Target under renovation work .Store maintained neat and clean .Its hard to find help if you need to check on something.So much of empty places mostly due to renovation work.You will find good toy options for kids .i felt little pricier compared with Walmart.

Had a strange and rather empty selection. Prices are fairly cheap though. Wouldnt be my first or second place to shop, but I suppose it gets the job done.

Got there late but wasnt rushed about like some other local discount stores like to do you at closing time😜and we had a little trouble with one of our cards but the attendant was HAPPY to help us out with it. Yes really....HAPPY at closing time she even took the time to show us how to do it for future reference. Thank you target lady. I used to shop here regularly for the amazing soda options. This location used to have just about every flavor of Mtn Dew and so I always came here to purchase soda. Unfortunately someone at Target decided having many Mtn Dew flavors was not a good idea and its just basic flavors like every other retailer in the area. It was great while it lasted though. Still a nice and well-kept store.

They have a great selection of items, but its not where its supposed to be. Their customer service is also lacking, as every time I tried to talk to an employee they all walked off as if I didnt exist.

This place is like the bizarro version of Wal•Mart. You in Bentonville/Rogers wearing Red homie? Better Blue Up Fo Walmart Cuhz. Better not catch ya on aisle 15C, homie. I run the Q-Tips!

No toilet paper and no soap in restrooms. Trash all around the water fountain. Dirtiest Target i’ve seen

Clean. Easy on&off for semi trucks.

In the women’s restroom none of the stalls had toilet paper on the toilet paper holders. Instead each stall had 2 or 3 rolls of toilet paper strewn about the stall. Some rolls were on the back of the toilet and some were on the floor. When checking the “restroom service schedule” it stated the restroom had been checked hourly all day and was in great condition. How hard is it to actually put the toilet paper on the holder instead of just throwing multiple rolls into a stall??? I know Target wants us to self check our items now but I guess we will also be pushed to restock the toilet paper holder.

Very unsatisfied. Staff is friendly and helpful (as much as they can be). Half the time I ask for something specific Im told they ran out and it might be on order. The Starbucks is always out of half their menu because no one orders anything. The store is constantly being rearranged and looks like a mess. The staff are told to focus on the store and to ignore people, which doesnt explain how disorganized the place looks. And the cherry on the top is that on multiple occasions I have seen staff crying with a manager or whoever standing in front of them barking orders.

Went to target today and on my way out wanted a Starbucks drink but the line was extremely long and only one stressed out person doing drinks. I saw here call for someone on a walkie talkie but nobody came to help. And I finally got to the front of the line and they dont even have the ingredients ordered to make what I want. What is the point of a open Starbucks if they dont put anything or anybody in it to run it. Already fed up with thus target and its poor treatment of employees and customers.

Way better than Walmart. Prices are a little higher but Target is one of my favorite places to shop. Employees are very nice and helpful.

I found what I needed online using my laptop, but I didnt know about drive-up rather than in-store pick-up until I was at check-out. There it said I could use the Target app to change to the drive-up option after check-out, so I checked out intending to make that change. I downloaded the app to my Android phone, and once I got notice that my order was ready, I searched the app for the place to switch to drive-up pick-up. I finally found a place where it said it was possible to change from in-store to drive-up, but it just said to follow the prompts on the app. I couldnt find any prompts anywhere, and in an online chat with a Target rep, she said they werent trained to answer that question. In the end, my husband drove up to the store and one of the delivery people stopped by his car and brought him my order, but of course since he hadnt been able to alert them via the app when he left home, he had to wait quite a while for them to bring it out. Now I know to start any order I make with drive-up pick-up from the outset, but perhaps your app needs more visible prompts for your customers to use in the situation I outlined above.

Everyone up front was really kind and personable. Ive never had an unpleasant experience at this store and I love visiting my Target!

Love this store. There is always a sale going on. They have very cute home decor. Their grocery items are very affordable and you can find most things you need. They do not have fresh produce though; however,they have many frozen goods. They also have a nice toy department. ....

Found the specific toys I was looking for.I went to 3 different Walmarts and a Walgreens and they didnt have Nothing.

Management/HR is completely unprofessional when it comes to hiring. They’ll tell you one thing and then you get an email for another. I tried calling to sort things out and was not only on hold forever, but was dealt with by a rude lady at Guest Services. And apparently HR can just leave whenever they want and not call back if you try to contact them. So unprofessional and a waste of time

Did pick up for the first time and meant to do drive up.. Carmina was super helpful and kind and even though we did our checkout wrong she was willing to help and grab our order for us. Left us with a hopeful smile. Thank you so much Carmina! We truly appreciate you!

Outstanding! Profesionalism, Quality, Responsiveness. The staff at all of the Department stores seems to be really nice and will help you find what ever you need . If they dont have it they will suggest another way to get whatever it is you are looking for .

Very clean and well organized.

