I was in the middle of asking for help with something I needed and he hung up the phone on me. I wasnt being rude or asking for competitive secrets or for anything free. They have the equipment to make what I needed in 10 minutes, and I was more than willing to pay a hefty price for it. A simple No would have been fine (and respectable). A bit of advice to the owner - word of mouth can be great advertising and it doesnt cost a penny. It can also be bad for you. Not sure if their cabinets are good, but their customer relations (to me) is awful.

I absolutely love my new kitchen and they were very timely, professional and less expensive than Home Depot! Thank you Lee and the whole team.

Wow SC Granite did a fantastic job on my designer kitchen countertops!!! I have been a real estate stager, designer and remodeler for over 30 years. I spent some time interviewing several granite fabricators in Rogers and Springdale before choosing SCGranite to do the job. Li is the owner and his expertise and experience shined forth.He was very friendly and spent time helping me get everything just the way I wanted. He made some very good points that helped me in my design. Nelson came out to take measurements and make a template of my kitchen. The install was done by Nelson and Gabino and went smooth and I am so very very happy with my tops!
