I’ve been here several times and each time just doesn’t get better. Different employees, but all have the same unfriendly feel. You feel judged right when you walk in the door, or they make you feel stupid for asking a question. Overall, they make it an unwelcoming place to be.

Fayetteville store on college didnt have much of anything. Should close that store.Went to Rogers and now you have to pay for your own bags. Sad when you have to do that

They are terrible you buy something and you cant even return it or they will not even help you the women in this Rogers Arkansas place is rude and when you call the customer service all they tell you is service or down cant help servers are down cant help they never want to help make anything right in the store I would never give them anything else theyre the worst or period

Was an idiot and bought a processing dye without processor but when I came back the lady behind the counter was very polite and helped me find the right volume and brand for what I wanted. Even though i was a little irritated she handled the situation wonderfully. Appreciate her so much, hair came out exactly the color i wanted :)

The staff is very unprofessional and rude. I was on the phone with my mask half way down so the person could hear me, there was no one around but my friend and I, and the lady with long curly hair tells me to put it back on. So I did and told my friend I couldn’t talk on the phone with my mask on and they thought it was rude I guess so she and the tall short haired lady came and stared us for a long time. Then when I went to the register the short haired lady was so rude. I shouldn’t have bought anything from there at all. They do have really nice stuff though, but their staff is not it.

This was a very interesting experience. i was parked outside the store ready to purchase some hair dye for myself and everything was going great until I realized I had to get another thing and I simply knocked on the store door waiting for the lady with red hair “Sharon” and I asked if it was possible if I could give my card to them instead of doing the whole process on the phone and she came out loud and clear “NO.” I understand that there’s lots of chaos currently due to our situation sadly but I feel she didn’t need to be so rude about it. this is not the first time this lady has given my family bad service. my mom was in the store buying something for her hair and she made a simple question on how she can get signed up for a rewards card for points and when she asked for service to do that she completely denied her and told her she had to do it elsewhere or online. then a few days after she went back for other stuff she needed and a guy asked if she needed anything being very polite and she asked how to sign up for rewards and he was super nice about it and helped her. what the hell! how is it that when she asked earlier they denied her and then time passes and they do help her. maybe it was just a time thing who knows but I for sure feel that lady isn’t providing the service that a customer should get.

My wife simply wanted to get hair dye and when she arrived she didn’t have a mask on because she has a doctor note stating she has a health condition that does not require her to wear a mask and she was rudely rejected from the building . If the guy that embarrassed my wife by rudely raising his voice to her would have simply said she could order online and they would bring it out it wouldn’t be a big deal, but this poin-dexter decided to be rude to my wife instead .I guess the ADA COVID act means nothing !! Absolutely disgusted with the service of this location and will not be returning unless I decide to (unmask) AKA streak through the store just to make this male Karen upset .

I was just in the store with my family, we were trying to purchase hair color and we were making our decisions the sales associate was very friendly and trying to help us, however the manager (I’m assuming) was very rude and walking around on a conference call, complaining and barking orders at the sales associate to get away from us. I understand the stress of everything going on and I understand everyone has bad days. How ever EVERY time I’ve been in the store and she’s been there she has always been snooty and rude. Also with as much chaos that is going on she as a manager should be able to remain calm and not make bad situations worse. Very unprofessional and a horrible experience. Regardless of any situation customer service should remain pleasant and it definitely was not in this situation.

Visited during covid-19 and was very impressed with the stores procedures and felt safe visiting.

My wife loves coming here for any specific hair / beauty products. Cheap prices. Good selection of hair dyes, nail polish, hair brushes, etc, etc. Great customer service. Recommend signing up for their loyalty points card. Located in a small strip mall between Wendy’s and Kwik Kar.

This afternoon I received the worst customer service from one of your employees. Rather than helping me the staff member treated me as if I was going to steal something. She would not let me hold any of the product or help me find the right hair color. She discouraged me from buying any product.

They carry arctic fox, wish they carried more variety of unnatural hair colors (if they do I seem to go there when they are sold out). Its always been a good store for me since I do my own hair.

You can always find good hair and nail products at Sallys. I just bought a new blow dryer today. The clerk was friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. Though I didnt find what I came in for they did show me what I could use in place of that item and gave me some great advice.

Im giving a 2 because while I love the products, the staff at this particular Sallys was very rude. They seemed frustrated that I was returning something & kept questioning me until I just gave up & left.

If I could give a zero star I would, the owner / managers is the rudest person I have dealt with, Store is a mess not organized and staff thinks they know what is right and wrong before hearing the customers concerns about certain products . I will never step foot there again .
