I have been dealing with Sew A Stitch for years and will happily recommend them to anyone. Ive purchased more than one machine from them and will always be their customer. Its worth the drive from Joplin to Rogers to do business with them. Its not just buying a machine, its also the education you are given on how to get the most out of your machine, and then the in house cleaning and service to keep it operating properly all wrapped up that make this business top notch in my book.

Bought a sewing machine here about a month ago. Looked a couple places first. These people went out of their way to be helpful and explain everything to me. Thank you. Just stopped by to pick up extra bobbins today. Of course had to buy fabric too.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I never leave the store without learning something new. They take the time to explain what products I need, what they do, and how to use them. The technician, Joey, takes the time to explain to me what Im doing wrong and I am able to observe him troubleshoot. This is the ONLY place I will buy my supplies and/or take my machine. Great customer service anytime I need my machines serviced. Fabric choices are wonderful. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Sew a Stitch is a very high quality sewing machine/embroidery machine dealership providing several different brands to select from. After purchasing my machine, the owner has provided excellent classes to support the most optimum sewing techniques, which has contributed to my appreciation of their help in finding the right sewing machine.

I brought my machine here for the first time today and had a great experience. They figured out what I had done wrong, fixed my machine and were super friendly. I had my 4 year old daughter with and they were really sweet to her as well. I highly recommend them!!

I recently purchased my second sewing machine from Joyce. I wouldnt consider a purchase from anyone else. She has gone out of her way to accommodate me at every turn. I have to travel some distance to get to her, but that doesnt matter. If there were an other dealer right next door to me, Id still travel to Rogers to visit her.Her staff is knowledgeable and her selection is excellent. From high end to lower priced machines, she will fill find the machine that fits you and your budget.Please consider travelling to her shop to experience great customer service and personal attention.

Very friendly staff. They were willing to take my Brother brand sewing machine and look at it while I fished out the warranty. The repairs were very affordable, even though my machine was out of warranty.
