In the process of looking for a suit. Came to JCPenneys and could not find any help. Very few workers during this pandemic time. Tried on a few jackets but there was no mirrors around but inside the dressing room. Some of us have not worn suits in years thus we need some help picking out the correct ensemble.

Need more collections on Toddler and Men dresses.You will find year long some discount or clearance sale.This store service is good!!

Absolutely the WORST curbside I’ve experienced anywhere since COVID started!!! I pulled up, checked in & NO ONE ever came out!!! I called the store maybe 10-15 times!! NO ONE ever answered!! I even tried different departments & NO ONE answered!! I called the main Customer Service number & they said they couldn’t help me!! REALLY?!? Corporate can’t even contact a local store!?!?! I waited 25-30 minutes not knowing if anyone was ever coming!! Even though I was sick & my kids were napping in the car we all had to get out & go into the store to ask about my order. I was hardly given an apology & then waited 10 more minutes!! No real apology was ever given!! Then when the girl came out with my package, instead of bringing it to me she walked out the door with it & I had to run after her to catch up in the parking lot! This JcPenneys has gone down tremendously since 2020!!! You need to get back an order counter so when people need to pickup an order they have a live person they can actually contact!!! Also, they need some way of contacting management over people sleeping on the job & putting others at risk!! Take some notes from KOHL’S & WAL-MART on how pickup is supposed to be done!!

Always a nice, clean store. If you have a Pennys card you can save a bunch of money. The cashier dude was super cool and polite. I believe his name was Kenny. He was a good sales associate.

This store is ok. Had a bit better selection of womens plus sized clothing.

Worst customer experience. Customer facing needs some better training. Could be related to understaffing issues which we normally seeing during COVID days. I won’t go back and don’t recommend as well.

Store was very clean and organized. I chose not to wear a mask and although associates did glance quite a few times, no one gave me a hard time. Sales clerk at register was great, let me know all the items on sale as I thought and allowed me to go get a different size for my son. :)

Gretchen in the hair salon is very rude. I booked a color service and haircut on their website for Mother’s Day. Time slots were available for booking from 1:00 to almost 4:00, so I booked the 2:00 slot. Instead of calling me to let me know time would be tight and asking me to come in sooner or reschedule, I drove down there and walked in just to be greeted by Gretchen and told she didn’t have time for my color service. She was very rude and seemed put out that I was there. She was hateful and snappy as I asked questions and was unwilling to work with me to be fit in.

Everything I go here to get my kids shoes they always have what my kids like. Today I also went to get my wife some make-up for a gift and the ladies that work there were very friendly and helpful. They help me get so good stuff for my wife but it was very expensive.

Decent prices, no one to assist though. Waited 10+ minutes at one check out and no one helped. Walked across the store to another check out point and only one cashier with 5-6 people waiting. She did finally call for assistance.

Online pickup area not open. No signage indicating use main cash wrap. Walked to the back of the store. No one there. Had to find someone to ask where to go. Waited in the main line for 10 minutes. Had to call pickup. Pickup comes up to verify. Pickup goes back to get the item. All said and told, wish I had just paid shipping. This is why brick and mortar stores are going out of business. People are rude and it’s easier and faster to just get something shipped to you. What a waste of 30 minutes over towels.

I applied for a store card, the clerk said I was approved but I didnt get the extra 30% off upon approval.

I really love coming here to get my hair and my eyebrows done. I have been seeing Gretchen, she does a FABULOUS job with my color and styling my hair, she also does a great job on my eyebrows, they always need cleaning up and color since otherwise theyre too light and she makes them look really good. She does my hair in an Ombre, with a plum ( brownish looking too so it can be hard to tell its plum and I Love It) fading into violet red.Usually when I get color done I get bored fast and change it often, since she did my color the first time, as mentioned above, i kept it the same. She is so nice, never makes you feel as if you arent there like some places do, and I highly recommend anyone coming to her. My husband and son also get their hair cut by her and theirs always looks great.

