Gracyn always provides excellent customer service along with a kind & pleasant attitude. I have had many problems with my phone that she could fix in a matter of minutes for example it not texting. She never has a bad day & I appreciate her kindness! Some say thats not their job (issues with your phone) but I think the reps should stand behind their products!! I recently promoted from my $45.00 plan to the 🤔(unlimited data,$80.00 plan)The ( Cricket Wireless manager.. Mont ..) ripped me out of my money in which I only found out by the message from Cricket that Id used up my data..I contacted the location in Rocky Mount NC,where a polite manager assisted me and explained that the manager hadnt changed my plan,but had charged me an additional$15.00 + $48.00 + $25.00 to activate the joining line + $55.00 and I called customer service and they tell me that I have to pay $11.00 more to correct his mistake.So I waited to hear her apologise for the so called 😒mistake....never came..but Im going to get my refund.and I will today.
I had the 5 lines unlimited talk, text, and data plan since it first came out for $100. Then one of my lines added insurance so it went up to $107 last year. Last week my husband walked into the store so my bill is going up $18 to be on the new 5 lines for $125 plan. Same exact service, just cost $18 more dollars now. Called customer service, they wont reverse it. Its still really cheap for 5 lines but I shouldnt just randomly be charged more because yall decided to raise your prices for new customers and dont say its because of unlimited high speed data because no one has unlimited high speed data. All companies throttle your data speed back after a set number of gigs have been used. My old plan it was 2gigs. Idk what it is now, but I didnt agree to it. This is after last year the manager of this particular branch selling me a Sim card for an iPhone that she knew looking at the phone it wasnt going to work with then refusing to refund the money or apply it to a new phone. I was told, yeah we have alot of issues with those phones. I kinda thought it wouldnt work. I guess thats what happens when you deal with a company thats super cheap like cricket. It shows in their service, practices, and management staff. The other employees have been great though.
