Gloria at She said Yes in Rogers, was amazing person to work with to find my dream wedding dress, she made me feel so special for any accommodations I have need to find the perfect wedding dress. I felt so comfortable and relax. There dressing rooms are beautiful and really makes the lighting on dresses and with full mirror access to see everything on the dress all the way down. Even helps you change in and out of dresses and to find dresses that you want and even out of your comfortable zone. Tights them perfect to your body to makes sure that one is the one.

Audrey and the entire team was AMAZING! Audrey opened on a Sunday (though they are usually closed) to allow my family from out of town to see it as they were passing through. She was so patient and gentle and didn’t make me feel pressure to purchase. As I got lost in everyone’s opinions she wanted to know what I thought- not everyone else. I want to be her friend and grab coffee- like that level or kindness was what was exuded. They are even storing my dress for me. If you need a dress go here ❤️

She Said Yes Bridal was such a fun experience! Kelsey helped me out and did such a wonderful job. When I made my appointment several weeks ago, I included my Pinterest board of dresses I loved. She made sure to become familiar with my ideas and style and already had a few dresses picked out for me before I arrived. She even found my “dream” dress I had on Pinterest and did such a wonderful job! It was a memorable appointment and I definitely recommend this place!

“She Said Yes Bridal” was my first stop to Gown shopping and I’m super glad it was cause I found the dress that I love and can’t see myself walking down the aisle with any other one. But the women working there really set the bar high they’re all sweet and really respect your time there, in particularly, Audrey. I cannot get enough of how patient and sweet she was during the whole 2 hours we were there. Not once did she make me feel rushed. I’m plus size and she not once made me feel bad about dressing and undressing In front of her, she made sure to help me really get a visual of what the dress will look like on my body type. She was genuinely so sweet and caring the whole time. The experience you get with Audrey is one of a kind, ultimately, its like dress shopping with your best friend, who’s known you your whole life. She really takes what you say into consideration, I showed her two dress styles I really loved and she was quick to guide me in the right direction. After trying on a few dresses all different styles, i was able to tell her what styles I liked and looked good with my body type and and what I didnt like and she was quick to remove the dresses fitting the description. I can’t wait to say, Yes to the Dress next week!

She Said Yes was by far the best dress shopping experience I had!!! Gloria was SO helpful!! She recommended great dresses based on my preferences. In the dressing room, she laid out each dress for me to step into so trying on was a breeze! Gloria was also super knowledgeable about every detail for each dress, from the designer to the specific type of lace. I highly recommend She Said Yes to any bride who wants a comfortable environment, a helpful and well informed consultant, and a large selection of dresses with samples to fit ALL body shapes and sizes.

I recently purchased my bridal gown at She Said Yes. I had found a dress I really liked and thought was the one at a previous store, but wanted to be sure so I made time to visit SSY! Audrey was the most genuine person and never pushed. She knew I had found a gown I really liked and still made the process so great by working with me on finding a gown to beat it. She did! I found “the dress” thanks to Audrey and she and the owner worked to make sure I would get my dress in time and the perfect fit. This was my third bridal shop to visit and I can honestly say Audrey made all the difference. I loved the experience and left so happy!! Everything about the shop was great right from the moment of just walking through the door.

I came into She Said Yes for my first dress appointment to the sample sale July 30th. I tried on several dresses and went back between number 5 number 7.. twice!Kelse was WONDERFUL! She was so personable and kind, and made sure my dress fit what I imagined in my dreams. She made my experience everything that I had ever dreamed it would be, and more. Sizing at this store is awesome! They had dresses in all sizes ready to try. I’m plus size and Usually at other stores, the dresses are too small and I just have to estimate that it will look a certain way once it’s order in my size. But they actually have a variety of sizes. I actually found my dress on rack! Right then and there. It fit me perfectly and I was able to take it home.

Went here today to shop for my wedding dress. As a bridal consultant myself I know how things go. My consultant Audrey was SO sweet! It was her first two weeks at she was absolutely precious and made sure I felt comfortable. There was a blonde woman who at one point handed me the bottom of my fitted dress and shooed me off the stage, very rude. She realized this after I said I didnt want to try on anymore and showed me around the showroom to see if I liked anything else, honestly even if I did I wouldnt buy there. They did have some curvy girl styles and the store was very clean but the way I was treated by some of the staff was shocking. Five stars for Audrey because shes a peach, definitely ask to work with her! Two stars for everything else.