Quality stuff at a great price only if you do below1- Visit Jcp website frequently and look for coupons. They have pretty good deals and coupons especially before holidays.2- Plan ahead. Be smart with coupons. Dont just go in pick up stuff. You would do good with your money if you plan ahead with coupons in hand and do a little math.3- Scour end of season and final clearance areas. You should be able to find some of the stuff at unbelievable price.4- Even if you came in without a coupon, visit Jcp website before checking out. You will definitely find a coupon. I saved 25% just by checking their website before checking out. Thats about $50 for total purchase. Thats on top of already marked price.Good luck

I got a great customer service here from Nick. He guided me in detail with genuine patience and care to make sure I find the clothes that I love. I learn so much and would love to come back anytime!! There are so many variety of jeans and dress clothes to choose from with great prices!

Savings were good, but they left the safety tag on my clothes and I had to pry it off myself bc I dont live close to a JC Penny.

Found a great lightweight jacket at a great price. Love it. Also a pair of Sketchers for walking. Once you go with Sketchers you never go back to anything else.

Penneys is always great. This time I had a problem because one of the shirts was 50% off and I was charged full price. Was not clerks fault. She corrected and ask manager to change price in the computer. Great prices!!

Great product and great pricing. Took my queen shopping for her 10th bday and she came out very happy. The checkout service was excellent. Young man made sure I was well taken care of. Definitely will be coming back.

Pennys has a very good selection of men’s and women’s clothing usually at decent prices and even better clearance items. The addition of appliances makes them look desperate and the space could be used more creatively. I miss the days when they had knowledgeable workers in each department and registers throughout the store. Now it feels more like a discount center than an actual department store.

Jewelry department couldnt find a ring I had bought on file in their system and I even bought the care plan and had proper paper work. Finally sent the ring off to get cleaned and they call and tell me they lost my ring. I do not recommend their services for cleaning.

I hope the internet doesnt put places like this out of business. It is so nice to be able to see things on displays, get help from knowledgeable associates and get to try things before you buy them. Whether its a jacket or some slacks or a fragrance or anything else, this place makes me feel inspired to treat myself.

JC Penney has always been one of my favorite stores. I like the clothes, I like the prices. This particular store should have a cashier at every exit/entrance. It was a bit of an inconvenience to check out, and then have to walk around the store to where our exit was

GREAT selection of kid clothes. I went when they were having a huge sale and got so many things for not a lot of money. The employees are super friendly. I had gone to find my husband some dress pants and the man that helped me went over and beyond making sure i had and got what i needed. I will be going back.

They have a lot of vatiety for men and women brands. They have a small but good selection of perfumes and colognes. They are spread over 2 floors and have ample parking in the promenade complex. They have frequent sales and it is best to go during those times.

I went to Penneys for Black Friday this year after seeing several of their amazing deals online. I did not read closely enough to see that the prices are after mail in rebate but since I had already braved the crowds to get the product off the shelf, I went ahead and bought several kitchen items. I filled out all of the forms and mailed them off. I bought these items as gifts for others. They marked my refund as invalid because I did not mail the UPC from the box, which was never asked for on the forms by the way. I explained that the items are gifts but I could give pictures or even just the numbers themselves. The first representative refused to assist me at all and said to contact someone in 2 hours. The second representative said without the UPC numbers (which I offered to give) he couldnt help me. Naturally, I asked to speak to a manager. I was given a phone number to call and wait on hold for AN HOUR AND A HALF!! Is this what JC Penneys consider good customer service? I have shopped here often but had never had a reason to contact customer service before. Now that I have, I have reconsidered frequenting this establishment. I will conduct business elsewhere in future.

Visited the Salon within JCPenney for the first time and the experience was awesome! Montinique was the hairstylist that fid my hair. She provided amazing customer service! She walked me through every process she performed and was very gentle with my hair! Definitely will be a repeat customer!!!

Ample parking, store has a good layout, staff are friendly and helpful, sale items are clearly marked, and the site to store pickup area is efficiently run.

Pennys has better made clothes at affordable prices, besides that I like the fact I can try them on before purchasing, unlike these online ordering sites that clothes dont fit properly most times and have have to be returned.
