The staff are great. They treat you with kindness and respect. I get all my oil changes here. Their waiting area is always clean and neat and they have the coffee ready.

If you want to be forced to watch Newsmax and have staff ve extremely rude to you for wearing a mask this is the place for you!

The owner of this Meineke does not acknowledge Corporate promotions. Owner was not there to explain further. You need to avoid this Meineke and take your business elsewhere.Staff was nice and efficient for a quick alignment of the wheels. The service costs $99.95. I brought a valid coupon that the staff refused to look at--much less honor. Sorry, but when you can book an appointment through the Corporate website then YOU ARE A PART OF THE CORPORATION. SMH.

Bathroom was clean and smelled nice, the waiting area was comfortable inside and out, took care of our oil change quickly and efficiently. The only thing that could have made it better would be something to entertain kids while we wait or a better tv show.

Friendly, Fast and Affordable

Service is very fast and fairly priced. However, the man that checks you in is very unfriendly. I’ve gotten a few oil changes there and every time he acts so put out for my business.

Stopped here on a Saturday several months ago. I was told they can’t give me an oil change because they’re too busy. I stopped by today. There were several men working on a truck and they saw me waiting for several minutes. Then one of them comes out and tells me that they can’t get to my car for an hour!!!! He said they have to go to lunch!!! It was 10:35 am! I even mentioned how early it was! He said, “Well, we have to eat!” This is very unprofessional to run a service business and close the shop because they ALL have to go to lunch at the same time. I complained to the man at the register and he and another worker snickered about my complaint. I went to your competitor and will never try your shop! Learn how to run a business!

Had my starter replaced and considering they had to get it from a parts place it took around two hours, so fairly quick.

Only drawback I could mention is that the business was not able to do credit card functions. Fortunately, I happened to have cash that day. But that is not always the case. I don’t fault the staff there, but perhaps the franchise for not providing the service that was necessary. Other than that, everyone was efficient and professional!

The oil service was fine. No issues there. But this is the second time Ive gone to this location and the employee behind the counter wasnt wearing a mask, yet the sign on the door says everyone must. I think at this critical stage in the pandemic its not too much to ask that a business follow their own guidelines that they expect their customers to follow. By not doing so shows a lack of concern for the general public.

Were ready for me at my appointment time. Informed me on how I could save a few bucks when they recommended what needed to be done.In and out in about 1 hour.

Despite the Statewide mask mandate, none of the people working at this Meineke were wearing masks. I also was pretty appalled at the 3.5% fee for using a credit card, which ended up being quite a lot of money considering how much work was done on my car. Otherwise, my brakes are working great now.

Ii didn’t actually go to their shop. My sweetie, who used Mieneke, took my car over As I was not feeling well . I needed New brake pads. The technician was knowledgeable, professionals, and explained things well. My sweetie used them so he already knows the integrity of Mieneke staff. Honest snd trustworthy says it all .Happy customers will spread the word and that’s how places gain customers. People have CHOICES, and I chose Mieneke because I happen to know one of their satisfied customers. That’s a win-win for everyone. Fast service every time

I have been using Meineke since they opened years ago. Bob and Mike are always knowledgeable and most importantly, honest. They never pressure you into work you dont need. They do quality work.

The business was very clean, service was quick and seemed reliable. No one was wearing mask. None of the technicians or Mike behind the front counter. Mike was very rude and unprofessional. I would not have a person with such an unwelcoming disposition assisting my customers if I was the business owner. He seemed annoyed that I bothered him by coming in for service.I will probably go back for convenience but just know that Mike is rude and safety protocols are not being followed. Go armed with disinfectant wipes and sanitizer!

I really like that I dont need an appointment for an oil change at this store. It was very quick too! I think my only complaint would be the website appointments dont seem to sinc with this particular store, but I dont think its the fault of the store. If you need an appointment call them, and theyre happy to help.

While there was some confusion over the initial appointment time, I was given a loaner car while work was done on my car. I had taken the car to 3 other mechanics over the past year for the same noise without them finding anything wrong. Meineke fixed the root cause of the problem as well as the results from it. I am very pleased and would highly recommend this establishment.

Take my daughters car in for a front in alignment. They had the car less than 30 minutes before they called and said that she needed $1400 worth of work. I said I’m getting a second opinion so they charged me 40 bucks. Took it to auto service Center in downtown Rogers they’re going to do the same work. Actually some of the work was not needed and the cost will be $500. I felt Meinicke was trying to push me into spending that money by saying the car was unsafe to drive which is not true. Will not use them do not recommend them.

The service was fine and timing was good. Unfortunately no one wore masks or used other protection to reduce the risk of Covid-19 spread. They require customers to wear masks, but if they arent wearing them then whats the point? Multiple people had to get in my vehicle and the lack of protection worried me.

I stopped in for an oil change. I brought my own oil and filter. When I told the man at the counter what I wanted, he said have you been here before? I said no, this would be the first clue we have a new customer! I tried to make conversation but no luck he was very short and abrupt. They were not busy at all upon my arrival. My car was done in about 40 minutes which was great. These people flaunt that they are Christians. Upon paying they missed another opportunity to welcome a new customer and thank him for his business and maybe say we hope you’ll return for your next oil change. NOT! I definitely won’t return nor recommend them to anyone. Lesson learned!

