Went on a Saturday, after the flood, this place was packed! We still had 2 employees ask if we needed help. We were able to find what we needed and it was in stock. They had a nice supply of lumber too!

They are friendly and very helpful. We purchased their last John Deere tractor mower & the only one from ft Smith to Joplin. My son called them and asked them if they had one and they did and being we was coming from Oklahoma a manager put a sold sticker on it for us. Thank you so much. Because ours quit & we have 3 acres to mow. But we only do half one day & half the next. Thank you Home Depot.

I recently had a good bit of my home remodeled and I procured a lot of materials from Home Depot. They were very helpful and refunded money for materials not used. A 5 star place to shop.

When we first came to the customer service, we had to get the attention of the 3 workers that were not currently helping anyone. Then, we inquired about a lawn mower. They called for a Garden employee two different times before one came. The female was very short with us but did proceed to help determine the mower we wanted. They had to replace the tire on the certain mower, so we had to wait quite a while. After all was done, we advised them that we would like to use the first responder discount that was advertised on the Home Depot Policy we found online that states anything that falls in that industry(Law Enforcement,Fire, EMS, First Responder). Not only did the female refuse to honor this discount, so did her manager. We refused the mower in the end, taking our service to where we should have in the beginning: Lowe’s.

Most of the people we have dealt with haven’t got a clue where things are or how to help you order, now there are a few that have been great. Just download the app and look yourself. If you’re trying to order some thing go to customer service or order it off the app.

Terribly slow order pickup process and they clearly dont care at all about their speed. Waiting on pickup of windows that were ordered a couple months ago. I will not be shopping at home depot for the rest of my house build. 30 minutes and still waiting... After about 45 minutes and maybe a dozen people looking through the store they were located. If you still decide to order doors or windows after they come in bypass customer service and go to the far back right corner and just grab them yourself. Alternatively call ahead and tell them you want them waiting for you at the front at your specified time. However, there are many other places to buy from and highly recommend you shop there, ie meeks, local lumber yards etc..

This two-star rating is mainly around their online pickup service. I waited for about an hour at the store for them to get my order. When I got my order it looked like the box was damaged theres a whole bunch of metal things tossing around inside the box and a bunch of bolts and Allen wrench came out of the box. I should have just returned it right then and there. Also I wanted to buy something else while I was there but it was on the top rack and it took another hour for them to get a forklift to get it down and they were hitting things with the forklift. The only reason why I didnt give it a one-star is because the staff was not nice.

I spend at least $500 a day at the Home Depot in Rogers. I haven’t returned an item in a year or two. I purchased some recessed lights a few days ago but did not work in the place we wanted to use at. Took back for a return and they would not give refund or credit because they said my id has been used to return in the past. I hardly ever return items. I’ll Just go to true value or Lowe’s to spend my money.

The home depot has all the esstiantals for home renovations and decor. They provide curbside pickup services which works fast and easy.

Your staff is knowledgeable on where items are located I never have to wait to find someone to for help home Depot is the only place that we will shop.

Purchased two appliances a couple weeks apart from The Home Depot in Rogers, Ar.Never again.They don’t stock anything in store. Everything gets setup for delivery on a later date.First was a microwave. On the date of the scheduled delivery, they call to inform me that the driver was sick and couldn’t make it. Date pushed back exactly one week. No big deal, that sort of thing happens. One week later, it shows up. Great!Two weeks later, we purchase a dishwasher. Date of delivery comes around and we get the same call about the driver being sick. This time, the new delivery date is two weeks away... I asked if it can be delivered to the store sooner so I can just pick it up from there. They inform me that it would still be the same date (two weeks away).So I wait. Two more weeks. Now here I am again, Saturday, July 24th, one month after date of purchase, on the day of re-scheduled delivery, and I get a call from them again. Guess what? Driver is sick for the 3rd time!!!I express my frustration to the poor young lady on the other side of the phone call and she is able to find a way for me to pick it up at the warehouse. But only between 8:00am - 2:00pm Monday through Friday. So now I have to take off work to pick it up.Oh, and I have to call before I head that way. I speculate that this will be the time they inform me they don’t actually have the dishwasher.Go to Tuckers, or some other appliance store, that has appliances available for pick up the same day. The Home Depot apparently does not have “Doers” in their delivery department.

I always found it funny the Hardware store that gave us the most grief with covid-19, lines, entering one side of the store then having to walk across the whole store to exit, etc. You would think that after all that caring for the customer they would have followed that up with clean/sterile bathrooms. This was around 4pm. Bathroom hasnt been touched all day. No toilet paper anywhere had to get from the womens restroom!

We purchased a pool online and had it shipped to this Home Depot. It was shipped quickly, curbside pickup was so easy, and the employee was very friendly! Very impressed with how simple the whole process was!

