. Very disappointing!!!!!!

Dont even waste your time. The managers and secretary are very snooty and prejudice and think you cant afford anything. Go somewhere else!
