This place only cares about you if you recently bought a $30k buggy from them. They would prefer not to work on your older vehicle, and if they do, don’t expect it back for over three weeks for a simple oil and tire change. I asked for just that and to see why it didn’t want to start. When I finally got it back with new tires and fresh oil, it still didn’t want to start. The tech blamed it on the cold battery. It turns over fine. Their sister shop next door at Bobcat practices this same method. I take a chainsaw to get a new muffler and sharpen 3 chains. I get it back with my new muffler and 1 sharp chain, but the 2 spare chains were never touched, though they charged for it. I will be staying clear of that area on Hudson from now on. When I replace my Ranger or buy a new tractor, I will definitely not be giving them my money.

Service technician was super rude and couldn’t even tell me any information I needed about shims for a dirtbike. Called someone before I drove 40 minutes and they said no problem they would sell me 3 shims all I needed to get back on the track. Was super unprofessional, and had very little knowledge of anything I was asking. I would be scared to take my bike to get worked on there 3 of the “mechanics” couldn’t read my shim chart sizes and measurements and see what size I needed. Went over to Rainbow Honda and they got me hooked up and helped explain more about it and offered extra Incase one was out of wack. I Try and spend money local and they say just order them online. Needs to have people with passion for the sport working there not a grumpy old man that doesn’t know anything.

So I walked in and I asked for the parts department and I go back to the parts department and the guy at the parts department cant even acknowledge that I walked into the room I waited till he was finished doing what he was doing I asked him if he could cross over a part number and find a part for me without a thought in his head he just says no cant do it and dismisses me like nothing so Ill take my money somewhere else

Have had four visits to the service department now and all have been handled professionally and by extremely friendly employees. As far as the new sales department they are not very knowledgeable about the product and you can take it or leave it with there basically factory sticker price, shop around.5 stars for service, 0 for sales, average 3

Bought a used side by side and were told the 4 wheel drive was tested and worked. Got it home and it did not, so we called the service department and they said well it worked when it left here, you must have broken it. We asked if they would just look at it (since we hadnt even used it yet) and come to find out one of the axles were too short, so the 4 wheel drive wouldnt lock in. Which means it NEVER could have worked and they lied to us. Then the deal they could give us after they sold us a broken 4 wheel drive and lied was that we had to pay $300 for parts. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Went in today to get see what accessories or apparel options were available while shopping for a gift. Ray, the parts manager, was very helpful and worked with me to find just what I needed. Everyone is friendly and the facility is very clean with lots of inventory. Definitely recommend.

Freedom Power Sports is a 5 star dealership. I went in to buy a new 2012 Victory Kingpin. The color scheme I wanted was unique with only a handful left out there. They personally left the state and shipped my bike down here themselves. They have continually bent over backwards to make me happy. (and Im hard to please from what my friends and family tell me) They have done a top notch job making all the modifications Ive requested and Im more than pleased with the service Ive received when taking my bike in for service. They dont sell anything that is not top quality and prices are unbeatable. Manager, Sales, Parts, and Technicians are all very friendly, professional and know what theyre doing. If your looking for a Victory or any parts, accessories or service for your bike ...go straight to this dealer. Youll be glad you did. I belong to a Victory forum, we talk among eachother regarding our service, prices, parts, etc. Just sharing our experiences. Ive published the deals Ive got along with the service Ive got and the feedback I get back just solidifies that Freedom Power Sports cant be matched by anybody.

Bought an ATV here in 2013. Only a few repairs in the years since, great service each time. Had an issue today and took it in, simple idle problem I probably should have known how to fix, they had it working perfectly in just a few seconds, showed me how to adjust it myself, and sent me on my way free of charge. A+

We truly appreciated the professionalism and willingness to answer questions that come with entering a new sport.It says a lot that we found a very comparable unit else where for slightly less- and we came back to Freedom because of their customer service.

Dropped off one of our four wheelers for service - trouble starting and low compression. Was eventually told that they were unable to repair the engine and that the otherwise perfectly operating machine could be scrapped - and was happily charged a $120 dollars for this diagnosis. As a parting gift I was told by the service guy that I was lucky - he could have charged me for six hours of labor. Took the unit to a smaller shop in Cave Springs (John’s Motorsports) - not only is the Polaris fixed - they did it for $400 less than the quote provided by Freedom. As a bonus they did some additional work that was included in the total bill. Long and short of it - if you have a major / complicated repair I highly recommend John’s Motorsports in Cave Springs. If you have a bolt on accessory you need installed go to Freedom.