There is nothing PRO about this pro-desk. I submitted my house plans to have them work up the take-offs. They said $300+ dollars and a week to finish. After many, many phone calls with promises to call me back, I still have no take-offs and its been over 3 weeks, almost 4. They still (today) promised to call me back, which they did the first time, but not the second and said it was going to take until the end of this week, the same thing they told me last week (that it would take until the end of the week). DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

I always find something I need. Even if it wasnt what I went there for. Great Company with Great employees.

Home depot lied to us and said they had our flooring on the truck to deliver for 2 days. This caused us aggravation of sitting around waiting on them after numerous calls to them. We would have cancelled our $4800 order if our home was not torn apart. The manager lied straight to me. Then 1 of the employees said Im not going to play the he said she said game! when I told her that no one ever called me to say they were coming because the delivery guy said he tried to call we had no missed calls. I give VERY GOOD BUSINESS. The Home Depot will not be receiving any more of my business. Half a star.

Sat outside at curbside after checking in for 35 minutes and finally just left without getting what I came for and then as I was almost home got a phone call from an employee letting me know that they had no idea I was out there and I just checked the system please pull up and they would bring me the item and I kindly let them know that I was already gone

Went this weekend looking for a weed eater. They have a great selection in all price ranges, plenty of people to assist you, and a very organized store.

We are impressed by the customer service throughout the store.Despite having a physical disability, I don’t feel the discrimination of using a scooter to get around as Home Depot employees are very helpful. Additionally, I especially appreciate being assisted at the “ Sslf-Serve” registers. As such, we have visited this particular Home Depot store in Rogers Arkansas 3 times this past week and the customer service has been consistently helpful, and very friendly! Thank you Rogers Home Depot Management for training your employees to be courteous and considerate of all visiting patrons.

Have had all I need for my household projects I have bought stain for my front and back porches and it has been a great color, I also have purchased Ryobi (weed eater) and (blower) they have worked well so far so I recommend them. Their light and very effective.

Found what we needed then spent forever waiting in checkout on Saturday afternoon. Youd think the store would expect Saturday to be busy. But only self-check lines were open, with one poor cashier running between four lines to help customers.

Busy and crowded but clean. When I asked first r help locating an item the gentleman was not the friendliest. He was not ride, but not friendly.

Today March 21, 2021 we came in to buy a trailer and was very happy with the service we got. The gentleman at customer service was very polite and very helpful and Chris whom I believe is a manager was awesome. When we got out to hook up the trailer I found out I did not have the right ball or set up and Chris went in and brought out the perfect set up to het us taken care of. When we asked how much, Chris told us this was on them.

Went in to purchase hot water heater. Employee had to go get lift to get it down. When he returned, he asked 2 other customers what they needed and helped them while we stood and waited. Employee seemed more concerned about one of them buying 3 feet of pipe and let us wait. After roughly 30 minutes of waiting on him, we told him guess they dont want a 400 dollar sale and left.

Had a bad experience, tried to rent a power washer. Waited 45 minutes for a associate no one showed up. Then went back to customer service, they informed us they dont rent power.

Home Depot is all right. I used to think Lowes was better but, they both have their usefulness. HD has made a comeback in my opinion.

Best place for service in our area. There is someone in an orange apron ready to help and they are everywhere. Not like the blue guys in red vests that you have to chase down and plead with them to help😉

Great home improvement store. The only thing I have problems with, is their online credit department. Lowes gives a 5% discount with use of Lowes credit card.

Ordered a washer and dryer on June 2 was supposed to be delivered on the 15th they didn’t because they messed the address up so it was rescheduled for the 19th spent a whole week on the phone with Home Depot and Forward final mile ( the delivery company) to be told on the 19th the order was rescheduled again and that there was nothing I could do about it. I will never use Home Depot ever again and warn anyone trying to get anything delivered these are the most rude incompetent people I have talked to do not use either your welcome!

The curbside pickup service was great! I waited less than 5 minutes and the order was correct!

Drove two hour round trip to come to Home Depot. Weber discontinued their charcoal, and Home Depots across the US had it marked down to $3.90 a bag. The store was well cleaned, I was offered help at every corner and smiles all around. Great Home Depot! :) We will return.

Mower sold to another customer, after purchase and before delivery! Called on delivery the day of scheduled delivery, and lady from customer service tells me at 3pm, the riding mower out for delivery by 8pm. At 8pm called and boyfriend spoke to Store Manager Chris, which informs us the mower we physically sat on at their location, bought and waited not only a week, but also a full day at home for expected delivery was no longer in stock, and nothing he could do. Customer Service suggestions: 1. Dont sell product after already sold! Especially after handing them the keys if your going to sell the same mower to someone else after the sale! 2. Offer to check other store locations to deliver and fix your stores mistake!!! 3. Teach your customer service personnel to actually check on an order when asked, instead of lying and having a customer continue to wait for a delivery that is not going to happen!Now we not only have to go back to get refund and return keys, but will have to go elsewhere to purchase a mower!What a waste of time, and lack of accountability from manager and customer service department personnel!

