Billing issues on return violin but was promptly corrected with great costumer service

We have had the best service the last few years. Staff are courteous and friendly. Owner has extensive knowledge and we know we are in good hands. The rental program has been great for us--while my daughter is still growing, we dont have to commit to buying just yet. Rates are unbeatable in the area.

Took an upright bass in, they were very nice to me and quite affordable. They had great covid precautions and were very fast. I would be proud to recommend them to anyone, and would be happy trusting my instrument to them again.

I got a cello for Christmas! Palmers could not have been more helpful to my nervous husband who was unsure of his gift and knew nothing about cellos! (Neither did I!) So courteous and helpful! Thank you!

Really knowledgeable and kind owner/employee. He plays the viola but had lots of information about string basses that helped me (someone who’s played, but never owned) make an informed decision on which bass was right for me. Could not recommend enough :)

Looking for a good music store that serviced and sold accessories for violins was lacking in my town until I happened to drive past this one house and noticed it was Palmer Music. I could see violins in the window. So I stopped in. The place was untidy but I could see craftsmanship at work. Beautiful violins, cellos hanging on the wall. I had a wondferful conversation with Mr. Palmer and he serviced my sons violin quickly and gave it a few more touch ups without charge. That has been years ago. The shop has moved to a different place but the same great service, craftsmanship, and polite atmosphere has not changed.

Went there a while ago to fix up my brothers cello so I could use it. He was very helpful and got it done fairly quickly! Would really recommend h to anyone in need of that type of service.

Palmers is like a beautiful fever dream of classical string instruments. Its a bit untidy, but Rays expertise quickly dispells any worries the mess may give you. Third instruments are excellent and fairly priced. Im sure the repair work is good as well. Also no one around has a instrument rental program that includes so many benefits.

My daughter was excited about upgrading her violin but we didnt know exactly what to look for. Raymond was extremely helpful as he played several instruments and explained their craftsmanship. We are very happy with our decision and will be definitely be back in the future!

I have been going to Rays shop for years and hes always had professional, prompt, and friendly service. He helped me with my instrument through high school and has helped me in my professional career. Im very grateful that he is Northwest Arkansas primary luthier.
