Mr. Johns graphic designs are not like anyone else in the area. He goes above and beyond to ensure you are happy with you design. Very nice and professional. I am a new business in the area and his designs have giving me the edge I need to display my business. I ordered stand up banners, storefront window graphics, sign display inside store. Im beyond happy and looking forward to the next business project.

Paid in January. Still havent received my shirts and all of my calls have been avoided. The shop is never open and this is the second time its taken so long for my products to get done. Also I had drawn a specific image to be on my shirts and when I got the shirts it was a image that wasnt the one I had drawn. Id give zero stars if I could.

Bad Experience. No quality customer service. Paid money in January and never received it. Gave me the run-around and no refund was issued.

I paid for and placed my order on 1/17/19. It is 02/24/19. I still don’t have my order. Maybe I’m wrong but if I pay for something in full it’s not my responsibility to reach out and see if it’s ready even though I did. I only ordered four T-Shirts and aLogo (said Logo would be emailed to me once it’s finished). I haven’t received a Logo, email, or shirts. I’m so upset because I called one day and he was like I’m closed today but I’ll be back Monday which is understandable (really not because we’re already entering Week 3 of no order). I go to the place of business about that Tuesday or Wednesday, I stand in front for about 10-15 minutes if not longer. I’m thinking my order is already ready, he’s back there throwing some stuff together. I just leave because I try real hard not to get upset because I’ll go 0 to a 1000 quick! Fast forward about a week later I go back and sign says open but he isn’t there. At this point I just want my money back because I’m not about to keep running up there for them ugly shirts he sent me a pic of! Do better
