This was a fun experience. The family enjoyed the sweet treats! The desserts are very good and generous in portions. The price is a little on the higher end, but the end product it’s good. The service from the staff was a little on the dismissive side. They do not greet you or even let you know that you’ll be taken care in moment. They just ignore you until they can take your order.

The fruit & bubble wrap was fresh!The floors could have been cleaner. It was a Saturday, so there were a lot of people.

We decided to try this place after seeing pics of all they offer from Facebook! Well it was a disappointment for 3 reasons. We walked in and got totally ignored til someone came up to the counter with an order for a different customer, then waited til they were finally ready to take our order (us and them only people in the place). 2 the price we paid was outrageous!! 3 it took 40 mins to get a couple shakes and a couple smoothies! The smoothie I ordered was good however didnt taste like the flavor stated. Presentation was the only good/pretty part of it.

Terrible customer service. I was there an hour after opening and they still didnt have the lights turned on. Waited more than 15 minutes and there was only 1 person ahead of me that had ordered before I ever got there. You could hear them microwaving things, then left my smores $15 Sundae in the blender so long it was just chocolate milk by the time I got it 😔 Concept is great but the customer service MUST improve

This place is great! The amount of options they have are phenomenal, and the options are practically endless. The flavors and takes they put on their food items just work! They always taste so good and the staff is always very helpful and friendly and full of recommendations if you are stumped.

Always the best sugar rush. I mean... Big sugar rush... Definitely a must stop.

Was kinda disappointed with my tostilocos. It wasn’t made the traditional way and they used carrots which was weird. Also we waited for nearly an hour for our snacks while we watched employees goofing around and taking their time.

Two words. ABSOLUTE DISAPPOINTMENT. I spent $9 for crepe. I waited for 15 minutes (people came in after me and got their stuff faster than me) and they still got my order wrong ( the “recipe” is literally on the menu board). Not only did I get my food super late... it was cold. It was like they put it on the counter and then forgot about it.Food aside- the atmosphere is way over stimulating. In one corner they had a reality show on and in the other they were blasting electronic dance music. BLASTING.Oh! And the best part- my boyfriend ordered chicharone. They handed it to him on a sheet of tin foil. Not a plate, not a tray, TIN FREAKING FOIL.Honestly the whole place was just a disaster. The food is not worth it. I am never wasting my time or money here again.

Really bad customer service, the guy at the register had an awful attitude. Whenever we’d ask for something he’d do it in a lazy manner . Doesn’t seem to care much for his job. I prefer the service and attention at the Springdale location, highly recommended there.

These were pretty tasty! Not to mention how awesome they looked! The kids loved the unicorn shake the blueberry shake plus all the whip cream frosting and come a kid could ask for including the cute little marshmallows. The s’mores one was amazing chocolate shake with some Nutella on the rim of the cup with chocolate pieces! Loved the toasted marshmallows! We also got a mint shake that was to die for!! Mint shake with mint Oreo cookies! Yum! It is a little wait but that’s expected you can’t make these delicious creations in 5 minutes!

So I have been visiting this place recently and all the times I have been there the waiting time has been the biggest issue. Last Sunday I decided to called in to not have to wait that long at the place and I still ended up waiting close to an hour and to find out they got my order wrong. When I asked the lady who handled me the order if I could order the missing item, she told me I would have to go through the line and order again. The food is pretty good but the customer service and the waiting time is pretty bad.

I would give 0 stars if I could. They gave us unripe mango that was still green. When we went up to the front to tell them they tried to pass it off as oh thats all we have. When I asked if I could trade it for something else they said that they couldnt do that you get what you get and said I would have to pay for something else. Super sad that they pass poor food off then wouldnt compensate for it

Ordered two rolled ice creams and waited 30-45 minutes while at least 10 orders were brought outside. The kids working also need to learn how to respect customers and maintain good customer service. When we asked the prices, we were told they were all the same and no actual number. Ice cream was great but seems like management was non-existent.

