This place is amazing during the Bikes, Blues & BBQ rally!! Food, drinks and a live band outside, acres of new and used bikes as well.I don’t know that I should admit this…but I don’t even ride a Harley, I ride an Indian AND…Hog fans hold your nose, I’m a Texas A&M fan and the A&M / Arkansas game is played the same weekend as the rally, in 2019, I was the only Aggie fan in the place when my team won, I was a little quiet this year 2021 when the Hogs spanked us.This shop is as much of an event as it is anything else, on this weekend in September, you go for the experience as much as anything else!!

Staff was friendly, and courteous, even with hundreds of people around for an event. None of them looked overwhelmed and seemed very well prepared for the event.

Was in town for the BBB 2021, the staff was over the top fun and friendly. Took time to just talk not sell me stuff but to genuinely be there as friends. I rode 400 miles to be there. My wife came down Saturday so my kids and herself could take in the sites. The staff didnt hesitate during early morning set up to stop everything and load my bike into my truck so I could be with my family the 400 miles home. I really cant brag enough about how kind and generous the staff is. I know when I get my next bike it will be a long ride home from this dealership. They made a customer for life. Awesome job guys and young lady.

I am out traveling from Ohio and experienced a cooling pump issue on my 2015 limited.I called and spoke with Larry, and Warren in the service department and they both were extremely helpful courteous and professional.I would like to thank The technician who worked on my bike but did not have the opportunity to meet with him. Hopefully the service department will pass on how extremely appreciative I am of his work and in a very timely fashion I was in and out in less than three hours.The dealership is a class act. Again thank you to everyone involved and my issue today and for getting me back on the road. I can’t thank you all enough.

The service folks got me in and out with no problems. It did take a bit longer than I thought it would take, that being said the customer lounge is amazing. With couch, chairs, pool table, and massage chairs it made waiting relaxing. The clothing sales folks were very helpful in making sure we got what we were looking for.

I would like to thank Larry, Warren & the HD mechanic who replaced my rear tire on my Deluxe, Sunday morning, when we were headed home from BBB. They were very courteous & quick to assist a damsel in distress!! The massage chairs in the lounge were also helpful. Other dealerships didnt even have a service dept open that day... which made me thankful I had a Harley. Top notch PTHD!!

Friendly sale person, Chris Comer, who greeted and helped me out with my needs for a new bike. There were no pushy sale at Pig Trail. I ended up got an used bike from somewhere else since its within my budget but Im really impressed with the dealer.

Recently visited this dealership and brought our HOG Chapter with us. The PigTrail HOG Chapter is an awesome group of people. The Dealership was well stocked with clothes. I found multiple shirts to choose from for my collection. Sometimes this is hard to do at some dealerships. They had some awesome Logos. If you ever plan on visiting here on a motorcycle reach out to the dealership and see if they can put you in touch with someone from their HOG chapter for a personal tour on the Pig Trail. They have amazing rides there.

Visit to here while on vacation led to an impromptu rear shock upgrade to two bikes. Super friendly & helpful staff. Service department was amazing being able to get both bikes in right then & washed them both after they were done. Great clothing/shoe sale as well, walked out with a half price pair of new boots. Also, if youre in the market for a new ride with some upgrades already installed, this is your place. They dont just haul them all in off the truck & put them in the showroom, they put their own tweaks on at least some of them.

I am a member of a nation wide Motorcycle Club consisting of Vietnam Veterans. In August of this year, 2021 will are having our national meeting here in Eureka Springs Arkansas. I am charged with getting everything set up for our 5 day event here in Eureka Springs and one of our rides is to be to Pig Trail Harley. I have reached out twice to Pig Trail Harley Davidson to see if while we are visiting their store if they could possibly offer any discounts of any kind to our members. The last time I went to Pig Trail Harley and spoke with an employee whom I gave the day and time we will be at their store and she assured me that someone would contact me and talk with me about any discounts they could offer us. I have not heard a word from anyone. I understand if you are not willing to offer discounts but you could have at least contacted me in regards to my request. That is VERY poor customer service.Today, Tuesday, 11 May, I spoke with Kyle at Pig Trail Harley Davidson. Kyle was very polite and apologized that I had not been contacted before and assured me that it was indeed not the way they conducted business. Kyle offered my club an arrangement that is at the very least very generous and will be much appreciated by our members. Pig Trail really took care of me when purchasing the Pan America. The whole experience was fantastic. The hype, the customer appreciation and the ability to have access to the total dealership while they put the bike together was amazing. Great team of people, KC in sales, the Finance team and the Parts Guys. The Service team were fantastic in getting the Pan America setup quickly for my ride that day. Definitely stop in and check out their demo Pan America and talk to KC about the options for the bike.

