Joe does a great job! I have been taking my bike into another shop for a few yrs now bc I bought it there and they could never fix my rims from rubbing on my break pads. They would tell me they adjusted the break pads when the problem was the spokes needed tighten thanks to Joe my bike rides much better now Im not constantly having my break pads rubbing on my rims. While I was there he also told me something else needed fixed and adjusted my left shifter what I have been asking the other shop for yrs it was so tight it was hard to shift. This was just 2 wks after getting my bike for my free yearly tune-up. I thought I was actually getting a through tune-up but looks as though it is not. My husband and I will go nowhere else. We both trust Joe. Also fixing prices are reasonable. He also told me a story of this older guy who built this bike from wood.
Needed work done on my bike. Friendly service and half the price other local shops!
The ppl there was awesome, very nice
Everybody was real nice and help and I appreciate that thank you much
This is our go-to-bike-guru. Joe knows and he can fix it quickly and at a reasonable price.
Ozark Bike Shop is a treasure. Ive been taking my and my grandkids bikes there for almost 20 years. Ozark Bike Shop was here before all the Johnny come latelys. The owner is knowledgeable and unassuming but dont underestimate his skills. He can fix most bikes for less cost and in less time than the other shops. And when you show up with a big box bike that you bought for the grandkids he doesnt roll his eyes and treat you like you smelll bad. My greatest fear is he will retire soon and I will get stuck using one of the Johnny come lately shops.
Sorry to see him retire and close the business
I bought a new Schwinn mountain bike. The rear sprocket assembly went bad after 3 months. (Im 63 years old so maybe I was riding it too hard.) I called another shop. They wanted me to bring in the entire bike and put it on a waiting list. I took the rear wheel to OBS. The owner replaced the sprocket assembly while I waited (maybe 10 minutes) and charged $25. I would have been happy to pay double that.
I am an Arkansas Native and have bought every bike I have ever owned since 1978 when I first learned to ride from Ozark Bike Shop. I have never been disappointed with any of the bikes I have bought here or any of the repairs. Service is quick, professional, high quality and friendly. You wont find this at the other bike shops in the area mainly run by high schoolers who dont have a clue what they are doing nor do they care.
What a great bicycle shop! Friendly, knowledgeable, and affordable. I like older bikes, and I got tired of taking wheels to other bike shops in my area to be trued, only to be questioned why I was wasting time with these old bikes, and then being told I should buy new. I do a lot of my own maintenance/repairs to my bikes, and have for 30 plus years. So when I need shop work, I know what I need, and Ozark Bike Shop is the best place to have work done to your bike. Joe also sells reworked used bikes, and gear at good prices. This place is awesome!
You know that phrase when someone describes a place or person as an o.g. of something? No matter what it is we all have a sense of what it means. The o.g. is some one with experience, with talent, and real industry original who can get the hard stuff done. Thats the Ozark bike shop in every sense of the word. The owner is one of the best bike mechanics I have ever met. He can really work magic. Now keep in mind he is only 1 man so during the busy season he does get busy but you can rest assured it will be done right and he can tell you in detail exactly how he did it! The shop is very clean and orderly but the location is a little on the hidden side. Google maps can find it but I would suggest parking in the back entrance. Hes located in a strip mall that has a Mexican bakery along with other similar shops. If you park out front his entrance is right in the corner of the L shaped mall. But like I said its easier and closer to find his shop if you go through the back entrance behind the strip mall. Hes very talented and a down to earth guy. Swing by, check out his shop, or give him a chance to show you what his skills are. Youll be glad you did. Did I mention hes a supper nice guy?
Always friendly, and always takes care of what you need. Perfect!
Works quickly and very well priced. I was on short time but he made it worth it all. I definitely will take my business here in the future.
Great like tony the tiger would always recommend
Sincere, honest, very Knowledgeable gentleman with a real business ethics. The best.
Excellent Service. Very professional. My bike was serviced in a day.
Very thoughtful and Professional Service, I came in and found exactly what I was looking for.
Fantastic group that runs this place. They do bike repair and sell used (refurbished) bikes. Very reasonable! Great help! Will keep on going back for repairs and parts!
Stopped in there just the other day to check this place out. Great selection of used bikes! The owner was also very friendly and allowed me to look around without trying to pressure me into buying anything. If youre looking for a quality used bike, I recommend checking here.
Favorite bike shop in the area! Hidden gem. Great repair services, wide selection of parts and tools, and some really cool used bikes for sale on the floor... you can have your own style here, everyone fits in. This is a real bike shop for real people.
Was able to swap my handlebars to ones that made it possible to ride with my back straight. Feels much better to ride now and the work was done a day early.
Had a great experience. Very impressed with the shop and their level of knowledge. I will not go anywhere else for my cycling needs. Thanks guys!
This guy was professional and did an amazing job. Ive gone through two other bike shops, for my back tire bending, and Everytime within a week the tire would bend again. I went here and the tire is going strong and has lasted longer than my previous two combined. Guy is friendly and knows his stuff, i couldnt recommend this place more and its my new go to shop.
Joe is very friendly and professional. He has many years of experience and he can be trusted! I have purchased several bikes from him over the last 20 years. He has a very reputable business.
This is probably the best shop to go get your bikes fixed he has great prices and the service is awesome. He also has a Lot of extra used but new parts. Hes very friendly and also has a huge selection of used quality bikes.
Joe did a kind deed for me today for sure.My sons wheelchair was damaged and he repaired it invery few minutes.I so appreciate the kindness and feel this is the place togo for excellent service.
Joe is the local bike guru that can help you. He is keeping shortened hours now so check his google site. Mask up and go see Joe at Ozark Bike Shop Inc in Rogers.
Excellent work and good rates. This is the only true bike shop left in the area. All the other bike stores are a lot more expensive and not as well trained in bike mechanics.
Love the shop! Professional and friendly service always makes me want to go back.
