Good customer service apparently is a thing of the past. My husband and I walked in the store and we didn’t have a mask. Instead of kindly being greeted and directed to where we could get a mask, the first words spoken to us were “put a mask on, get one from over there.” I’m sorry, pandemic or not, you don’t greet customers that way. We walked right out and took our business elsewhere, where they still know how to treat customers correctly.