Lots of bikes. They also have a service center. Retail area was large with a lot of variety. Salespeople were very friendly and helpful. They chatted with us and helped my grandfather get some boots the right style and size to cover his brace. Very clean as well.

I initially went to PTHD to pick up my brother bike with my truck and trailer. The sales agent Michael Turic was talking to us and had asked if I rode. I said no. But if I were to get a bike I would get the one Ive always wanted. And I described what I imagined my dream bike would look like. Colors size style everything. His eye got big and said we have 1 and you have to see it. I walked in and behold the 2021 Fat Boy 114 Darkwood Green Denim. I was amazed. Michael was so personable and we kind of were able to kick it off with some similar previous life choice such as military etc. MR. TURIC WAS BEYOND A STELAR EMPLOYEE. I have purchased multiple vehicles in my life campers etc. And he was the best sales agent Ive ever met. Definitely a guy to keep around. He deserves the utmost respect and all the good that comes his way. He went way out of his way to help my little brother, my wife, my daughter, myself. It was the smoothest vehicle purchase Ive ever made in my life. As long as he is working there, I will continue to go. And I will follow him to his next Harley Dealership. He shocked us that much. Thank you for every little and big thing you did Mr. Turic. I dont know if youll see this but hopefully you get something good out of it. You more than deserve it buddy!

This was a process for me as I tried to do my homework before I bought i started into the 2020 softail and by the time I got the things on it and price and went to a couple dealerships I realized I still did not feel comfortable with it and then I met the street glide, everything on it and then some ...OK not for the same exact price but for a little more money I bought comfort and more style and a better bike there are some things I would still like to add but its gonna have to wait for now overall the bike i got verses the bike I thought I wanted is like beer verses champagne. No matter what state you are in I highly recommend Pig Trail harley davidson in Arkansas, knowledgeable crew cares about you and your preferences and stands behind the words they speak. Trust me did my homework with a few other dealers. I almost gave up because of the bad apples.... God Bless safe riding!!!!!!

This Harley Davidson store was very busy they had people In and out the whole time . Prices were high like any Harley Davidson Brand store. Nice location with food close by. Thought it was nice being one of the bigger Harley Davidson stores.the shirts for this store are pretty cool. The staff was very nice too. You should definitely make your Pig Trail stop here at Pig Trail Harley Davidson.

I was so excited in less then a year of riding I was about to go from my learner bike to my very own Harley Davidson. A 97 screaming eagle Dyna wide Glide, every inch custom including the most beautiful diamond cut heads. It had leak on the ground at the dealership (possibly the primary) which they promised to fix. I trailered it home. Got on one day and the back tire immediately locked up and I layed her over. I was grateful that I was not going 60 or 70 mph or I would be dead right now. The bolts in the tire had popped out hanging by the spring they caught and locked up the rear tire. It has now been in the shop going on 3 months and racking up late fees for registration since I live in Missouri I need the bike to be inspected. Oh Im also making my payments already on a bike I have not ridden yet. The season is about to end and after almost 2 months of being in the Pig Trail Harley Davidson service department I am told they are ordering parts. Aaagh you can see my frustration. Outside of the fact I most likely would have died that day had I not trailered it home. Outside potentially killing me and taking so long to fix. I had a great salesman, finance person and know I will enjoy my purchase so since I know custom parts may take longer for now I will give them a decent review.