They got me in for an oil change, break change, and replaced my battery. I work long hours so it is hard for me to have time to get my vehicular Serviced but they worked around my schedule and figured out a way for me to have my truck the same day they fixed it. I came to Meineke for a tire plug and tire rotation, attendant asked me beforehand if I was sure I needed the rotation before actually doing the service. He checked the tires in front of me and showed me that I could go until my next oil change before rotating them. Most shops would do this service without making sure the customer understood this. Being a female that doesn’t know about cars makes me want to continue business here because I feel confident that I’m getting the services I need instead of a chance the upsell. I have many horrible experience so I think this will be my new car maintenance home.

I have been going to Bob and his team at Meineke since 2015 and have always gotten the right service.I’ve started taking my girlfriends car there as well and they explain to her and I what issues we can expect and what needs to be done without the pressure to commit.We appreciate their service and will continue to come back.

They got the job done.... but extremely Shady management very little Info is given about repair or price of repair. I tried using a coupon but was told by the owner we already add it dont worry about it weve been doing this for years 150.00 to replace breaks but claims its normally 300.00 so thats half off.

My local Meineke is always friendly & the service is fast, less than 20 minutes. Very professional & knowledgeable. The price is the same as the local big box discount chain without the extreme wait.

Normally, I work on my cars oil myself. However, I stopped by Meineke today as I am in a hurry to get somewhere, and had a really pleasant experience. As soon as I pulled in the parking lot. I was already being waved in to park in the bay. Mechanic was friendly enough, and so was the man that was working the desk inside. It only took them about 7 minutes to get the oil changed and my car parked outside, ready to go. Overall, the price was fair, service was good and fast, and everybody had good attitudes. I would recommend this place to at least get your oil changed.

Great service and the price is right

I just want to express my deepest appreciation for the kindness shown to me by the Rogers Meineke Car Care Center. I had an issue with a battery cable and I didnt have access to my tools to fix it myself. Im a regular Meineke customer so I pulled in and asked if they would tighten up the negative battery connection. They promptly got to work and ended up replacing the clamp connector on the battery cable. I told the technician I wanted to come inside and pay for the part and repair but he said it wasnt necessary.I cant thank him and the Rogers Meineke center enough. That kind of courtesy and service is rare these days. I would recommend the Rogers Meineke Car Care Center to anyone.

Ive been using Meineke for 8 years with 2 different vehicles. I havent had a bad experience at the shop on Walnut and the employees are always pleasant. Mike is an awesome owner/manager and is part of why I keep coming back.

Got an alignment and new tires. Everything went great. They got it done quickly, and for a great price. I’ll be coming back for more service.

Pretty sure these reviews are all fake. They’re not the worst but “the most professional” and “courteous” hasn’t been my exact experience. In the 3 years we have been going there I’ve never got to know the owner or been able to make any small talk of any sort.When you call they answer, “ can we help you?” No hello, nothing professional there.They’ve also attempted to sale my wife rotors that had been replaced not even a year prior, written do not fill on our washer fluid tank.I’d put 2 stars if all the other reviews didn’t seem completely made up.Also your hours aren’t very conducive to a normal work schedule.

Bought expensive Rotors for my Car at Auto Zone and wanted to them to install them for me, they had no issue with using an outside part considering they didn’t order it, gave me the price over the phone and I was headed up there, seemed all good, that is until I got there, and started waiting, then they informed me Auto Zone had in fact sold me very much used rotors, which is completely 100% Auto Zones Fault, Gave me the option to have them Order some and have them delivered to the store, I figured that meant I would have to wait a few days but turns out they just had them delivered over that day. I Then went back and waited for what was maybe an hour or so give or take 5 or so minutes, after that they had, had them delivered, installed and ready for me to go. Highly Recommend.

I was concerned that Id have to wait an hour or so for the oil change, but when I called ahead, Mike said it was in a first come first served basis. The guys were out to lunch when I called around 11:25 am, but he said theyd be back at Noon. I arrived around 12:30 pm, and within 10 minutes and ~$30 later, I was out the door. Just a note: bring cash or use your debit card so you dont get charged the credit card processing fee of 3.5% on top of the total including taxes.

Fast and affordable. For now thats where I will always take my vehicle for an oil change you do the same.

It literally took them 10 mins to change my oil and replace my air filters. The service is friendly fast & precise!! This is the only Meineke location I’ll be going to. PLUS it was 50 bucks. This frictionless experience made my week!!!

I went down to Walmart to get the 2 tires I needed for $55 ea instead of paying the $85 that Mike was going to charge us to order each tire. (On top of the $19.95 to install each tire) He said it shouldnt take too long to install them, however we dropped them off at around 9am and we didnt get a call back until around 1:30 pm.

This visit to Meneki was pleasant,friendly, the management answer every question related to my Equinox Chevrolet that I had. The techs were courteous and fast at work. It was a real good experience. Recommend Meneki to all my friends and family. Armando Rodriguez, Rogers,Ar.