BUT THE SELL THEM TO RETAIL STORES. SO THEY WILL DO NOTHING TO HELP. IM OUT $200 WITH PROTECTION PLAN FOR A PAPERWEIGHT. HOME DEPOT DID NOTHING TO HELP EITHER.

Always feel welcome and helped when I have questions. They know how to provide quality service. Last week I was in there picking up drywall. They were nice enough to cut it to my measurements. All of them deserve great raises.

Multiple home depot staff chose to keep working without offering to help me. 1 male offered to helped me select correct light bulbs. I HAD to self checkout. There was a kind gentleman with heavy accent that helped me. I usually shop at Lowes, and today reminded me why.

Horrible experience with this store. Bought two refrigerators and washer/dryer during thanks giving with delivery date of Jan end. Few days before delivery I got a email stating delivery is delayed. It’s a nightmare to get support from this store and I have been requested to place two new refrigerator and cancel the old order(they checked inventory and gave commitment). For the second time my order is delayed. Finally end up in buying refrigerator from different store.I was not able to rent my house(both) due to this and I paid 1000$ more as I missed the thanksgiving deal.Please think before purchasing here. The don’t value customer time and money

Returned a defective item, if was replaced by VEE CRISTIAN in the manner that I really appreciate, unlike ATWOODS service.

The store had most of what we were looking for but there were things down every isle waitjng to be put on shelves making it very hard to maneuver a cart around easily. It took asking a third employee to tell us where the t-posts were which were in the very back corner of the store and blocked by a bunch of items on carts just sitting around.

Its the home depot. Its lowes but different and yet the same.

I have nothing against this particular store but Home Depots one size fits all website sucks. I have too many time inquired about something on the website, today it was tool rental, that this store does not have. Home Depot could easily remedy this by not showing the Rogers store in this type of a search result.

Great place for home hardware and tools. Good luck with inventory placement and deciphering whats really included in an advertised sale. The staff can even have trouble assisting but are always helpful and attempt to assist. Garden center has all the basics, but a narrower selection than other similar home hardware stores. Great nut and bolt selection, and they have a stronger outdoor furniture and decorative hardware and misc section.

I purchased a set of Dewalt drill and alot more stuff over $800 2 wks ago. I havent open the box since I got home and my son said why dont I get the Dewalt 20v with bigger battery. So I didnt even open the box and bring it back the folliwing week and the front desk lady seem like dont really want to help me. She said they cant take it back...She told me to go online and fill online for a disbute. I told her said buy I just purchased last week and I just want to change to a bigger battery and cost more...she just said sorry she couldnt help me. I was so mad that I just bought it htere at home depot and never open the box.

Typically a good experience, however couldnt get someone to help with new blinds and shades. Waited around for about 15 minutes on a Saturday afternoon and then moved on to the other home store.

HD is quickly becoming my favorite home improvement store. I like the quality and selection of their tools.

The selection of spray paint is terrible. One brand,, limited color selection. Lowes has way better selection, multiple brands and colors at Lowes

Staff not informed as to what they stock. Sent me on a wild goose chase. Never a great experience shopping at this location.

Always found what I need for little projects at home like painting, chicken coops, flooring and garden stuff. The kids love going through the model kitchens and refrigerators section. The staffs are alright, if I need them Ill find them.

When do the store without a mask as I dont do them. Was not harassed by any store worker about wearing one. Interacted with the paint department, and the yard tools person. Both people willingly helped without issue, and even though there were no registers open only self-checkouts, the customer service desk was happy to process my transactions for me. I was 100% Lowes customer before today, now Im a hundred percent home Depot.

Went to Home Depot to get a Ryobi work led light that works on the Ryobi 18 volt battery system. The Ryobi rep was in store and had a pleasant conversation with her. Especially love that Ryobi pleged to never change their battery system so tools owned are made obsolete. The rep said they are proud of that fact and will stand by it. I found a Ryobi worklight for my purposes and purchased it.

I put two stars because I love home Depot but during this pandemic they werent pushing wearing face masks the one in Fayetteville does and has signs saying do not enter unless you have a face mask on the only reason why I say this is because other people are In harms Way for instance my 1-year-old who had to have emergency open heart surgery the day after he was born is immune compromised that means if I even get remokely near being sick he can possibly die thats why its important to wear my face masks. Thats why Im putting two stars because nobody was pushing wearing face masks in the building very disappointed home Depot
