My experience with Steve was a breath of fresh air. I was forward and upfront with him and he was the same with me. He took his time examining my items and explained to me what he was doing and the process. He is very honest and easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. His customer service stood out to me right away and he made it his priority to ensure that i get the most out of what i brought. Not much to look at. There was nothing in the cases when I got there and as for coins to look at and buy, there was very little selection. Maybe I caught him on a slow day. So, my rating might be off. Im just going with my own personal experience there.

The couple who run this store are extremely courteous and helpful. I was concerned something I purchased here was actually gold plated because I confused its stamp, 14KPG, for 14KGP(gold plated). I cruised back over to the shop and they were super nice, tested it right in front of me, explained the mark, and assured me that if they had in fact accidentally sold me something gold plated they would instantly give me a refund no problem. Happy with my investment and I will be coming back soon.

I recently sold some old broke jewerly and went to a couple shops to get prices and the price I was quote by the man at Arkansas Gold & Silver Exchange was considerably higher then the rest. I was very pleased with the service and the respect that was shown to me in a tough financial time.
