We have been renting our unit for well over a year. We are now moving and needed a temporary second unit. Rick the manager helped us to find a unit that was close to our other and kept us in budget. When i call with questions or go in person Haley the asst manager is very knowlegeable and always willing to help us. This facility is extremely well kept and the management is exceptional. This faciltiy deserves 5 star rating....

Rick and Haley at CubeSmart in Rocky River are fantastic. Not only did they make the process easy for a first time customer, but went above and beyond to accommodate me when I needed more storage the day I moved out of my house. The facility is secure, well-lit, and always clean and well maintained. As a customer for 18+ months, I would highly recommend them!

The storage cube was very clean, great lighting to see where your going and easy to move items in and out of the storage cube. When I moved into the storage cube and worked with Rick he made the move very easy for me when I was stuck moving my son out of college in very cold weather.

This facility was clean and accessible, whenever I needed to get in. they were very helpful in recommending the size of the unit I would need and their price was fair and better than I expected. The indoor storage for my home items was the best way to go.

I highly recommend CubeSmart in Rocky River to anyone looking for a climate controlled storage unit. The facility was clean and appropriately heated - but more notably we were blown away by the staff. Rick was onsite to help us when we arrived with a 26 truck from Colorado and offered his assistance in every way possible including sharing an extra Starbucks coffee with us! He was kind, thorough, and attentive. I never expected the level of detail or interest from him that we received and, because of him, we will absolutely use this facility again if we need storage in the future. Thank you, Rick!

This indoor storage unit facility is so clean and nice! There’s a keypad that even says your name on it when you type in your access code, how cool! Rick the manager is such a nice guy. Very down to earth and personable, he answered any questions I had and helped me with anything I needed. I would highly recommend this place!

This place is awesome, Ill never use an outdoor storage facility again, yes its more expensive but the convenience and climate control make it well worth the extra cost. You can store anything here and not worry about it freezing or getting too hot. And no musty smell. Rick is great at the Rocky River location. The other major benefit is when you need to find something you can pull items out of your storage unit and place them outside the unit on a nice clean and dry floor, instead of a wet cracked blacktop!

What I didnt know is every 6 months they raise your rates. I started off paying $130 and ended with paying $202.

The staff was super friendly and very accommodating in rescheduling my move in date, allowing me to access the unit the same day.

Was temporarily downsizing and needed a storage unit conveniently located between the old an new. Courtney was great, she analyzed what I was storing and that I would often need access. She found me the perfect size and location. So clean and comfortable. Both Courtney and Rick are great.

Rick Cooper was extremely cordial, helpful and accommodating when we received our rental unit on 5/15/19! We will definitely be using his Cube Smart self storage again next year. The manager at Cube Smart in North Olmsted was very friendly and candid about the times of operations there and great at referring us to the Rocky River Cube Smart which gave us until 2200L to offload our college storage personal effects.