3 out of 4 stalls in the womens restroom were absolutely filthy. The manager had checked off the bathroom cleaning checklist and marked everything as spotless when in fact it was the exact opposite. 10/10 bathroom usage at Target would NOT recommend.

Decent selection but the prices are higher than other local stores for the same items. They do carry things specific to them and that’s a nice change.

We hadnt even put our car in park and they were at our car with our drive up order. So convenient and quick!

I want to say a HUGE thank you to the manager Josh that helped me and my mother out this afternoon at 7:25pm. He went above and beyond to help us when he could have said no. We buy from this store alot and never had any issues in the past with our packges. We bought a toy for my son a few months ago and when the package came in we didnt open to look at it, we just put the box in the closet. While going through the boxes today to see what all my kids had for Christmas gifts we noticed one of the boxes had the wrong item in it. We knew it was our fault for not checking when we should have, but I called the store and talked with the manager name Josh. He was very respectful and kind. He told use we could come get the right thing even though the time had expired too. We are so thankful, thank you Josh for helping us! (Lesson learned to us to check the boxes anyways.)

I really dont understand the point of having one cashier and three working self checkouts at noon on a Thursday There was a guy that had a radio attached and a Target shirt who stood at the end of register staring at all 25 of us in line. I mean Im glad that you see us, but it would be great if you, I dont know, check somebody out. Then I thought I would get some pizza or a pretzel because its noon and thats when people eat lunch, but no they had neither. Bang up job Target. Its not like youre competing with Amazon or Walmart the two most major corporations on the planet or anything.

I placed a store pick up order online, it said there were two of that item in that particular store. My daughter arrived at the store to pick it up. They stated it wasnt ready. I was on the phone with her and asked her to get a the store manager on the phone. Baylor gets on the phone and I asked if she was the store manager? She said yes. I explained the situation and she said there was no way to speed up the process. She stated she had to wait on the people in the back to get the item and scan it in and bring it up front. I asked her if my daughter could go back to the shorts section and grab the shorts and bring them up front. These were already paid for. Baylor told me no, they had to be processed first. So I canceled the order and told my daughter to walk back there and grab the shorts and check them out at the register. She walked back and couldnt locate the shorts so she asked the employee that worked in that section to help her find the shorts. She show the lady a picture of the order with the shorts in a photo, and the lady said she has no idea where they are. So my daughter walked around and couldnt find them. I called back and asked if there was more than one store manager? I asked is there one manager over the entire store? The lady said yes, I asked her name. She said Kristen. I asked if I could speak with Kristen. I explained the situation to Kristen and I informed her that Baylor told me she was the store manager. Kristen said, well shes the front and manager. I explained to Kristen that my daughter had asked someone in the store for help and they had no idea where the shorts were I also asked Kristen how they were going to find the shorts. She said its not always correct online and they may not have them. I asked her if she could help her find them. She said if shell go back to the fitting room one of the employees back there would be glad to help her. So I set my daughter back there, and they had the shorts back there and waiting the whole time. Very frustrated with the management and staff at the store.

I have been trying to reach guest services for half an hour, the only way I was able to get through was by calling corporate and after 15 min I was magically connected with someone at the store who said the phones weren’t ringing as if I was lying. They put me on hold to check for an item and never got back on the line. When I called back I could not get through again.

It was so easy. Much better experience than Walmart.

Order pick up is extremely slow. Theres usually a long line because they dont have enough people at guest services. It seems like half the orders have to be retrieved all the way from the back of the store, so theres a lot of waiting while they do that. I tried the drive up option where they bring it out to your car, and it was faster but there were items missing. On top of that, the refund I got for the missing items didnt include the tax I paid.

Our cashier Josh had exceptional customer service. He was the happiest cashier I have dealt with. I will defiantly be back.

This location is NOT enforcing the Rogers city mask ordinance - checked out behind a group of 5 people with no masks on. Also, this location appears to be struggling with stocking in the apparel department. Lots of sizes & items out of stock. Empty shelves in other area of the store as well.

There was 1 person available to help in a line of 10 or more and growing. I used the order pick up tool to save time. It would have been faster for me to go get the item on my own and then check out.

My only real experience in this store was with the wonderful people behind the customer service counter. I was there to make a return and was met with a very warm welcome. I felt appreciated as a customer, and their friendly nature made me feel like a part of the Target family. Great people, I wish I had gotten their names. This was yesterday at around 2-3pm, 2 young ladies and a gentleman. I know people are more likely to leave a nasty note than a good one, so I thought Id do my part in getting a good one out there.

Customer service is rude. Unwilling to help if it means work may be involved. I have been on the phone on hold with a question just today for over 45 min with no answer. Ive tried several other depts no answer either. Everytime I go and actually need customer service its the same thing. If I dont need any help and Can do it all on my own then service is great.

