My husband and I had been talking about purchasing a golf cart for some time. On this particular day we were in the area and decided to stop in just to see what they had. Nick was very knowledgable and helped us find what we were looking for while staying within budget. He was honest about additions we might or might not need for the car. Additionally, we had our three children with us and Clear Creek welcomed us all! We decided that afternoon to go through with purchasing the car and Clear Creek made the buying process go so smoothly we were done with paperwork etc. in less than an hour. I originally rated Clear Creek as a 5 Star regarding the purchase part of my experience. I am not local to their dealership and I saw the reviews and felt comfortable with purchasing through them. When the weather warmed up and I started using it around my lake I found that it road rough and has a bad wobble in the front. I bought one of the more expensive units on their lot so I thought it would a good golf cart. The back end of the four seater was very unstable, so I looked at google to find out what could be the problem. I found that it only had one leaf spring and should have been built with a heavier spring since they added the seat. I called CC and they said no the single leaf spring is normal. They never offered to help me with the front end or the leaf springs. I was told they would send me some pictures of the front to look at what was causing the wobble. They suggested the front hubs may be bad. No help from them. Then it could be the bushings or the shock, no help from them. I have had to on my own replace the rear leaf springs and replace the front hubs, shocks, and bushings. When I replaced the rear springs with heavy duty springs they said you could remove the rear shocks. Well I found out the rear shocks were not even attached at the bottom when I bought it. NICE. I would be careful buying a golf cart from them if you are not local. This applies to the Springfield MO location. I did not realize I was posting this on the Rogers Location.

Gosh, what a great experience. I knew what I wanted, the help from Nick was actual help and not selling. Had several questions still and he knew every answer. Would be my 1st choice for anyone looking to buy a cart.

After expressing an interest in a particular cart he offered us to take it for a test drive in the lot. The cart was 5 years old but in extraordinary condition and a fair price was asked. We are extremely pleased withe the treatment and quality of the cart! We highly recommend these fine folks!

Saw a golf cart posted on Facebook this morning. I went in and told them I wanted to buy it. I told them I would go get my trailer and be back. Lady called me while I was hooking up my trailer to tell me they sold it last night. Yet it was posted this morning. She then pivoted to another golf cart that cost more. What they are doing is a bait and switch! Very unethical practice. I am in the market for a golf cart but I will never do business with a snake like that.

Every company, or person is going to have a bad day here and there. Its how well you respond to a customer complaint that separates the best from the rest. I reviewed Clear Creek long ago. Yesterday I talked to them and they asked to be my cart company again. They picked up the cart, repaired it and cleaned it for me exceeding my expectations. If you are worried about who to use and being treated fairly, heres a recommendation based on experience. They care and will always do right by their customers.
