I live 3.5 hours from the Rocky Mount store where I needed to order. DoorDash canceled my Delivery and my options were limited. I called the Rocky Mount store and spoke with Shonda C. She explained what happened. I asked for her advice and she offered to deliver the cookie herself. She was wonderful….that was above and beyond any service I’ve received in along time. Thank you Shonda C.!

I did my order over the Great American Cookie App just after they opened at 11:00am. I got a call around 1:30pm that the cookie cake was ready. I had a 3:00pm pick-up. The cookie cake was ready early and it looked great!!! Keira was extremely friendly and polite. She made the cookie and decorated the same day. The cookie tasted great and we ate it over a few days. My son was ecstatic that it was a Great American Cookie Cake. We have tried other cookie cakes before but nothing beats a Great American Cookie. Thanks Keira for a job well done!!!

Went today for chocolate chip cookies today. But they were out. Not only that they were out of everything. When I asked if they were making more I was told they werent planning on it because they were short staffed. Really no cookies at the cookie shop.

Megan is literally the BESSTTTT we got the best cookies and she is literally the best server!!! If you guys could give her a promotion that would be great cause she totally is the best

Giant cookie shop. Every mall needs one. Employees are all friendly and seem to enjoy their job. I recommend checking this place out if you have not already!

Saturday evening, 7:10pm---no cookies!! How? Piss poor planning and a red headed employee (horrible dye job) with a nasty attitude. I assumed cookies were baking, as there was another family waiting in front of us. They were waiting for their drinks they ordered at the far end of the counter, however the employee had placed them at the opposite end..Why? When we were up, I inquired on what was available or would be available. The red headed waitress turned with a sigh and said not tonight! I wad so outdone that I didnt even bother to ask why because if she had to bake them, I didnt want them. Customer service is everything to me. Businesses really need to take a hard look at their front line employees to ensure their businesses arent ruin by one bad employee having a bad day.

Not only are they the worst... the franchise only cares about sending spam. I sent in a complaint and somehow that signed me up to receive their promotions, but not response in regard to this poor excuse of a business... shameful

No need to waste your time... they are disgustingly rude... they must not need customers!

Im now waiting for 20 mins and counting for whoever to put a note out. Stepped out fir a moment. Ive called the business phone w no answer and still no one in site.