Buyer beware!!! Was in Target yesterday because I had a gift card. I usually dont shop for food there but with the gift card I thought I would pick up a few things. It started out OK but then when I got to the dressing Aisle, I was checking dates and found that half of the product, both mayonnaise and salad dressing, were expired. I called for a manager and explained the situation. She said they had just gone through their entire frozen section and pulled a bunch of expired product. I was shocked that she admitted that to me. She proceeded to call associate over to look at all the dates. As I went down the dairy section I mentioned to a couple with a child that there was an issue with expired product in the store. The Man checked the date on the milk he just picked up and it was Two days past the expiration date. They thanked me for letting them know. Target needs to do something about the expired food on the shelves and train their employees better. Make sure you check the dates!

Ive always been a huge fan of Target because of how clean and tidy the stores are, and the affordable selection of items they carry. This location is no different. And as an added bonus, theres a Starbucks inside!!! Well played, Target!!!

Ordering was easy (even received a discount!), pick-up was fast and courteous.

Target is one of my favorite places to shop, however this location doesnt seem to have as much as other Targets I have been to. There is always a long line and very few registers open (usually weeknights and weekend days). Also the womens bathroom is ALWAYS dirty. There is always toilet paper on the ground and urine on the seats. I avoid the bathroom as often as possible.

I like their shopping carts, their redcard discount, and some items they carry that other stores dont. I wish there was an easier way to use their other discounts without having apps because Im not that techy and never will be but I am frugal. I wish they were located closer to me.

I have had so many problems checking out with certain cashiers so I try to avoid them at all costs. Overall its not a bad store. They just need more sensitivity training with some of their cashiers. But to be fair I have had some great cashiers before so I try to always go to them. Although I do love the new self check. Makes it so much easier.

I have been trying to reach someone at this store via phone for over an hour. Not sure why they even have a phone number if no one ever answers.

This store always makes price matching very difficult and treats you poorly for it. I have been trying to reach this store since my lunch break off and on for 20 min at a time and can not get through to anyone. -Unacceptable.

I spent an hour there for a defective Cat & Jack item that Target sells with a one year warranty. The store employees struggled for an hour not knowing what to do. When finally Kayla arrived, her genius solution was to advise me to call corporate after I had spent an hour there, This is the person that was supposed to solve the issue!!! Really!!! She seemed to be beyond herself that I flat out said: No, you will call Target and fix this. She proceeded sarcastically to ask me if I had 30- 40 minutes to waste, since thats how long it would take them to contact someone for guidance. Insane and rude!! I called Target, while she stood there not knowing what to do with herself. Those astute people on the phone fixed it right away: I apologize maam, we will be sending you a $25 gift card and a survey, This is not the experience we want guests to have. Basic retail jargon that anybody who works in services/retail masters but Kayla. This is the worst Target Ive ever been. Too many underwhelming experiences there, but today was well just ludicrous. Thankfully Amazon with its ways is merciless and slowly but surely decimating the retail industry. We will not have to deal with below par customer service no more.

Not a Super Target. Or even a super Target. Not long ago, they introduced self-checkout and reduced the number of humans at the regular tills. Now, checkout time has increased, and they herd you like cattle thru that area. Its a bad way to cap off what had been a pleasant shopping experience. Stuff like this makes me glad Amazon exists.

Used to be a great store. Lately, its been extremely understaffed. Long lines at registers. Self-checkouts are not working or arent attended by any employees to help with any issues.Great assortment, but service is poor. Not likely to go back.

Because it’s impossible to tell if you’ve actually paid what you should have for your purchase with all your tricky offers. Today I bought baseball cards over $100 to use the $25 off and the coupon rang up but when I get home and actually total up the receipt the discount’s not actually there.

We bought aHolmes® Lifelong Tower Air Purifier with HEPA HAP1201-TU and drove to a different town to pick it up. When we got home and looked in the box, we found the product to be filthy. There filter had long dog hair all over it, and there was fuzz and fur all over the bottom of the box. It smelled like a wet animal. This is absolutely the most disgusting experience I have ever had at ANY store. I will drive back, return this product to Target. I feel like I have bought used toilet paper. I will never, EVER trust Target again. This is a disgrace.

If there’s a coupon in the paper for an item, call ahead as most likely they don’t have it in stock. Especially before Christmas.

This is my favorite Target in the area. The store is consistently clean, larger than the Fayetteville location, and parking is easy. They also have a separate family bathroom which is helpful with little kids.

One of the most incompetent staff of employees Ive seen in a retail store. The Customer service desk is a nightmare. The electronics experts are anything but. And the management are among the most lazy of the bunch. Look for them to be staring at their phones or chatting away with other employees, disregarding the existence of anyone in need of help.

This Target was not very busy and does not sell some things I typically need (Persil for instance), but they do have nice home stuff and the employees are very friendly. It took me no time at all to check out.

I have always loved target they have great brands and most of the time the employees are really helpful.
