Of course most of us buy products from Walmart. But they have turned the store around and I can’t find things as easy as I used to. The employees aren’t very friendly definitely can’t tell you where to look for what you are needing. And here is a picture of one of the employees sitting in a plastic bin. Just wasting time I guess.

The Rogers people that work in the money services are great. Not like the grouchy not so smart or up on no part of there jobs

Customer service at Store 1 has been phenomenal. Ive had 2 purchases of larger ticket items recently, and the service is some of the best Ive had anywhere.

Pleasant compared to most. More associates at registars taking cash. The robots still only like cards

Well I really hate Walmart. Have you ever seen Idiocracy the movie? Instead of Taco Bell running everything they should have had Walmart. I believe that movie is prophetic and I predict it will be our near future

I love shopping there. They have the best quality and the best price to go with it. The staff she pretty amazing.

Too many staff members standing around talking. No one knows anything in the garden center & you really have to search long & hard for associates to help with clothing, shoes, etc. Walmart used to have a much higher level of work ethic. Now, it seems to me, the customer no longer takes precedence over chatting & waiting to go home. Im disappointed as prices go up & service diminishes. SAD to see this happening.

Absolutely hate this place, never any decent parking and they still havent returned to 24/7

It looks good, but every time you think you know where something is, they change it or stop selling it. Good luck getting help, but other than that it’s like any other Walmart.

Just visited this date to Elect.Dept. Young small framed Hispanic guy ( had a short first name I dont remember) . he pulled out his own cell phone to research a prospective Sony Radio product was thinking of buying....I bought it. He then watched me amble around, approached me again asking to help. Us old folks get frustrated easily concerning new Tech. this kid was very accommodating. Seems he took pride in his Dept knowledge..Too many youths his age dont care. He did!

I am forever disappointed at store 100. I hate the way the stores are being rearranged, so my tired self has to spend more time searching for the things, I probably wont find on the shelves anyway. I have gotten where I drive 15/20 minutes out to go to target or I go to Dollar General. At least they have cashiers, who I might be able to ask for help. I also like Harps. Pay a little more, but they are consistent in what they carry and have cashiers.

I visited the vision center. I was looking for a specfic type of frame and was able to find them there. I paid a fraction of the cost that I paid for the last pair of glasses from somewhere else. They look and feel great. Staff was very helpful.

Busy as can be. Rough traffic. Bad place for an easy in and out experience. Nasty bathrooms on average.von top of it they are doing remodeling ...

I like this Store fore cleanliness, orderly and helpful employees. I miss the days (gone now), of having employees check-out and sacking your purchases.

Desent assortment of meats. I was able to get a half rack of ribs first time in a very long time ribs available. Only problem was only 2 full service register open the rest R self serve. Over all the store not that busy

Helpful staff, and they wehtbout of their way to assist us. They had a good selection, although I wish they had more gluten free options for my celiac daughter.

Love this Walmart. Friendly staff and fresh produce. Clean and ordetly store. Only out of stock on a couple of things but thats usual for most of the Walmarts Ive been in for those popular items.

They hire a bunch of inexperience kids with horrible customer service skills. They dont greet you n their on their phones. Automotive is horrible there too. I like Walmart. One stop shop but man, train employees better

Visiting Rogers this week. Went to get some soft drinks. No checkers, self checkout only. We left without purchasing anything.

This Walmart is horrible I asked for help and they didnt attend me no one help me open the door for perfume

Well I have to scan my own stuff and the machine will think I didnt scan something and the lady walks over checks everything I just scanned and see i actually scanned all my stuff. If only their was a way that someone could, I dont know scan everything for you to begin with! Bring back humans please. Its annoying having to do it myself and then wait10 minutes for someone to walk over to see why something wont scan. 🙄

Wal-Mart, spends crazy Money on remodeling, it only confused me its like walking threw a Mas.the best investment should be with the rmployers.I cant find eny to get healp at all. So I dont do Walmart I go 2 mom pops, or drive ilu further to Target

What? They have everything just about anyone could ever want. I dont hate the supercenter a dang well like it, theres always room for improvement. Thats all anyway keep up the good work. Remember when in doubt ask for assistance; thats what there there for to be polite and curtious. A smile.