Arrived at 7:45 p.m. ordered at 7:50 p.m. I was told I couldn’t order ice cream because they had already “cleaned up” that area. The guy working the register said they stop serving ice cream at 8:00 every evening, mind you it was only 7:50. Finally decided on a fruit smoothie and it took them over 20 minutes to get it to me. Others who got here after me got their orders before I did. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Don’t waste your time!

We were there yesterday Saturday January 2nd at 7:45 to buy ice cream. We were all so exited since we were celebrating my birthday and we are from a different state. We were told at 7:45 that they were not serving ice cream because they already have cleaned up that area. We asked at what time they discontinue serving ice cream, they said at 8, but this was 15 minutes before 8. Also they said they closed at 8:30 pm and if they close at that time, shouldnt they begin their cleaning at that time? Also google and Yelp says they are opened until 9 P.M. It is obvious that the workers were eager to leave their place of work.

Environment was clean, staff was friendly and the food was beautiful and delicious. My kids absolutely loved it.

This was my third time going here and every time was a bad experience. This experience was it for me! I called and ordered through the phone. NEVER was I asked for a name on my order. And when it will be ready. The lady was rude and hanged up right away. I waited 15min outside. I finally went inside and they still hadn’t started. I ended up waiting more than 35min for my food. The workers inside were also rude. The food is good but they need to improve their service. Not worth anyone’s time! Poor customer service. Do not recommend.

Springdale location is great! Came in to the Rogers location for tostilocos and a watermelon picante. I was there for 40 minutes, while other customers that arrived after me, kept getting their orders.There was a guy that just walked in and went straight to the back, mask on his chin, chewing gum with his mouth open just literally staring at customers. I understand they get busy but they definitely need more order when calling out customer’s orders and better customer service.

This Rogers Location was absolutely rude to a customer tonight. The issue wasnt with me directly but they treated a young lady and her date so rude. POOR CUSTOMER URGENCY/SERVICE. On 02/27/2021 her and her date were in the establishment way before I had arrived. They had three young kids working and I believe there should have definetly been better representation here with them tonight. There was no urgency and no order to how they were calling out the orders, and they rudely would leave the item on the counter and walk away expecting the customers to match their own order with no order numbers being called out just the name of the item. They seriously skipped over this young lady. Time duration of wait for myself was from 6:38pm to 07:03pm, and that couple was here way before me. She simply asked for a refund and they refused to refund her money and told her they could give her some sort of credit or she had to take it (as they rushed it out to her). SOOO SAD!! DO BETTER and I would be more comfortable recommending people!!! What a shame!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Ordered a oreo mint rolled ice cream and a chocolate shake and waited 52 minutes before I decided to get a refund. $17.52 was our total. Absolutely RIDICULOUS. never again.

BLUF: Insane wait, but the Freakshakes are tasty works of art.My group came in Sunday afternoon when it was fairly busy and the staff gave us a 40 minute wait for 4 Freakshakes. An hour later they came out with some of the most crazy looking food sculptures! The Unicorn was blueberry with a graham cracker on top to serve as a base for a whip cream monstrosity, purple sugar glitter horn, and marshmellow ears. The Cheesecake had a legit slice of cheesecake on top, and the cookies and cream had a small candy bar and dusted strawberries. They tasted great, but Ill never go when they have any sort of a line.

This place is amazing, horchata phenomenal. Super fruit shakes are a work of art.We did not try the bubble waffle or the food, but it looks amazing.We will return to try more of the menu.Just ask the staff, they will help you make an amazing choice.

We had to wait almost an hour for any of our stuff to come out and when it did some of it wasnt even good, people that got there after us were getting their stuff before we were and when we saw the workers in the back they were always eating something.

Dont go here expecting to spend less than $8/person. Also dont go here if you are in a hurry, because they will tell you 10 minutes, and it will be 20+. But the ice cream did not disappoint. We had the strawberry, mango, and pistachio ice creams. They were all delightful.

Fantastic waters (I love lemon & cucumber and coconut), alone is really good, very unique ice cream that is yummy too! I go here several times each month.

Great shakes, high priced. They dont put their prices on the menu for a reason. I waited 45 minutes for two shakes, and one rolled ice cream. why the shakes are delicious, I give it three stars for the simple fact of bad service, I didnt include the pricing in my opinion.
