If only I could this establishment a negative rating. I have wasted time, gas and money dealing with them. Im speaking from the side of being a metal supplier and purchasing as a small company. They dont seem to care at all about small people. Ive had multiple orders that didnt arrive on time, didnt arrive at all with any idea where the order went and even charged double for an order. I had to get the card company involved to get that corrected, because they kept giving me the run around. Ive seen orders corrected same day when I worked at the community college.If you think the store in greenville is better, you are wrong. That is just a sub store for the same people working in RM. They dont even have a rack big enough to hold a full stick of metal. So they just leave your order sitting outside in the weather.Long story short, from now own I will drive the extra distance to Wilson to deal with BMG metal supplier. If you have room for an tractor trailer to deliver, you can get your metal delivered from a state to the north. They will deliver cheaper than the gas you spent driving to DILLON SUPPLY.

Needed a real high quality bench vice so I stopped in to see what was available. Paul helped me pick out a Wilton 5 inch model which was perfect for my needs. Therese are great people to do business with they even ordered a 16 inch Jet drill press with no deposit! Highly recommended!!!!☺😊

Outstanding company with the best quality safety gear. I found them years ago looking for good safety fairs since I am on the road so much. Love the old building and got great service from Paul in the showroom that told me there are about to celebrating 100 years of businesses. Picked up one of those highly reflective light vest for my wife and I to keep in the car. I also love this old bulding.