I dont like that you can only use a card through the self checkout. They wont take cash because they dont have enough to give people change. Walmart is a big enough company that this is unacceptable.

This Walmart Store is store number 1. It is really big and has a great selection of food, clothes, toys, and a bunch of other things that Walmart sells. The employees were mildly friendly. The restrooms could use a good cleaning. The prices were average with what I expect from Walmart.

I get pick up which is great. Out of some basic things but when I go in the item is in the store. Like bananas?

A decent Supercenter. The food side is nice, but the general merchandise side seemed a little in disarray.

One of only a handful of times that Ive been to a Walmart when it wasnt packed with people. This store is laid out nice with room to go down the aisles without bumping into the shelves. Its clean and there were plenty of self checkout stations.

I was in Bentonville/Rogers Arkansas it was a different atmosphere same Wolly World..

Its Walmart, sometimes they are out of what I am looking for, or quit carrying something that I like, but I continue toshop there because it is convenient. Sometimes the self-check-out lanes only take cards, so if you only have cash you HAVE to go through a lane with a person. I dont really know if Walmart actually saves me money, because Ive never bothered to compare their prices with another store.

If they dont have it you probably dont need it. Great place to shop.

The Walmart Supercenter in Bentonville didnt want to change my oil so I went to Rogers walmart they did a very good job I had no problem Ill go to Walmart Supercenter in Rogers for now on.

This store can get a bit crazy at times. Half the store cant speak English.

Very busy because of Christmas but had what I was looking for.

Wal Mart has most things that you need and the associates are the greatest.

It wasnt very good they have a guy in riding floor cleaner that stalk me and follow me until Im at the self checkout. Walmart employee ask me where I work. Then when I get ready to start ringing up my items a security guard buzzed me with his radio. Walmart is not the same store that it was back then. The prices are skyrocket .

This Walmart is always kept clean and there are more than enough cashiers handy.

I have never been to a worse Walmart. It was completely disorganized, cramped and crowded. To be fair, that was mostly in the clothing and center sections. The food aisles were fine.

Store was really dirty in all the areas I went through. Looked like remodeling was ongoing. Staff was polite.

Fun experience. I would much rather shop online and recommend you give it a try it saves so much time.

The Wal-Mart Super Center at this location has a wider variety of items and merchandise than the Bentonville location. And is Generally priced lower. My only complaint is the employees here can never seem to get things organized. Things look like they are just thrown on the shelf with no concern for the extra time it takes customers to find what they need.

Someone was being arrested as I arrived. So my experience could have been better.

Be prepared to stand in a line to check out. Sometimes they close the garden center checkout due to not enough checkers. Staff are upset a lot, does not seem to be anyone in charge. But lot of bigwigs walking around just taking. Not the same Walmart as before. Very cheap items that break soon.

Got there at 5:45 with screw in back tire waited till 7:45 for them to tell me that I needed a new tire. But they were going home to come back tomorrow. Worst experience I have ever had at a auto center for walmart.

My wife says if theres a heaven its in there. I went in with her but I never found the aisle it was on . LOL. But I must say if you have any hobbies at all concerning crafts or just would like something to hang or set in your house this is the place to do it clean friendly service and more inventory than Ive ever seen in my life. If youre a shopper and like good deals this is the place for you! Five stars hands down.!

They have most of the things I need. But I dont like checking myself out....I dont get a discount for this. And I hate that they keep changing things around in the store. This is all of them. Thinking of doing my shopping elsewhere. I hate that, because I have used Walmart for many many years.

Im not originally from Arkansas so my Walmarts back home are ghetto and always trashy and ugly. This one is nice, the only thing I hear was that theyre always remodeling and switching things around.

I had my Covid 19 booster. I had an appointment at 10:00 and it was at least 40 minutes late receiving the jab. I don’t understand the appointment process if they can’t staff to honor the time

One of them bigger stores in the area definitely has more to offer than most other Walmarts. They seem to have a higher stock and supply of most everyday items.

One of the worst OGP experiences Ive ever had. Took nearly 2 hours from when I parked to when I recieved my groceries. Whats the point of ordering online if it takes longer than if Id grocery shopped myself.
