I worked with Eddie about 3 months ago on upgrading my bed to a king. Ive always hated mattress shopping, because it feels like going to a used car lot. To be honest, everywhere else I went while shopping felt just like that, until I worked with Eddie.Eddie has so much knowledge when it comes to sleep, and getting the CORRECT mattress for you. He is not focused on selling you the biggest and best in the store, but what fits your body the best. Long story short, I did end up on a Forever bed Felicity, and have been sleeping soundly since. I had a small issue with my adjustable base, that he was able to solve with just a quick phone call. I havent been treated better anywhere else.

Outstanding service and a knowledgeable staff. They made me feel comfortable and were easy to talk through what we were wanting in a bed. Justin even grabbed a foam football and entertained my kids while we got the low down from Josh. Their selection was wide and there was plenty to try out. I really can’t say enough about how pleasant Joplimo was to work with.

The best sleep Ive ever had.I wanted to wait a couple of months before writing this review and not just do it the night after sleeping on it. When I say this is by far best Ive slept in years, I mean it. I dont just want to talk about the mattress, but also my experience in the store. The service Eddie provided my wife and I was like no other. Shopping for a mattress can be very difficult, theres so many dang brands. I was sold on the fact that Croft mattresses are American made locally and that the mattress I purchased had a life time warranty. When we walked in we didnt know what we were looking for. Eddie took us through his process and tested us to make sure our backs aligned properly on the bed we purchased. I did not like the fact that we could not try the mattress out for 30 days and swap it if it did not work, but after listening to Eddie talk about proper spinal alignment and the knowledge he had regarding support. He made it clear they did not sell mattresses based on home trails but on the fact that they took time to identify which mattress would work for our backs, I was sold. Not only did we purchase a mattress we also walked out with an adjustable base for my pregnant wife. Eddie identified problems she was having, that I had no clue about. I dont think Ive ever met another rep as knowledgeable as Eddie. He knew his product, he knew his competition and he truly cared about us. We did not feel as we were being sold too, but instead felt like we were being helped and thats what sold us. I truly want to thank Eddie for taking care of us. Terrible customer service! Purchased a king mattress and two twin mattress with foundations (boxes) once we received product the foundations made beds way to tall so we called to see if we could return for a refund and was told no problem. Returned 4 foundations the next day and never got a full refund. It’s been a year I have reached via phone and email countless times to get no direct answer or be told just wait til next month it should show up. If they can’t do a simple refund then what if I have an issue with mattress will the same customer service apply? I don’t know just would warn you. They will treat you great in the store but as soon as they make the sale customer service goes out the window.

Amazing sales reps, very comfortable beds all around for higher, but still fair prices. I was skeptical of the cooling pillows but they work amazing! Every inch of the pillow is the cold side. All beds are made locally in south west MO!

We purchased a foreverbed from Joplimo almost 4 years ago and love it!!! But it was time to transition to an adjustable bed. We headed to Croft Mattresses knowing we would find a quality product once again. Josh spent as much time as needed answering all of our questions. It was so tough to decide on the bed we wanted because we found more than one that would be a great fit for us. So... we bought two! Check this place out. Great product. Great service. Having both is rare these days.

Matt was the best sales person I have ever encountered. He is very good at his job. Outstanding service from Joshua! Walked in an hour before closing, and Joshua took care of us on the spot! Was hesitant on buying a mattress especially since all other stores were backordered or were pushy on buying a mattress that I didnt want. He had us lay on the bed and answered all my questions, which was nice since it was before closing. He helped us load up the mattress and made sure we were all set before we took off. Honestly, have never had an experience like this before on buying a mattress. Really glad we ended up buying from here, such an amazing experience especially when they were an hour from closing. So professional and wonderful experience top to bottom. I have used Kluft for years. I spent the huge money on the mattresses and now I realize that there is an alternative that costs much less and delivers a perfect nights sleep every time! The Forever Mattress is amazing. It is perfect for me and I tell everyone about Josh and Justin. When they size you up in the store, they really do care! They care how you feel laying down and how your body adjusts as the mattress adjusts to you. They do not push and only suggest what is best for you and I do trust them. I cant express enough how pleased I am with our purchase at Joplimo. Weve been shopping mattresses for at least 6 months, waiting for the right one at the right price. The Assistant Manager, Colt, was so knowledgeable and helpful that he was able to direct us to the perfect mattress. As soon as we laid on it, we knew it was perfect for us. Colt worked with us to get the price just right and we have been so so happy with this bed. Aside from the amazing customer service that we received, we really are so pleased with our king mattress. The quality is top notch, the warranty is the best, but it is our sleep and comfort that means more than anything. My spouse has had multiple surgeries, and is never comfortable. This is the first time he has been able to sleep through the night and wake up without pain. Weve had the bed for a month now and the difference is so significant its amazing. Best bed we have ever slept on.

