Called to unlock my grandmothers vehicle, She ended up finding her keys right before this company arrived. The guy still charged her FULL PRICE as if he had unlocked the car, when all he did was drive to the vehicle and leave. He followed her to atm and demanded that she pay him the full amount quoted, He was very rude about the situation as well.

My young adult son was stranded on the side of I-95. I called Oakley and Sons and they were there within 30 mins. Professional and did not overcharge, grateful!!

Open 24 hours.... Calling for 20 minutes no answer! Terrible Customer Service. How can you do business when you dont even answer calls from your customers??

Broke down on I-95 on a Saturday. Not only did Clayton get to me within 30 min, but also brought me to a repair shop that had me back on the road in a few hours. Could’ve took advantage of the situation, but didn’t. Honesty and integrity is the way this man runs his business.
