I have just been thru one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any company. Horrible customer service. They jerked me around for 7 weeks, lied to me repeatedly, failed to submit needed information to the insurance company and then tried to trick me into a deal when they offered to make things right. The mgr there is awful. I 100 percent believe I was deceived by this company. I would never recommend them for anything, not even a bedside potty chair. If I could, I would give them no star.
If I could leave no star, I would. My son broke his femur, we were transported to Springfield (about 2.5 hours from home). Upon our release, the Springfield hospital called and set up a delivery for my sons wheelchair and walker to be delivered to our house before we got there, as he cannot get out of the vehicle without both of these things. They called me and asked when I was coming to pick it up when we were on our way home claiming they werent notified of the delivery, which makes absolutely NO sense because I had to call them THREE HOURS PRIOR to let them know who would be home to sign for these items. It took them over 30 minutes to locate their driver and they never even called me back to let me know any further information. On top of all of this, Song was extremely rude during every encounter we had. If you have the choice, use a different medical supply company, because this one obviously does NOT have their stuff together. Worst customer service Ive dealt with in a very long time.
The Associates in this medical supply store are always very attentive, knowledgable, and helpful. I have purchased all of my CPAP supplies there and have always been very satisfied.
I hate this place so much. They are so rude and you can rarely get anyone on the phone.
Avoid this place if you can. Really dont have their stuff together at all
Dropped off a doctor ordered prescription there got told it be there in 3 days, here it is two weeks later and they still dont have it yet havent called them every two days and getting told that if he there four different times and its still not being .Worst possible medical supply place to work within the world, would give less than the start if possible.
DO NOT use Mercy Medical Supply. Every time I have purchased from them I am charged for items that I did not receive or I pay them, they cash my check but don’t post it to my account, even months after I have sent them a copy of the cancelled check they insist they never received the payment.