Spent 5 weeks waiting on a bridal dress showing for my fiancee. Waited 10 minutes just for them to show us they had been text messaging a number we didnt know and telling us we had cancelled our appointment. Our system showed correct on theknot.com. Whoever they were talking to was not us and we had no idea and no control.They said we couldnt do it today as they had no openings. We had people in from out of town.1/5Will be taking our business elsewhere.

I loved my experience at She Said Yes! Even though I went in on a bridal sample sale and didnt make an appointment, the ladies there were still super helpful. They were very hands-on and assisted me with just about anything. They offered a lot of advice on how to do alterations and were very honest if alterations could not be done. They were also very respectful and gave me the space to make my own decisions. I ended up saying yes to the dress!

I went in today to shop for my prom dress and even though I went in without an appointment I had the best experience ever. All of the staff was very nice and helpful and even stayed after hours to make sure I left the store with a dress I loved. Would 100 percent recommend and go back.

Before my appointment I had a FaceTime meeting with Myka so she could get to know me personally and get to know the style I was looking for. My bridal party and I had the entire store to ourselves, which was a priority for us due to COVID. We were welcomed with our favorite snacks, wine, and music playing over the store speakers. I just purchased my dress from She Said Yes TODAY (!!!!) and I am so excited! I worked with Myka, and she was wonderful. We had discussed the style of dress I preferred and we looked at the gowns together and she pulled a few different styles so I could see what they looked like. My biggest fear was that none of the dresses would fit me. I wear a size 10 in jeans, and everything you read beats it into your head that bridal sizes are so different, and sample sizes are small, so I had it in my head that there was just no way the dresses would fit. Turns out I had nothing to worry about. I felt great in every dress, so ladies, DONT WORRY. The atmosphere was relaxed, the store is beautiful, and the women who work there were sweet and supportive. I definitely recommend She Said Yes. They have a great selection of dress styles and my experience was just so positive. I look forward to going back for fittings, etc, just to see these ladies again.

Ive been to this store roughly 10 times in 6 months. Every single visit I was treated like a princess. Melissa (no longer works there) helped me pick out my dress on visit #1. I tried on about 20+ dresses and she was so patient with me. She gave me some tips without being overly pushy. She gave me the freedom of going through the stores selection of dresses to pick out my own or she would pull some herself for me to try on. The remaining visits I mainly dealt with Myka (the owner I believe). She has such a sweet soul. Very warm personality. I had some unexpected financial trouble and family issues that made this experience challenging. But they were all so kind and understanding. One visit I had a complete mental breakdown in the dressing room, they Consoled me and made sure I was ok before I left. The store has such a huge variety of dresses. Prices are a little more than Davids bridal but you can tell immediately that the quality is so much better.

My family and I walked in and they had lots of dresses beautifully! The customer service was not good at all! The lady didnt help me pick out any dress I had to pick them out myself. I asked if I needed anything on specific to try on the dresses and she didnt even say anything. She put me in a room to try on the dresses myself with only zipping if needing that help. She was to busy with other people and on her phone I was waiting on her constantly.i was so discouraged that we decided to go to a different shop. The white dress boutique was super friendly and great customer service they helped me find my dress to wear !!!

I had a good experience other then after I tried on a dress I thought was right I wanted to try on a dress I previously had on but she already took it back to the floor.... after getting the dress and signing the contract I realized this dress wasn’t the one for me. I honestly wanted a ball gown and I left with a mermaid which I’m fat so I don’t feel good at all in it. Before I left she said sale was final and I couldn’t return it. That was fine, I thought maybe I could trade it for a dress at the same price maybe more since the dress I got is $1,700 but upon reading the contract I learned you can’t do that either. So now I’m stuck with a dress I absolutely hate with a ridiculous price and I can’t afford to pay that dress and then buy the dress of my dreams..... it’s an okay experience when your their but they make you feel pressured into getting a dress you didn’t have in mind by saying you look so great then getting your family on board. It’s a terrible feeling after you leave and you realize what you really wanted....

This shop was not at all what I wanted. I gave the consultant absolutely top-end price point, explaining that I would prefer to stay well below if possible (unless I just adored the dress and it was really unique). She showed me three dresses all in far excess of that budget and was extremely pushy, which is just super frustrating. I went to several other boutiques who respected what I asked and gave me space to make my decision without making me feel like I was on a reality show.

I LOVED She Said Yes Bridal. Deja was excellent. She is definitely a wonderful people person and not pushy in any way. I had a previous bad experience with Davids Bridal, but then I drove there and I could finally feal at ease. Enjoy the moment!

