I purchased a truck from Auto Appearance Group yesterday and it was the best and easiest buying experience I have ever had. I told Blake that I was concerned that the truck didn’t have a backup camera and I have small children as well as many children in the neighborhood. Blake and the owner Matt stayed late into the evening to install one as I drove from Oklahoma with my family after work (2 hours away). In addition they added subtle features to the truck that made it way nicer. There was plenty of fuel to travel back home as well.Extremely professional, clean, and they treat you like family.Lastly, Blake nor Matt knew they sold a truck to a Army family and will not know until they read this. If you are military or non military go have your vehicle repaired or make a purchase in a stress free environment. Quick and fair repair on my daughters car

Hey folks, I have to write this review due to the stellar service this place did! I got rear ended and the insurance company said it would take two to three weeks to fix. AAG was amazing during the whole process! John Briggs was extremely professional, honest, and helpful. He helped me in dealing with the other insurance company as well as the car rental services typically provided by that insurance provider. I really didnt have to worry about a thing! He called and gave me updates periodically especially since my car was there for a long time and AAG even helped cover the cost of the rental service since the insurance company didnt account for extra time required for the right fitting trunk. Couldnt have been more pleased and would recommend every person to come here.

Wont be going to any other body shop in the area. Blake took really great care of me and the repair crew did a fantastic job on the work. Theyre flexible, quick, kind, and do great work. Theyre willing to work with your preferences and are super helpful. What more could you ask for?

As a widow I have had some unacceptable experiences, dealing with financial issues, which would have never happened to a man. I wont go into detail here but Im sure those reading know exactly what Im talking about.When I had a automobile accident I was concerned about just how this whole process would go. Because of prior experiences I anticipated all kinds of headaches and inaccurate information. My car is old but it is a good car and I love it so I did want it fixed properly.I was referred to Auto Appearance Group in Rogers by a very honest and good friend who knows a lot about cars and car services.... So, I requested the car be towed there. What a great experience.My car was repaired to look like brand new. The finish job was superior to anything I expected. On top of the damage repair they also replaced a weak battery for me at cost. Thank goodness, there are still some good and honest folks. On top of all of that, a really lovely lady delivered the car to me when it was finished. She is precious. This was special to me because I did not have to inconvenience someone to take me to Rogers to get the car during business hours.I am happy to highly recommend Auto Appearance Group in Rogers. If I could give them 10 stars Id do it.

Went in for scratches on my 4runner done by my dog. I met with the owner, Matt he was very kind and easy to work with. I didnt have an appointment, was in the area so I dropped by, he was willing to fix the scratches right then. He himself buffed out the scratches. Im thankful and appreciative of the willingness to work with me. There were several others employed there that came through the office while I waited, they as well were all very polite. I highly recommend using this place.

Auto appearance gave the BEST customer service experience after my auto accident. They went above and beyond to help me with my repair and even helped provide rides when Enterprise failed to pick me up at the scheduled time. I highly recommend them to anyone needing body work done on their vehicle.

Took my car in to get the windows tinted, and it was done within the workday. Tint was perfect, people were friendly, and they even dropped my car off for me. Overall great experience.

Extraordinarily professional and thorough. These folks understand customer service. I was especially impressed with the indoor inspection area where customers are met to evaluate body damage in a clean, well lit, area out of the weather.