Best Mattress Buying experience ever!!!! We were greeted by Justin when we entered the store and he was generally a great guy with a likeable character. He listened to all the things we were looking for in a bed and tried us on several different mattresses. Without even asking he and the store manager Josh moved mattresses around the store for us to try on different frames to make sure that we got the right bed for us. We just bought the comfiest mattress in the world!! Justin and Aubrey helped us so much in deciding what to choose. They helped us find our comfort setting on our Forever bed, and they were so patient when showing us every choice. My fiance and I were in need of finding a new mattress. We googled all the places in town, read reviews, and planned our Saturday around shopping and purchasing a mattress. Joplimo was our first stop! Josh (the manager) just opened up for the day but was very eager to help us find the right bed and educate us on mattresses. We decided which one was best for us and Josh gave us his bottom line. Well me being the frugal person I am I HAD to make sure I was getting the best deal in down. I was honest with Josh and told him we were going to stop at a couple more mattress stores. What a WASTE of time! Nothing compares to the quality of the products and the customer service of Joplimo. What really sold me was the fact that the mattresses are made local with the most high quality materials. When you have a warranty claim you can take it to the warehouse in Springfield and they will take care of it that day or you can take it to the mattress store in Rogers and they will get it to the warehouse in Springfield. Another reason I was sold on getting my mattress through Joplimo was if we need our mattress adjusted during the life of the warranty (firmer or softer) the company will adjust it at no cost to us!No need to shop anywhere else! So, my wife and I happened upon this place on last Sunday while shopping. We have been needing a bigger mattress because our austitic son likes to come in and sprawl out on our bed. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. My wife and I sat on the decision for over a year after initially trying various mattress stores. We recently went through round 2, again a year later, of testing to see if we still agreed. We made our purchase from Joplimo in Rogers.My wife and I had strongly considered sleep number since we need drastically different firmnesses, but we just didnt like the feel of their mattress. We were able to do a split-king with two different mattresses from Joplimo. They custom built the bases so that the mattress height would end up the same for both sides.So far so good. ;)

Weve been enjoying our foreverbed for about 6 months now and I love it even more today than when it was first set up. Ours is a split king with the adjustable base. The mattresses are one of the hybrid foreverbed options that has memory foam, high quality springs, and other materials all inside.MATTRESS:Really nice. I could tell in the store that Id like the one we chose and it hasnt disappointed. Since its such a big purchase, I really like that we can have one or both of the split king mattresses stuffed differently (firmer/softer) down the line with the foreverbed deal (no cost except delivery to Joplin if you cant bring it there yourself) if we decide we want a change. As we get older and need different kinds of support, I know well make that change sooner to be comfortable than if we had to buy a whole new mattress. Wed probably just stay uncomfortable to save the money for years.ADJUSTABLE BASE:Yes! Im so glad we opted for the adjustable bed. The split king allows my husband and I to adjust our sides separately, to sit up, prop our legs up, adjust the lumbar... And theres also a vibrating massage which is so relaxing after a long day. Were in our mid-thirties, so at first we pushed off the idea of an adjustable bed since were still young...right? But, man, it is just the best. The other worry we had was about all the parts breaking down. No issues at all and when we do have one day, there are good warranties in place and the parts themselves arent very expensive individually. Basically, the adjustable base is glorious.SERVICE:The guys at the store were very helpful and knowledgable as we came back a couple times to make sure we were getting what we loved. Didnt ever feel like they were being pushy.

The staff here was amazing when we were buying our bed. We spent several thousands of dollars on a forever bed that is so stinking comfortable and we thought we wouldn’t have to worry about getting another for years. But we hate the split king. We were told that nothing ever falls between the mattresses. Let me tell you - everything falls between the mattresses. And I mean everything. Constantly. And they are ALWAYS sliding apart so we have to push them back together all the time. The adjustable bed frame is heavy, so it’s a pain to retrieve anything. We wish they would have just told us the truth about that because - even though we bought the forever bed, that doesn’t mean you can get a full king if you end up hating the split. We were told we would be called back with options to buy another bed, but never were. So we had to go buy a $150 mattress pad at Walmart to cover it and now it doesn’t matter that we bought a comfortable bed with adjustables and all that jazz. So now I’m stuck with thousands of dollars of debt for a bed that I’ve covered up and can’t use the adjustables on. Just don’t get a split king or queen. It is NOT worth your time. And make sure you’re really happy with what you buy, because there is not a whole lot of going back.
