I took my car in to get it serviced. I had my toddler with me and so I got the stroller from the trunk and we walked around. They told me it would be a 2 hour wait. That was fine I walked around the lot. The guy that was doing the service for me took my phone number when I checked in and then came and found me to ask about replacing the brakes. He told me then it would be about 15 more minutes. My daughter was starting to get fussy so we walked in front of the service bay in circles waiting for my car. After 1 hour, I went to see if it was ready yet, and apparently they texted a different number and no one bothered to come tell me it was ready, even though they could easily see me and my daughter watching for the car. Also, someone left their empty 7Brew coffee cup in my cup holder. Disappointing.
Ok nice ppl polite, but couldnt fix my car. Had to get factory involved, so we sit and wait.
This place is always trying to upsale on service or parts or something. I have never had a visit they didnt say something was about to wear out. They are very customer service oriented and I appreciate their kind and courteous demeanor.

The service team here is always the best! Theyre friendly and attentive, Ive been coming here for 10+ years and have never had a bad experience. The sales people is a whole different conversation but the service team is EVERYTHING and the one reason I keep buying Toyotas 😅.

My 2011 Toyota Corolla is getting recall work done today. Steve Landers repair shop is very professional. I was able to get a courtesy shuttle ride home and will get a pickup later today. This service alone makes using their shop very easy, comfortable, and pleasant. Their customer service is 2nd to none, it has been the very best in my experience.

I am not one to leave a bad review or complain but Toyota really outdid themselves this time not once, not twice, but THREE times!I dropped my car off for regular service Saturday, January 25. When I went to pick it up they told me one of their technicians hit it. I was in shock and in disbelief. You would expect them to be more careful with your vehicle.They did apologize and told me they would fix it and take care of any charges and give me a rental in the mean time. (Which I was ok with because accidents happen.) My car was still drive-able so they asked me to come back on Monday drop it off and then they would give me a rental. Which caused an inconvenience making us late to work. Moving forward, took them about a week and a half to finally finish it. We went to pick it up on a Friday morning (once again making us arrive late to work) didn’t notice anything wrong because it was an icy morning. Throughout the day we noticed the paint colors did not match! We called the service advisor around 10 am and left a message to call us back. 4 o’clock came and still haven’t heard anything back, so we had to take it back (here we go again missing and leaving work early) once we got there the said service advisor admitted that he should’ve inspected the vehicle before giving it to us, which he did not. He wanted us to come back on Monday to drop it off and get the rental. I had asked him why he couldn’t give us the rental that day (Friday) and he stated because they would be charged an extra two days (the weekend) I put my foot down on that one and told them that was not our fault that we are missing work when this isn’t even our fault so they went ahead and gave it to us. Moving forward took them about 3 days to finally have my car done. We went to pick it up and it still wasn’t 100%. At this point I am pretty upset. It was missing one of the door edge guards. They did not have one in stock so they had to order it and they told us they would let us know when it arrived which would make a 3rd trip to Toyota. Which once again made us miss work. My car is FINALLY back to the way it was when I initially dropped it off for service. It is VERY frustrating that I had to go through all of this. I wouldn’t have been so upset if they would’ve returned my car 100% the first time I went to pick it up.

I purchased a 2011 vehicle from them in February. In March, there was a small storm that caused some minor dings. Upon inspection in April at a reputable body shop, it was discovered that there was serious roof damage that was never repaired properly and now required a total roof replacement. That cost more than the vehicle was worth so the insurance company totaled it. I had the vehicle for 2 months. Between deposit, taxes, tags, and other costs, Im out over $2,400 cash on this vehicle. But now, I dont have the vehicle either. I immediately called Landers to make this deal right because they did not disclose the serious prior damage before they sold it to me. Per Rodney Plack, Mgr., the business totally refuses any and all responsibility. His opinion was that Im stuck with the losses on my own. Too bad. I will never ever purchase anything from them again!
I came in for an oil change an my check engine light came on. So I asked could they just tell me what’s wrong or why was the error coming up. They didn’t tell me that it costs $120 for them to check. I just felt like ordering a part or something being done to my car I should be advised on cost. I’m not sure how you charge a loyal customer $120 to tell me what’s wrong when all you did was plug into a computer and read it off. That cost more than the oilsChange. Maybe post a price list or communicate that with customers:

I had to have some warranty work done on my 2017 Toyota Tacoma TRD off-road and Lake went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of for me. I didnt have to do anything. From the time I dropped my vehicle off at 7:15am, the dealership was buzzing - likely a rolling 10 vehicles coming in for various reasons, ALL of them being greeted and checked in like clockwork. The shuttle was so prompt, I didn’t get to finish my donut and coffee. I received periodic text messages throughout the morning regarding my vehicle’s progress and literally 11 minutes after I received confirmation of the shuttle, I was on my way back to the dealership to get my vehicle. And then they apologized for being so busy. I’m not easily impressed, but days like this is the primary reason I am on my third vehicle from this location.

Really just to remember making me sickThey sell cars from other companies and insurance to well me van have guaranteed and take to this service department Just for what they cannot fixed me car also denied to see what is wrong with me van insurance told me is the only service department that cover for me repair .Then me van is in another dealership and toyota service department refused to help me with my car
