I am so disappointed in the customer service at the Rogers store. I purchased a bracelet from this store, and they gave me the wrong one, so a few days later, I returned it, but they were out, so They ordered online and sent to my home, however, the bracelet was not in the box. So, I called them and basically I was told Sorry! Your problem. This is unacceptable. I am so disappointed in their customer service. I will be contacting corporate. Always bought my Pandora jewelry from this location, recently I came back in to get a bracelet looked at that had been sold to me in the wrong size. I wasnt aware that the bracelet was the wrong size until charms were added down the road. The bracelets are supposed to be sized to where you can add charms as you go and mine is now too small to add any more to. (Not even half full) went back in wondering if anything could be done to get the right size bracelet so I could continue to add charms. Employees were rude and insisted there was nothing they could do but sell me another bracelet. Talk about NOT taking care of your customers and not taking responsibility when it is the fault of employees and not the customer. Why would I buy another bracelet when I was given the wrong one in the first place? Pandora is supposed to have excellent service and stand by their jewelry for years to come. This is not what I experienced at this location and I will not be purchasing anymore from them. Im a great customer who will be taking business elsewhere.
