Travis was awesome! First of all he was early, which was a pleasant surprise. He gave me his honest assessment about our really old doors and hardware. He told me he could replace or repair, but didn’t pressure me trying to upsell me like Precision Door Service did. He was barely here an hour and has everything working perfectly. I liked the new rollers he put on the broken door and had him put them on my other one as well. Extremely satisfied and highly recommend him.

Travis was very professional and polite! He came over to replace a broken spring for our overhead garage door, and recommended that we replace the bearings that likely led to the spring failure. He suggested we only replace the left and right bearings, rather than the center bearing as well, which he called a preventative repair. Broke a main lift sprig on our garage door and Travis swooped in to save the day. He was professional (even called to let me know hed be 30 minutes late due to his battery dying in his service truck,) he assessed the issue, made a few repair suggestions and finished the job before I could blink. Messed up my garage door at 12:15 pm, called them at 1 pm, Travis was at our door right at 2:30 pm. I cant expect more in terms of turn around time. Travis assessed the damage and put it forward clearly that he can attempt to repair it, but if doesnt work out then may be we were due for a door change. I am satisfied with the details he shared about the damage, possible repair options, regular maintenance details and even about how to operate the door in an emergency power outage situation as well. My garage door opener button inside my garage quit working after the latest power surge. My son sent Direct Service Overhead Door Company out. They arrived on time as scheduled.
