Nice clean store. Friendly staff. Short to no wait. Not crowded between 4-430 pm. Their gas station has competitive prices. I wanted a #4 catfish meal, but they said it was only available on Friday. The menu didnt reflect that and I mentioned it to her and she just looked at me like I was stupid. Doubt I shop here again.

Harps is a nice grocery store. Clean, friendly people, decent selection of products. Dont expect it to compare to the big chains and box stores. Its not meant to do that. Rather, it is a local community type small town store.

Pretty good. Bad layout, nothing is where you would expect it to be, totally counterintuitive. The employees get 5 stars. Theyre always aware of who is waiting in line and are good about getting another cashier to the front. Its nice they havent gone to nearly all self-checkout the way their competitors have.

Cant find that one food that you want at Walmart? Shop Harps and youll never leave the grocery store without anything you need again. Aside from getting everything you need in one trip, you dont have to park 50 yards away from the building or bore a hole through a horde of people to shop! Excellent grocery shopping!

The meat department had some good sales on and I dont have to check myself out.

I really like harps food store. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. There has been ti.es we have asked for special orders and they have come thru for us. You can not beat their fresh baked goods. Their French bread is the best in. There is times I go just for that. Bit then I always have to pick up so.e of there amazing fresh sugar cookies too. Their produce section is hard to beat. It is a little more expensive but quality is amazing. I would recommend harps to anyone...

Went to get my Hatch NM Roasted Chiles. So happy they are selling them. That is one thing I miss badly since moving over here.

This Harps is pathetic. We love Harps but this one is the worst of them all. No tortilla selection. Like one brand tucked away on one shelf. Also spelled ketchup like “catsup” and that’s dumb too. The worst thing was we reserved two boxes of hatch chiles yesterday and drove an hour and a half to this specific Harps. They had none reserved for us even though we had reserved 2 boxes and called to confirm the order. We spoke to at least 2 different people ordering these chiles. We waited for 45 minutes while managers looked for our order seemingly knowing nothing about the large chile roasting event happening. Once it was discovered that there were no chiles here for us, we were assured a discount if we came back the next day and got some. So we drove back another hour and a half today (6 hours of driving total) and got the chiles and shopped around some more. We then checked out and they didn’t know anything about our discount from the day before. They wrote nothing down but had to call around again and finally got the clearance for a whopping 10% discount on one box of Chiles. If anything happens besides the normal day to day grocery shopping experience this Harps cannot handle it.

For the most part I use this Harps location for its convenient pharmacy. I know personally the majority of the ladies who work in the pharmacy and most of them know me by name, others by face! Extremely disappointed with the employees and management at the Rogers Harps bakery counter. Stepped in because I am making a birthday cake for a little girl and wanted to buy 5 small round undecorated cakes, to avoid baking 5 cakes. They have cases of these pre-baked cakes stacked up. Manager refused to sell me these cakes. Said we dont sell them that way. I said ok I understand that. I then offered to pay for fully decorated cakes but just dont actually decorate them. Again, they said no. There is no logic behind this and Im very disappointed in my local store. Thats like ordering a BLT sandwich and asking them to hold the tomato and being told NO. Needless to say they have lost a customer.

This Harps was such a life saver! We couldn’t find aPlace to eat that wasn’t packed! So we went to the deli, we had the nicest, most helpful gentleman named Nick that helped us.It’s hard to find good customer service these days but he wentabove and beyond to make sure we were satisfied! I love Harps bakery, especially Desi. The cakes are moist and really nice artistic designs without breaking the bank.

Nice little store, great chicken tenders, little pricey.

They are ignoring the state mask mandate by allowing misguided customers to shop without any form of mask or face shield during the height of a global pandemic. When I asked they said they strongly encourage masks to shop but do not require them. I get that it is easier to not enforce a mask policy, but the right thing to do is rarely the easiest.

Great store has a lot of variety of stuff unlike another local store called Walmart. Walmart was the same money to live better yeah if they have the product in the store. Find cuts of meat and selections here at harps my wife and I will definitely be shopping here more unless at Walmart thank you harps you got our business oh and then I say you guys are locally owned perfect for my wife and my family

I went to a store in Rogers. Ark. Very nice. Stocked well. Friendly service. Clean. Ordered a cake, they did just what I wanted and it was very nice.

Always helpful. Prices too high. And 10 box is a rip off. After they add the 10% back on, its the same price as Harps

They do not want you there if it’s after 7 pm, the deli had the rudest most apathetic staff I have ever seen, I inconvenienced them by asking for help and then wanting items. Want go back, btw, there where 4 customers including me in the store and I know why, they don’t want you there

I had a cake made for a gender reveal. The cake turned out great but the communication throughout the process was nonexistent. I am the one who had to continue to call in and follow up. I was told I would be called back multiple times and I was not.

The store employees are always pleasant. I just have a problem getting the correct things out of the bakery. Today I went in to purchase a white cake with buttercream icing. The box lid said exactly that..........got home and cute a piece...........its chocolate. The cake is ok but Harps white cake is much better. Disappointed.

I was so upset today we had to eat really late. I ordered a Thanksgiving meal. I picked it up thinking I did not have to even turn on the oven. It was boxed up so I didnt even realize everything was not cooked. I really thought it would be homemade and hot when I pulled it out of the box. I paid harps $178 to grocery shop pre-packaged fixings and a turkey and ham I had to warm up myself. I called the manager. She gave me $25 gift certificate and said she was really sorry that. Happened. Moat people pick up their meals cold and heat them at home. No one in deli told me that I had to request it to be cooked for me. And pay an additional $25 for them not to make it homemade but warm up pre-packaged fixings. Sigh.

Harps is by far one of the worst grocery stores I have been to. Every time I look for fresh produce it is either out of stock or already gone bad. Their selection of organic and natural products is sad.

I LOVE LOVE HARPS! I dont get to shop there often but when I do its awesome! From the fried chicken from the deli, Marthas bakery dinner rolls, fresh produce, high quality meats, and I found some of my hometown, St. Louis favorites in the freezer section. Louisa Toasted Ravioli! So many non- grocery and seasonal decor also. Theres a price to pay for all of this. They are terribly expensive!! The cashier wasnt friendly at all. She talked with a man in front of me for a full 4 minutes!! There was no acknowledgement that myself or the gentleman behind me even existed. Ive been a cashier and know that friendly customer service is so important!! I asked her if I could put a small package of rolls back. She actually said, I dont care what you do with them! Alrighty then!! I wont be going to her line again.

Easy in and out if in a hurry. I have to use the electric carts and they seem to have 1 available everytime I go. Everyone is so very friendly.

I like the fact that they they have good looking fresh meat AND checkers, you dont have to ring up your groceries !!! ?k&But milk was over $4 a gallon when right around ths corner Wal-Mart has it for less than 3...