Myka was an absolute joy to have with us Saturday. I had multiple appointments at said other bridal places earlier in the day, and just about had given up. When I walked in, not only was the inside beautiful, but I was welcomed with a big smile, and dresses I drooled over. She helped me in my dresses, which was great.. One place I had gone to I got to figure all that out myself, and the other place was just as awkward as I could have imagined. haha She walked me out to the pedestal, and I truly felt like a bride. She found the ABSOLUTE perfect dress for me. I have NOTHING negative to say about She Said Yes. I was thrilled to have found you guys. I cant wait to go back in for fittings. (:

She Said Yes Bridal always has a huge selection of high quality dresses. Whenever one of my brides goes here they always comes out with a dress they absolutely love and that fits their style perfectly!

This was easily the best shop of the several I tried - I DO NOT recommend Tesori or the White Dress Boutique, btw. I did get very lucky in finding a dress that I loved on their sample sale, but the highlights that every customer would share are:1. They treated the appointment like an appointment - they were ready for us, sat down to talk through what I wanted, spent time talking me through each dress and options, etc.2. They LISTENED to the things that were a no-go for me, rather than trying to argue me into some other dress.3. They had a great selection of different dresses, not just variations on one style.4. They had dresses at several different price points, which was important to me. I like nice things, but I think the wedding dress industry has gotten out of control. I ended up with a gorgeous dress at a price that didnt make me sick. Also, accessories werent crazy overpriced (at least the ones I looked at) - the straps I added to my dress were actually super reasonable for the amount of beading they had them.5. The stylist with whom I had my first appointment -Jeri - was also present for each of my fittings and follow-ups, which made me feel more certain that everyone was on the same page (for small things like replacement buttons, the straps I was having added, etc.)6. The alterations work was impeccable and reasonably priced. I think I paid the same amount for my wedding dress alterations ON A SAMPLE (so more extensive reconstruction) that my mom was quoted for her MOB dress at Davids Bridal (obviously we went elsewhere because WUT.)7. The alterations ladies did a great job of negotiating my wants with my comfort - I like things very fitted, and they managed to balance that with making sure I could sit, dance, eat, etc.They did have to re-sew the bustle, and I wish I had tested that more at pick up so I understood how to do the new version better, but thats my fault for being in a rush when I picked the dress up. (We ended up with some really pretty video at the end of the night when I gave up and let my train down on the emptying dance floor, where the dress is very swoosh-y and lovely. Props to my husband for figuring out how to twirl me without stepping on the train.)I do have one very small note about those alterations: if you buy the dress and do alterations here, you need to pay cash or have a cheque. When I was surprised by this at pick up, the person working said they tell everyone twice. Partly, I believe her because they must do this a lot and Im sure they have a routine/checklist. But it wasnt in any of my extensive notes and none of the people who went with me remember hearing it - however, its an exciting and really busy time. Still - seeing it one more place cant hurt: CASH or CHEQUE for alterations.

I whole-heartedly agree with Lauren. I went to She Said Yes first and it was the first pleasant experience I had had with my wedding planning. Deja was so personable and so genuine. To make sure that I didnt fall in love with the out of reach dress, she wouldnt let me try on anything that wasnt in my price range. The two dresses that I couldnt decide between were 750 and 1300, so there are dresses there for those on a budget.A week later, I tried out Davids Bridal. I was treated so poorly by the first woman that helped me that my friends had to coax me to stay and try on dresses. (They were able to find another salesperson who was much better). I obviously bought my dress from Deja.She also helped us with bridesmaid dresses and I still had such a great experience. Quality all the way around!

I absolutely had the best experience a bride could ask for. I have been in so many Bridal stores in NWA, but this one was the best. I would like to congratz to Jalyn, she is absolutely the best !!! Since I arrived to the store, she gave me the most amazing customer service. I share with her all my preferences and she found me the dress of my dreams on that day. She was very professional, caring and very knownelable. All I can say is if you go there, I totally recomend to ask for her, she is amazing !!!Now in Spanish!Definitely the best bridal shop in all of NWA, I went absolutely to all there are, however none gave me a service that exceeded my expectations until I arrived at this one. Jalyn is definitely the best in all aspects, very professional and knowledgeable about all dresses, she made this experience the best of all! If you are about to get married at NWA I recommend that you choose this place have dresses from the best designers in the world and different price range for all budgets!
