Was quoted $285 a day for a mini x. Got there in person, picked it up, and when it was returned it was $434. The rental was marked $325 a day, the trailer was $79 which we were not told about that fee, and the rest was taxes. Wouldve been nice to know in advance about the actual cost.

Lift was 1 hour and 30 minutes late getting to the job site. Had to call and remind them of delivering the lift to the location that I requested when rented. Cost money out of pocket due to contract labor that I had working on site could not finish work until lift was delivered.

Dwayne treated us awesome. He changed our ball hitch for us as we needed a larger one for the tow. He was very friendly, and also a decorated Vet! Great job in hiring him.

Have used United Rental several times and they are always on time delivering equipment that is clean and maintained. Professional staff at all levels.

I rented a walk behind brush cutter at 4:00 pm and it broke within 10 minutes of using it. It sounded like a peace of junk as in not service or not service properly.They are at least refunding me but I called Sunbelt and was able to get the same brush cutter for the same amount of days for $45 dollars cheaper.Becarful and the equipment out before taking it off their lot as its obvious they dont service their equipment properly.

Called the day before and they reserved me a floor buffer and when I went to pick it up they rented one out to someone else. Un professional. They then gave me a line that they never had the reservation. This locations needs some management help.

They are the most polite people you could ask for. Thats means a lot to me.
